【課題】作業効率の向上と繰返し使用よるコストダウンができるワイヤロープを使った足場の鋼製布板横ずれ防止金具を提供する。
【解決手段】外力が加わらない場合は建枠の横架材10に巻付く円形状となる形状記憶被膜ワイヤロープの片方の先端に形状記憶被膜ワイヤロープのワイヤロープ部分2と全ネジボルト5とナット4をジョイント金具7で接続し、もう一方の先端に形状記憶被膜ワイヤロープのワイヤロープ部分2とコッタボルト6をジョイント金具7で接続し、中央部分が建枠の横架材10の円形をした平鋼板3で、両端が水平で一方の平鋼板面には全ネジボルト5を通す穴があって、その穴に全ネジボルト5を通し平鋼板3を抜けた方からナット4を締め、もう一方の平鋼板面にはコッタボルト6のボルトが通る切込みが長辺側から平鋼板3の中央に向かって曲がりL字に切込みとなっている。

本考案は、以上のような従来の欠点を鑑み、ワイヤロープを使った足場の鋼製布板横ずれ防止金具を提供して作業効率の向上と繰返し使用できる事によるコストダウンを目的としている。Conventionally, there are the following drawbacks.

上記目的を達成するために、本考案は、外力が加わらない場合は建枠の横架材に巻付く円形状となる形状記憶被膜ワイヤロープの片方の先端に形状記憶被膜ワイヤロープのワイヤロープと全ネジボルトとナットをジョイント金具で接続し、もう一方の先端に形状記憶被膜ワイヤロープのワイヤロープとコッタボルトをジョイント金具で接続し、中央部分が建枠の横架材の円形をした平鋼板で、両端が水平で一方の平鋼板面には全ネジボルトを通す穴があって、その穴に全ネジボルトを通し平鋼板を抜けた方からナットを締め、もう一方の平鋼板面にはコッタボルトのボルトが通る切込みが長辺側から平鋼板の中央に向かって曲がりL字に切込みとなっている。このためワイヤロープを使った鋼製布板横ずれ防止金具を鋼製布板のつめ金具の横に設置して、コッタボルトを平鋼板の横から差込み、移動してコッタボルトのコッタ部分が抜けないようにして、もう一方の全ネジボルトのナットを締め付けることにより形状記憶被膜ワイヤロープと平鋼材が建枠の横架材を締め付けて鋼製布板のつめ金具が鋼製布板横ずれ防止金具に当たって鋼製布板をずれないようする機能を有するワイヤロープを使った足場の鋼製布板横ずれ防止金具を構成している。 To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a wire rope of a shape memory coated wire rope at one end of a circular shape memory coated wire rope wound around a horizontal frame of a building frame when no external force is applied. 以上の説明から明らかなように、本考案にあっては次に列挙する効果が得られる。
(1) 締付部材に形状記憶被膜ワイヤロープと鋼板を採用した事により、金具の軽量化になっている。
(2)番線を切断し鋼製布板のつめ金具の隙間を通して番線を締める熟練工による手作業がなくなり、ワイヤロープを使った足場の鋼製布板横ずれ防止金具を鋼製布板横のつめ金具の横に設置してナットを電動工具で締付けて鋼製布板の横ずれを阻止するので経験の浅い作業員でも作業効率が上がる。
(3)ナットでワイヤロープを使った足場の鋼製布板横ずれ防止金具の着脱が出来るので、番線のように現場での加工が不要で使い捨てもなく繰返し使用できる。As is clear from the above description, the present invention has the following effects.
