Abstract

【解決手段】発電機4に変速機を介し連結する水車2を支える軸受け3と発電機4を上下させて水流の流量を調節して発電装置を駆動し発電する。リフト5により上下する軸受けで支えられた水車を、水量に応じて上下させ、豪雨の場合は水車を引きあげる。河川で水量が変化しても、水車を上下させる事で回転力を維持でき、豪雨の場合は引揚げることで氾濫を避けられる。また、川上から川下にかけて多段階に設置した発電機を電力線でつなげば、少ない水量でも所要の電力を得られる。また橋の下に設置できるので交通の便宜も図れる。
