2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a means for covering and integrating a surface of a resin core with a surface, a vacuum-molded surface with a laminate has been used. Even if the terminal is left cut at the outer peripheral portion of the core, no serious adverse effect is caused in appearance.

Further, instead of the vacuum-molded skin with a laminate, a skin is preformed by slash molding, and the outer periphery thereof is trimmed with a cutter or the like so as to conform to a predetermined shape, and the skin is formed into a core mold. After fixing to the mold surface, by combining the cavity molds, in the process of filling the voids of both molds with resin to form the core, the skin on the surface side of the core also having the desired shape Means for coating are employed.

[0006] Further, as shown in FIG. 6, as a partial skin-bonded product 21 which covers and covers only a necessary portion of the surface of the molded core 22 with a skin 23, a predetermined portion of the core 22 corresponding to a terminal portion of the skin 23 is provided. A groove (parting groove) 24 is provided in
The appearance of the product was ensured by fitting the terminal of the epidermis into the groove and cutting off the epidermis bonding part 25 and the resin exposed part 26.

However, in the means for covering the entire surface of the core with a skin, the end of the skin substantially coincides with the outer edge of the core. By concealing the part, care is not taken more than necessary for the terminal treatment of the skin, but covering the entire surface with the skin increases the cost of the product, and improvement in this respect is required.

On the other hand, the above-mentioned parting groove is required for the convenience of the manufacturing process, and limits the original design, and cannot be said to have good appearance. The parting groove is set to hide the skin end from the eyes, and therefore, it is desirable to reduce the width and depth of the groove. However, in an injection mold for molding a core, narrowing the groove width has a problem in the strength of the injection mold, and there is a contradiction in that the appearance of the product and the strength of the injection mold are contradictory.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and manufactures a skin which partially covers the surface of a core body by slush molding, and treats the end of the skin as a product in the slush molding. The object of the present invention is to provide a slush-molded skin-bonded product and a method for molding the same, which eliminate the need for a groove in the core body, improve the appearance of the skin-bonded product, and reduce the molding die and finishing cost. Further, the method for forming a slash-molded skin-bonded product according to the present invention is characterized in that, at the time of slush molding of the skin, a thin portion of a V notch is provided between a skin which is a product part and a skin which is a part outside the product. After forming a thick portion, trimming the thin portion of the skin, and arranging the skin on the cavity surface of the cavity so that the V-notch surface of the skin serving as a product portion faces downward, the cavity mold is formed. The molten resin is supplied to a gap formed between the core and the core mold, and the skin and the core are integrally formed and joined.

Next, a method of forming a slush-molded skin-bonded product according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The skin 3 separately formed by powder slush molding is, for example, a vinyl chloride resin powder is coated on the inner wall surface of a slush molding die having a predetermined shape having a triangular protrusion on an inner surface heated to a melting point of the vinyl chloride resin or higher. As shown in FIG. 4, the skin removed from the slush molding die is provided in a predetermined position between the skin 3 serving as the product part 4 and the skin 3 'serving as the outside 5 of the product. V notches 6 corresponding to the triangular projections are integrally formed. The thin portion 7 of the skin on which the V notch 6 is formed is a thin portion because the triangular projections provided on the inner wall surface of the mold are difficult to attach to the material when the slash molding die is rotated due to the slash molding method. Easy to do. In addition, the thick portion 8 at the end of the skin is thick and has high rigidity because the triangular projections provided on the mold hinder the movement of the material and easily accumulate the material due to the slash molding method. Is easy to position and has good shape retention.

As the shape of the V notch 6, the tip angle is preferably as acute as possible in order to improve the cutting accuracy, but is usually about 30 °. The thickness of the skin thin portion 7 is 0.5
mm or less, it is easy to trim, and if necessary, it can be torn by hand. Further, the thickness of the thick portion 8 at the end of the skin is in the range of 1 to 2 times the thickness of the other skin, and by increasing the thickness of the end of the skin, the rigidity of the end of the skin is increased. There is an advantage that the positioning of the resin can be facilitated, and the positional deviation at the time of filling the molten resin can be prevented.

The thin portion 7 is trimmed, and the skin 3 leaving the upper edge portion of the end of the skin 3 is attached to the cavity surface 11 of the cavity 10 by the V-notch surface 9 and the thin portion 7 of the skin 3 serving as a product part. Arrange so that it is downward. In this case, the cavity mold 10 has a passage 1 penetrating into the mold surface 11 of the mold surface.
The outer skin 3 is mounted on the cavity surface 11 of the cavity mold 10 by operating the suction device 14 and evacuating the vacuum.

In the method of forming a slash-molded skin-bonded product of the present invention, a thin-walled V-notch is provided between a skin to be a product part and a skin to be outside the product at the time of slush molding of the skin. After forming the meat portion, trimming the thin portion of the skin, and arranging the skin on the cavity-type cavity surface so that the V-notch surface of the skin serving as the product portion faces downward, The following effects can be expected by supplying the molten resin to the void formed between the core mold and the core and integrally molding the skin and the core.

[0025] The groove of the core body can be eliminated, and the appearance appearance of the skin-bonded product can be remarkably improved, the formability of the skin alone and the product can be improved, and the cost of the mold can be reduced. . In forming the slash-molded skin, a V-notch is provided between the skin that is the product part and the skin that is the outside of the product, so the trim line of the skin becomes thinner, and the trim can be torn by hand, reducing the finishing cost. It becomes possible to reduce.
