Abstract
【課題】X線撮影時の被検者の体位による苦痛を緩和し、撮影時の正確な位置決めと再撮影時の再現性を向上できる距踵関節X線撮影補助具を提供する。【解決手段】X線検査装置のベッド上に低いベース本体1が設けられ、このベース本体上面に足部を置く足置台6と距踵角度を決める角度基準板3とが設けられ、更にこの足置台の左右両側にフイルムカセッテ10を挿入出来るカセッテ台4,5が設けられている。足置台後方には溝部を有した角度基準板取付部2が形成され、角度基準板は三角状であり、溝部を案内として左右にスライド可能であるのが好ましい。【選択図】図1PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ankle joint X-ray imaging aid capable of alleviating the pain caused by the posture of a subject during X-ray imaging and improving accurate positioning during imaging and reproducibility during reimaging. 医療で施行される距踵関節のX線撮影は一般的に被検者に負担がかかる体位となり苦痛を伴い、更に手順が複雑なため撮影技師の高い熟練度を必要とする。
本考案の撮影補助具の使用により被検者の負担軽減と迅速かつ歪のない正確な距踵関節部の撮影が可能となり、最検査の為の撮影時に再現性の高い描出撮像が得られる。
距踵関節の正確な描出のためX線入射角とフィルム面が適正な角度となるよう角度調整の機能を有する。又、被検者の安全確保及び補助具の強度向上と小型軽量化を図った。Radiographic X-ray imaging performed in medical practice generally requires a burden on the subject, is painful, and requires a high degree of skill of the radiographer due to the complicated procedure.

3)関節面の描出時に歪が生じる。
X線入射角とフィルム面が適切な角度でないため関節面の描出に歪が生じる。
4)カセッテ台の不安定さと撮影補助具の強度不足。

苦痛のない体位となり患部の位置と角度を容易に設定できるので位置決めが正確とな り体位の保持が楽になり再現性に優れる。
3)撮影画像の歪の軽減。
X線入射角とフィルム面を適正な角度とすることで撮影画像の歪をなくす。
カセッテ台は設定角度に位置決め固定でき、さらに必要に応じて複数の角度に位置決 めできるようにし、補助具全体の剛性を高める。
4)医療補助具として安全性、衛生管理に考慮した材料を用い適度な表面処理を施す。1) Pain relief by subject's posture.

以下、本考案の実施の形態を説明する。
1)台形状の低いベース本体1の上面手前中心に被検者の足を置く足置台6を取りつける 。
2)足置台6の後方に溝型の案内を持つ角度基準板取付部2を固定し、30度の角度を有 する角度基準板3を前記溝部に挿入して左右水平にスライド可能にする。 又、角度 基準板3を反転裏返しすることも可能である。
3)足置台6の左右両側やや後方寄りにカセッテ台4、5を置く。カセッテ台は中心軸9 にて旋回出来る。 カセッテ台は基準角度25度となるよう片端の穴と、ベース本体 に設けた位置決め穴8にて位置決めされ固定ボルト7で固定する。位置決め穴8は角 度変更に対応出来るよう複数設ける。
5)カセッテ台4,5は上部と後方が開放されカセッテフィルムを後方から挿入し易くな るよう後部端には案内面を設ける
6)全体に剛性をもたせると共に安全と軽量化を考慮し適切な材料を用い表面処理をする 。
本考案は以上の構成よりなる。
本考案を使用する際はX線撮影装置のベッド上に本考案を置き、被検者の足を足置台6 に乗せ、更に足裏を角度基準線13に合わせる。フィルムカセッテ10をX線入射方向 11又は12に対するカセッテ台4,5のいずれかに挿入する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
