Abstract

【課題】基礎工事で生コンクリート打設時のレベル測定作業を自動化する自動レベル調整装置を提供する。【解決手段】水平にレーザー光線を照射する装置と前記レーザー光線の受光部とドライバーに接続されたモーターを備えた装置とからなるコンクリート打設時の自動レベル調整装置であって、前記受光部のセンサーが前記レーザー光線を感知して、前記ドライバーが上下し、上昇時に水準点を検出したのち上昇し、前記モーターをストップして自動で下降制御に移行し下降レベルが合えば制御終了することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１

Description

本考案は、住宅その他土木基礎工事で鋼製型枠及び木製型枠を使用し、生コンクリートの打設工事の水平レベルを自動化する装置である。
打設工事のレベル測定は道糸張るなど人力が一般的である。
 考案が解決しようとする課題
住宅その他土木基礎工事で鋼製型枠及び木製型枠を使用し生コンクリートを打設工事の水平レベルは、水準器、道糸を張るなどして水平を出していたが精度に誤差が生じ人力のため時間を要していた。
課題を解決するための手段
本考案は道糸等でなくレーザー光線を用い受光部のセンサーがレベルを感知し基準点に用いられるネジを受光部連動のモーターにてネジを上下しレベルを自動化する。。
考案の効果
本考案により、レーザー光を用いる為従来の方式より精度が増す。

Claims (1)

  1. コンクリート打設時の自動レベル調整装置。下降時のレベル基準とし上昇時に水準点を検出したのち上昇しモーターをストップして自動で下降制御に移行し下降レベルが合えば制御終了する。
