２には、ロータリーコア部１５の長手方向に連続した溝
部１６を複数設け、溝部１６の断面において対象となる
２箇所にブレード部１７とブラシ部１８を有した回転ブ
ラシ１２を嵌着させ、各断面において回転アンバランス
が発生しないようにしている。回転ブラシ１２は、基布
２０にパイル状の繊維からなるハケ１９を植毛したブラ
シ部１８を、ゴム等の弾性材で構成された板状のブレー
ド部１７のどちらか一方の表面に直立して固着し、基部
２１を含め、断面略Ｔ字形に構成して溝部１６にそれぞ
れ嵌着しているので、回転ブラシ１２の回転力によって
脱落することがない。一方、モータ１４の回転は、従動
軸２２と対向する位置に駆動軸２３を配置し、ベルト２
４を介して回転ブラシ１２に伝達している。ここで、図
