る。又燃焼ガスが高温高圧のため漏洩した場合これに注
目した検知技術がのぞまれていた。本発明の目的は前記
課題の解決策として燃焼ガスの漏洩を早期に検知する装
置を提供するにある。

及び温度検知センサが検知する。各シリンダの冷却水出
口に置かれた圧力検知センサ及び温度検知センサからの
信号を増巾変換する。前記冷却水の圧力及び温度を機関
稼働時常時監視表示する。これにより異状を早期に検出
できる。前記温度及び圧力が設定レベル以上又は以下で
は警報を発生する。

ンダ毎にLED表示する。前記監視する圧力又は温度の
値にしきい値を設け異状の場合には警報レベル値により
異常が検知できる機能をもつものとする。図において、
1は機関本体、2は機関燃焼室、3は冷却水入口管、4
は冷却水タンク、5は供給ポンプで内燃機関の公知の要
素である。7は供給ライン圧力センサ、8は供給ライン
温度センサで共に供給ポンプ5の吐出管に設けられてい
る。9はNo.1燃焼室用圧力検知センサでNo.1燃
焼室の冷却水出口に設けられている。11はNo.1燃
焼室用温度検知センサでNo.1燃焼室用圧力検知セン
サ9の近くに設けられている。10はn番燃焼室用圧力
検知センサでn番燃焼室の冷却水出口に設けられてい
る。12はn番燃焼室用温度検知センサでn番燃焼室用
圧力検知センサ10の近くに設けられている。

センサ入力装置23は、信号を温度圧力増巾変換装置2
4に送りアナログ信号として監視表示装置25へ送ら
れ、監視表示装置25はシリンダ別に圧力、温度の値を
図3に示すようにLED表示する。

出口の冷却水の圧力が上る。図3の圧力SH で警報レベ
ル1、圧力SHHで警報レベル2とする。燃焼室の損傷が
大きくなると冷却水が逆に燃焼室内に漏れて冷却水の圧
力が下り図3の圧力SL で警報レベル3とする。警報機
関停止信号器26は前記警報レベルに応じ警報或は機関
停止信号を発生し事故の防止を図る。
