Description
The present invention relates to a pan for cooking beans and the like by preventing the release of steam.
In general, soy beans are boiled until soft, soy and water are put in a pan, and this pan is heated on a heating device such as an oil stove or a gas stand for a long time with low heat. In this case, the soybeans are softened by heating for a long time, but it takes time to cook, so that it is discharged into the atmosphere as water vapor and the water is evaporated. For this reason, it is necessary to pour water frequently so that it does not scorch, and since it is discharged into the atmosphere as water vapor, cooking for a long time has a problem that it costs fuel.
Normal pans have air holes in the lid and the internal pressure is adjusted, but there was no pan with a structure that does not release water vapor into the atmosphere. In addition, beans are cooked using a pressure cooker, but water vapor is released and the skin of the beans may be broken when heated rapidly.
The present invention improves the above-mentioned problems, water vapor is not released into the atmosphere during cooking, water evaporation is suppressed, no need to pour water, food can be boiled, and fuel costs are low A steam release prevention pan is provided.
The steam release prevention pan according to claim 1 of the present invention has a structure in which a lower pan in which ingredients to be cooked are placed and a heat radiation lid having a shape in which the pan is inverted are stacked thereon, and the opening of the lower pan The inner diameter of the lower pan is made slightly larger than the opening of the radiating lid so that the peripheral edges of the openings are in close contact with the opening of the radiating lid. A linking tool for detachably connecting the heat dissipating lid is provided.
The steam discharge preventing pan according to claim 2 of the present invention is characterized in that, in claim 1, the pan and the heat dissipation lid are formed of aluminum, iron, or copper.
According to the steam discharge prevention pan of the first aspect of the present invention, the pan is cooked for a long time in a state where the pan is placed on the pan containing the ingredients to be cooked and the heat dissipating lid is put in close contact with the pan. During this heating process, the hot water inside the pan evaporates and becomes steam, and rises to the heat dissipation lid. However, the heat dissipation lid is shaped like an inverted pan and has a large surface area, so the heat is dissipated and the temperature is low. The rising water vapor is cooled and condensed, and the resulting water drops fall into the pan. In this way, the internal steam is returned to the water by the radiator action by the radiator lid, and is repeatedly used to boil the food again, so there is little steam release and less water loss, so the labor of the jug can be saved and the fuel In addition to saving money, burns can be prevented.
Moreover, according to the steam discharge prevention pan of claim 2, since the pan and the heat radiation lid are made of aluminum, iron, or copper, the heat conductivity is high, the heat radiation is excellent, and when used for the heat radiation lid, the radiator effect Is expensive.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a steam discharge prevention pan, 2 is a pan into which ingredients to be cooked are placed, and 3 is a heat dissipating lid overlaid thereon. The lower pan 2 is a commercially available aluminum pan, and as shown in FIG.
Further, the upper radiating lid 3 is obtained by inverting a commercially available aluminum pan. A stepped ridge 8 is formed in the opening 7, and the ridge 8 is formed in the ridge 6 of the pan 2. The inner diameter of the stepped flange portion 6 of the opening 5 of the pan 2 is formed to be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the stepped flange portion 8 of the radiating lid 3 so as to fit into the stepped portion 9. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a rod-shaped drop prevention stopper 11 protrudes in a cross shape on the outer periphery of the radiating lid 3 in the vicinity of the flange portion 8.
12 is a connector for closely attaching the pan 2 and the heat dissipating lid 3 in the shape of the pan. The wire 14 is inserted into two metal pipes 13, and one metal pipe 13 is placed on the bottom of the lower pan 2. The other metal pipe 13 is wound around and brought into close contact with the spacer 15 provided on the upper surface of the heat radiation lid 3.
When the soybean 17 is boiled using the steam discharge prevention pan 1 having the above-described configuration, the heat dissipating lid 3 is first removed as shown in FIG. 3, and a predetermined amount of soybean 17 and water 18 are placed in the pan 2. The heat sink lid 3 having a shape obtained by reversing the pan is put on the cover 6 and the stepped cover 6 and 8 are brought into close contact with each other.
Thereafter, one metal pipe 13 of the connector 12 is brought into contact with the bottom surface of the lower pan 2, the other metal pipe 13 is arranged on the top surface of the heat radiation lid 3, and the spacer 14 is inserted into the wedge shape here. The pan 2 and the heat radiation lid 3 are brought into close contact with each other. Next, this is placed on a gas stove 19 and ignited. First, boil on a high heat until the water 18 boils, and then boil on a low heat for a long time.
In this process, the internal hot water evaporates and rises to water vapor 20, but the heat dissipating lid 3 is separated from the gas stove 19, and furthermore, since the surface area is large, the heat is dissipated and the temperature is lowered. The water vapor 20 is cooled and condensed, and the generated water droplets 21 fall into the lower pan 2.
In this way, the release of the water vapor 20 is small, and the internal water vapor 20 is returned to the water and repeatedly used to boil the soybeans 17 again due to the radiator action by the heat dissipating lid 3. The amount of water loss is about nine times less, so that the labor of the jug can be saved, the fuel cost can be saved, and the burn can be prevented.
FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention. A connector 12 between the pan 2 and the radiating lid 3 includes a plurality of stoppers 11 projecting from the outer periphery of the radiating lid 3 at intervals, and the pan 2. And a plurality of inverted L-shaped locking portions 22 provided at intervals around the outer periphery of the stepped flange portion 6. The connector 12 is covered with the heat dissipating lid 3 on the pan 2 and rotated in the direction of the arrow, so that the stopper 11 can be engaged with the inside of the inverted L-shaped locking portion 22 and sealed with one touch. .
In the above description, the case where the pan 2 and the radiating lid 3 are formed of aluminum has been described. However, the pan 2 and the radiating lid 3 may be formed of a material having high heat conductivity such as iron or copper and excellent heat dissipation. Moreover, the pan 2 and the heat radiation lid 3 may be formed with a stepped ridge on one of them. Furthermore, the connector 12 is not limited to the above-described configuration, and may have another configuration as long as it can be detachably locked in a state where the peripheral edges of the opening of the pan 2 and the heat radiation lid 3 are in close contact with each other. Moreover, although the case where the gas stove 19 was used as a heating means was shown, you may use a petroleum stove and a briquette stove. Moreover, although the case where soybean 17 is boiled as an ingredient was shown in the above description, it can be widely used for vegetables such as radishes, meat, and fish that are boiled softly.
