用いる袋織エアバッグにおいても、複数本の吊り紐の取
付けが容易にできる吊り紐付き袋織エアバッグである。
本発明の吊り紐付き袋織エアバッグは、袋織部にインフ
レータ取り付口を開ける簡素な裁断操作のみで、運転席
側織物に吊り紐の取付片を形成することができ、吊り紐
を運転席側に設けたこの取付片を介して簡素に取付ける
ことができる。本発明により、性能においても吊り紐付
き縫製型エアバッグと同等の吊り紐付き袋織エアバッグ
をより安価に提供することができる。
According to the present invention, there is provided a woven airbag with a hanging string, in which a plurality of hanging strings can be easily mounted even in a woven airbag using a woven cloth with a double woven structure.
The woven airbag with a hanging string of the present invention can form a mounting piece of the hanging string on the driver side fabric by only a simple cutting operation of opening an inflator attachment opening in the woven section, and the hanging string is provided on the driver side. Simple mounting can be achieved through the provided mounting pieces. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a woven airbag with a hanging string, which is equivalent in performance to a sewing-type airbag with a hanging string, at a lower cost.

袋織部を有する袋織エアバッグにおいて、前記の袋織部

に形成された第2の接結一重組織部がその周辺部に裁断
端片(24)を形成して切り離されて明けられたガス発
生器取付け孔(3)を有するハンドル側織布(23)と
前記の裁断端片(24)を含む接結一重組織部を中央部
に有する乗員側織布(22)とからなり、かつ袋体とは
別体の複数本の吊り紐(8)が前記の第2の接結一重組
織部に連なる裁断端片(24)を取付け部として袋体に
取付けられてなることを特徴とする吊り紐付き袋織エア
バッグ。
