(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 針体及び座とハカマが一体でできた時計
用指針に於いて、時計用指針は、面押し加工でできた立
体感のある針体及び座と、該針体及び座の形成後の面押
し加工でできたハカマ及びハカマ穴と、該ハカマ及びハ
カマ穴の形成後に応力層の形成を目的とした面押し加工
を前記針体下面に施すことでできたソリを規制する応力
層面とからなり、面押し加工でできた前記座厚が前記針
体よりも厚く、且つ、面押し加工でできた前記ハカマ穴
の下面内周が曲面で構成されていることを特徴とする時
計用指針。

記ハカマとを有する時計用指針の表面にダイヤカット、
ホーニング、研磨等の仕上げ加工を施す工程と、前記針
体の下面を面押し加工によりソリを規制する応力層面の
形成と前記帯材より時計用指針の抜き落としとを行う工
程と、前記時計用指針のメッキ、印刷、塗装等の装飾処
理を施す工程とよりなることを特徴とする時計用指針の
製造方法。
