There is a case where an outer wall surface or an interior surface which is finished with a tile, a stone material, or the like is sequentially finished from a finishable portion. In this way, the finished surface to be sequentially finished (hereinafter, sometimes referred to as a sequentially finished surface) may have a finished surface of any part (hereinafter, referred to as a finished area) from the finish of the part to be finished first to the completion of the structure. ) Has a problem that the appearance at the time of completion is impaired due to the adhesion of the contaminants. In order to solve this problem, a method of cleaning a finishing area to which a dirt substance adheres immediately before completion has been performed. In addition, in order to protect each finishing area from the adhesion of a dirt substance, the finishing area of the part is covered with, for example, a vinyl sheet at the time of finishing each part, and the peripheral edge of the sheet and the peripheral edge of the finishing area are brought into close contact with each other to thereby remove the dirt substance. A method has been implemented to prevent intrusions until the completion of construction.

There are issues that require effort. On the other hand, according to the method of covering the finishing area with the sheet, the cleaning operation can be omitted, but there is a problem that it takes time and effort to cover each finishing area with the sheet so that the dirt substance does not enter.

However, the sequential finishing surface 1 to which the present invention can be applied has a finishing area 1a, 1b, 1c which is adjacent to each other in FIG.
However, the finish areas 1a, 1b, and 1c can be used as the finish surfaces of distant portions of the structure. Hereinafter, the operation of the present invention will be described with reference to the flowcharts of FIGS. Finished area 1 this time in step 202 of FIG.
It is determined that the finishing of a is completed, and when the finishing is completed, the process proceeds to step 203, and the solution 5 of the adhesion film forming polymer 2 is applied to the entire finishing area 1a this time by, for example, a brush. FIG. 1 (A) shows solution 5
This time, the finish area 1a in which is applied as a thin film 6 is shown.

The concentration of the deposited film forming polymer 2 in the solution 5 can be adjusted according to the material of the finishing area 1a, the surrounding environmental conditions, and the like. However, if the concentration is too high, the application as the thin film 6 becomes difficult. The present inventor has experimentally found that the concentration of the polymer 2 in the solution 5 is preferably in a range from the minimum concentration at which the adhesive film 7 described below can be formed to 50% by weight. According to the experiment of the inventor, 1
Preferably, the solution 5 is applied at a rate of 500 ml to 1 liter per m 2, and the thickness of the thin film 6 is preferably 0.5 to 1 mm. When the solvent 4 evaporates, the thin film 6 having a thickness of less than 0.5 mm is easily peeled off by the adhered film 7 described later, and the finish area 1a may be exposed due to spontaneous peeling of the adhered film 7. If the thin film 6 is thicker than 1 mm, it may take too much time to form the adhesion film 7.

Evaporates gradually, and as shown in FIG. 1 (B) and step 204 in FIG. 2, an adhesion film 7 is formed, which is detachably adhered to the finish area 1a this time. The present inventors, for example, polyvinyl alcohol
A solution 5 is prepared by dissolving the adhesive film forming polymer 2 in the solvent 4 at the above-mentioned concentration, and the solution 5 is applied as a thin film 6 having a thickness of 0.5 to 1 mm. It was confirmed by an experiment that an adhered film 7 that adheres and can be peeled off relatively easily can be formed. This finishing area 1a is shielded from the outside air by this adhesion film 7, and is protected from the adhesion of the dirt substance, so that the state at the time of finishing is maintained.

Repeat 201 to 204. FIG. 1 (B) and
(C) shows the next finishing area 1b and the successive finishing area 1c to which the solution 5 of the adhesion film forming polymer 2 is applied. By repeating this cycle, the finished surface 1 of the entire structure can be sequentially covered with the adhesion film 7. In addition, as shown in FIG.
It can be sequentially adhered to the finishing surface 1 for a necessary period. For example, at the time of completion, step 207 in FIG.
By peeling off the adhesion film 7 from all the finishing areas 1a, 1b, 1c as shown in FIG. 7, the finished surface 1 at the time of completion can be made to have the appearance as designed without any adhesion of dirt.

Therefore, even when the finishing area 1a is wide, the application of the solution 5 can be performed easily in a short time. The peeling of the adhered film 7 from the finished surface 1 shown in step 207 of FIG.
Can be carried out in such a manner that the seal is peeled off from one end.
If the adhesive film 7 is difficult to peel off, the adhesive film 7 can be peeled off from the finished surface 1 by, for example, attaching an adhesive sheet (not shown) to the adhesive film 7 and peeling it off.
