The band according to claim 5, comprising a part (25), and a part projecting downward from a lower end of the band part (21) at a lower part of the drooping part (25) forms a drooping point (26).   The band according to claim 5, wherein the bent portion (56) extends longer than a lower end of the band mountain portion (55), and a portion extending longer than the lower end forms a drooping point (58).
