【解決手段】締め金具3は、足場主柱1の外周に所定間隔を設けて受止突出部2を取付け、該足場主柱1の外周に昇降と回動の操作をする。該締め金具3には、固定部5と相対する可動部6とを形成し、該固定部5には、下辺に嵌合凹部9を設けると共に、一方に長片取付部10を形成する。さらに、該長片取付部10には、正面に軸受部11を固定し、該軸受部11には、垂直回動部13と折曲係止杆を設けた係合鍵杆12を回動自在に軸挿し、且つ該可動部6には、取付片7の内面に管状等の係止金具8を取付けて足場主柱の締め金具固定装置とする。
