Claims (13)
- ノズル板構造であって、

前記プレートを貫通する複数の開口部、
を含み、前記開口部は、それぞれ、
前記プレートの貯水壁により定義され、第一貯水開口端、及び、前記第一貯水開口端と反対の第二貯水開口端を有し、表面がアーチ型である貯水空間、
前記プレートの導水壁により定義され、前記第二貯水開口端により、前記貯水空間と接続、及び、連通し、前記導水壁が円滑に、前記貯水壁と接続される導水空間、及び、
前記プレートの第一出水壁と第二出水壁により定義され、前記導水空間と接続、及び、連通され、前記第一出水壁は前記導水壁と接続され、且つ、前記第二出水壁は、非平行に、前記第一出水壁と接続される出水空間、
を含むことを特徴とする、前記ノズル板構造。 - 前記出水空間は、0.01〜25μmの高さを有し、前記出水空間の幅は、前記第一出水壁と前記第二出水壁の接合部により定義され、15〜80μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のノズル板構造。
- 前記第一貯水開口端の幅は、前記第二貯水開口端の幅より大きく、前記第二貯水開口端の前記幅は、3〜45μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のノズル板構造。
- 前記第一貯水開口端の幅は、前記第二貯水開口端の幅より大きく、前記第二貯水開口端の前記幅は3〜45μmであり、前記出水空間の前記幅は、前記第二貯水開口端の前記幅より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のノズル板構造。
- 前記導水空間は幅と高さを有し、前記導水空間の前記幅は、且つ、前記第二貯水開口端の前記幅と一致し、前記導水空間の前記高さは0.01〜35μmであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のノズル板構造。
- 前記第一出水壁は、前記出水空間で前記第一出水壁と前記第二出水壁間の挟角により、前記第二出水壁と接続され、前記挟角は45〜165度の特定角度であり、よって前記第二出水壁の断面は対称的に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のノズル板構造。
- 前記第一出水壁は、前記出水空間で前記第一出水壁と前記第二出水壁間の挟角により、前記第二出水壁と接続され、前記挟角は45〜165度の特定角度ではなく、よって前記第二出水壁の断面は非対称的に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のノズル板構造。
- ノズル板構造であって、
プレート、及び、
前記プレートを貫通する複数の開口部を有し、
前記開口部は、それぞれ、
前記プレートの貯水壁により定義され、第一貯水開口端、及び、前記第一貯水開口端と反対の第二貯水開口端を有し、前記貯水壁表面がアーチ型である貯水空間、及び、
前記第二貯水開口端により、前記貯水空間と接続、及び、連通し、前記プレートの第一出水壁と第二出水壁により定義され、前記第一出水壁は前記貯水壁と接続し、前記第二出水壁は、前記第一出水壁に非平行に接続される出水空間、
を含むことを特徴とする、前記ノズル板構造。 - 前記出水空間は、0.01〜25μmの高さを有し、前記出水空間の幅は、前記第一出水壁と前記第二出水壁の接合部により定義され、15〜80μmであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のノズル板構造。
- 前記第一貯水開口端の幅は、前記第二貯水開口端の幅より大きく、前記第二貯水開口端の前記幅は3〜45μmであることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載のノズル板構造。
- 前記第一貯水開口端の幅は、前記第二貯水開口端の幅より大きく、前記第二貯水開口端の前記幅は3〜45μmであり、前記出水空間の前記幅は、前記第二貯水開口端の前記幅より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のノズル板構造。
- 前記第一出水壁は、前記出水空間で前記第一出水壁と前記第二出水壁間の挟角により、前記第二出水壁と接続され、前記挟角は、45−165度の特定角度であり、よって前記第二出水壁の断面は対称的に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項8〜11の何れか一項に記載のノズル板構造。
- 前記第一出水壁は、前記出水空間で前記第一出水壁と前記第二出水壁間の挟角により、前記第二出水壁と接続され、前記挟角は、45〜165度の特定角度ではなく、よって前記第二出水壁の断面は非対称的に設置されることを特徴とする、請求項8〜11の何れか一項に記載のノズル板構造。
