Description

The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing flood damage during heavy rain utilizing the water storage capacity of paddy fields.

In recent years, it has often been localized torrential rain, and it has become increasingly difficult to prevent flood damage with dams located relatively upstream of the river.
In plain areas where the slope is relatively steep, heavy rains flow into the river in a short period of time, resulting in a sudden increase in water and flooding.

Therefore, the present inventor has previously proposed a flood damage prevention device utilizing the water storage capacity of paddy fields.
For example, Patent Document 1 proposes a device that senses the amount of rainfall during heavy rain, and a water stop valve drops due to the dead weight of rainwater collected in the rainwater catcher to close the water outlet.
The present invention is an improvement over the previous device.

Utility Model Registration No. 3180358

An object of the present invention is to provide a flood damage prevention apparatus using a paddy field that is simple in structure, excellent in reliability and durability, and inexpensive.

A flood damage prevention apparatus using a paddy field according to the present invention is a flood damage prevention apparatus installed at a drain outlet of a paddy field, and includes a water stop body and a substantially L-shaped water conduit pipe rotatably attached to the water stop body. In addition, one end of the water conduit is rotatably connected to a drain outlet provided near the bottom of the waterstop, and the other end of the water conduit receives rainwater in a state where it faces sideways before heavy rain. When a predetermined amount of rainwater accumulates in the water receiver, it is lowered by its own weight, and the other end of the water conduit is rotated upward.
Here, it is preferable that the wire-connected wire guide portion is provided at the upper end portion of the water stop body, and the guide portion is a pipe material that is allowed to rotate left and right and up and down.

The paddy field is provided with a drain outlet that leads to a drainage ditch, and irrigation is managed according to the growth of rice cultivation.
In the device according to the present invention, it is only necessary to attach the side opening on the paddy field side of the U-shaped block generally installed at the drain port so as to close it with a waterstop.
In case of heavy rain, rainwater collects in the receiver.
When a predetermined amount accumulates in the water receiver, it falls by its own weight, and the water inlet of the L-shaped water conduit connected to the connecting wire rotates upward and becomes an upright state.
As a result, rainwater accumulates in the paddy field, and a large amount of rainwater is prevented from flowing downstream.
Generally, torrential rain is a short period of 1 to 2 days, and if it is in such a short period, there is almost no effect on the growth of rice.

The present invention has a simple structure in which one end portion of a substantially L-shaped water guide pipe is rotatably connected to a drainage port comprising a through hole provided near the bottom of a panel-shaped waterstop. The other end of the substantially L-shaped water guide pipe is rotated in the upright direction by the weight of rainwater accumulated in the water tank, and rainwater can be prevented from flowing out of the paddy field.
Moreover, when heavy rain stops, the water conduit can be rotated in the horizontal direction and drained simply by defeating it.
Therefore, it is excellent in reliability while having a simple structure.
It is durable, easy to manufacture and inexpensive.

The structural example of the flood prevention apparatus which concerns on this invention is shown, (a) is the perspective view seen from the paddy field side, (b) is the perspective view seen from the drainage side. This is the normal time before the heavy rain occurs when the water receiver is located at the top. The state during heavy rain is shown, (a) is a view from the paddy field side, (b) is a view from the drain side. The partial enlarged view of a guide part is shown, (a), (b) shows the state where the water receiver is located at the upper part, and (c), (d) shows the state where the water receiver is lowered. When heavy rain occurs from the state of (a), the state of (b) is reached. (A) is a plan view near the drainage block of the paddy field, (b) is a cross-sectional view during normal time, and (c) is a cross-sectional view during heavy rain.

The water damage prevention apparatus 10 according to the present invention is installed and used so as to block the side opening on the paddy field side of the drainage block 20 on the drainage side of the paddy field as shown in FIG.
The structure of the drain block 20 is not limited and is generally connected to the drain groove 21.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the water damage prevention apparatus 10 forms a drainage port 12c penetrating on the bottom side of the panel-shaped waterstop body 11, and one end portion of the introduction pipe 12 is freely rotatable in the drainage port 12c. In order to prevent rainwater from leaking, water is stopped at the connecting portion 12a.
The water guide pipe 12 is substantially L-shaped, and can be switched between a state in which the water inlet 12b falls in the lateral direction of FIG. 1 and a state in which the water inlet 12b rotates in the upright direction shown in FIG.
The water receiver 13 is disposed on the opposite side of the water stop body 11 where the water guide pipe 12 is disposed, in this embodiment, outside the paddy field, and is connected via a guide portion 14 made of a pipe material provided at the upper end of the water stop body 11. Using the wire 15, the water receiver 13 and the side surface portion 12 d on the side of the water inlet 12 b of the L-shaped water conduit 12 are connected.
As shown in FIGS. 3A to 3D, the guide portion 14 is an L-shaped pipe material that is allowed to move up and down and left and right.
Thereby, sliding of the connection wire 15 is good and the rotation reliability of the water conduit 12 is high.

During normal times when heavy rain does not occur, the water inlet 12b of the L-shaped water conduit 12 faces sideways as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4A.
Further, when the water receiver 13 is empty, the water inlet 12b of the introduction pipe is held in the hand and can be turned to an arbitrary angle, and the connecting portion 12a to the water stop body 11 is maintained so that the state is maintained. The rotation resistance is adjusted.
This makes it possible to adjust the water level and to manage irrigation during rice cultivation.
As shown in FIG. 4, when it rains and rainwater accumulates in the water receiver 13, the water descends by its own weight.
Then, the water inlet 12b of the introduction pipe 12 connected to the connecting wire rotates in the upright direction, and rainwater is stored in the paddy field until the water level reaches the height of the water inlet 12b. To prevent.
Further, since the rainwater is drained when the water level becomes higher than the height of the water inlet 12b, there is no trouble that the paddy field overflows with the rainwater.
