Claims (6)
- 熱源機で発生した温水を放熱器まで搬送し、この放熱器で放熱を終えた温水を前記熱源機へ戻すための温水循環用導管材において、
前記導管材は、温水往きパイプと温水戻りパイプを並列させた上で、この2本のパイプの外にテープを螺旋状に巻きつけて一体化すると共にこのテープを捲きつけた状態でコルゲート管内に挿通し、更にこのコルゲート管の外を発泡樹脂断熱材で被覆した構成から成ること、を特徴とする温水循環用導管材。 - 前記温水往きと戻りパイプは、架橋ポリエチレン製であること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の温水循環用導管材。
- 前記発泡樹脂断熱材は、ポリエチレンの40倍発泡体であること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の温水循環用導管材。
- 前記コルゲート管の断面形状は、前記テープの外側に密接し、かつ楕円形状を呈していること、を特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の温水循環用導管材。
- 前記発泡樹脂断熱材の断面形状は、前記コルゲート管の外に密着し、かつ楕円形状を呈していること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の温水循環用導管材。
- 前記温水循環用導管材は、屋外の熱源機と屋内に施工された床暖房用温水マット間に使用されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の温水循環用導管材。
