Description

The present invention relates to a tombstone foundation for a tombstone embedded in the soil.

Conventionally, when placing a tombstone, a hole was made in the lower part of the tombstone, and the lower soil part of the hole was hardened with concrete and reinforced. However, in this method, the strength changes depending on the thickness of the concrete. Also, if the concrete is made thicker and stronger, it will take many days to harden.
Therefore, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-16333 proposes a tomb basic body that does not have a risk of sinking or tilting, a method for constructing a tomb base using the same, and a tomb. That is, a hole corresponding to the foamed synthetic resin body is excavated, the bottom surface thereof is leveled evenly and horizontally, the foundation body is installed in the hole, the tombstone is installed, and the foundation is filled up to form the foundation.

However, this method does not prove empirically how many years the durability of the foamed synthetic resin molding is. And since it is deep in the ground regarding the uniform and horizontal leveling of the ground contact surface of the foamed resin molded body, the workability and work quality are poor. In addition, when the tombstone foundation is not fixed and the soil is backfilled around it after installation, the position of the foundation moves and the level is broken. Furthermore, the top surface of the foamed synthetic resin molding has a protruding shape, and the wall of the ossuary chamber is tapered, so that rainwater that hangs down on the tombstone tends to accumulate on the bottom surface of the ossuary chamber.

The present invention has a prismatic stone material arranged in parallel, a beam stone material arranged so as to be horizontal between the stone materials, and an L-shaped metal fitting for fixing the stone material and the beam stone material. Furthermore, the stone is arranged wider than the width of the tombstone arranged above.

Such stone materials have been demonstrated to be superior in strength and durability to foundations such as foamed synthetic resin moldings and concrete. In other words, because it is excellent in strength, strength can be secured with a thinner stone material than when using a synthetic foam molded resin or concrete, and since the work is near the ground surface, a horizontal surface can be easily secured, workability and construction quality Is good.
It is fixed with stones arranged in parallel, beam stones arranged so as to be parallel between the stones, and L-shaped metal fittings for fixing them. Fixed and stable as a whole for the tombstone foundation with integrated stones.
Since this stone is characterized in that it is arranged wider than the width of the tombstone placed above, it prevents rainwater and other intrusion from dropping into the ossuary chamber.
In addition, since the curing period of the grave foundation is not required, the gravestone foundation and the gravestone installed on it can be continuously constructed, and the construction period can be shortened dramatically.
In addition, the wall of the ossuary is made of natural stone and has a stunning beauty. In addition, it satisfies the Japanese spiritual aspect of craving and celebrating their ancestors.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a prismatic stone material arranged in parallel, and the cross section is made of granite having a length of, for example, 20 cm and a length of, for example, 100 cm. Reference numeral 2 denotes a beam stone material disposed so as to be horizontal between the stone materials 1 and has a width of, for example, 20 cm. These stone materials 1 and beam stone materials 2 are arranged in, for example, a square shape or a ladder shape so as to be embedded in the peripheral portion of the hole 7 formed in the soil, and the surface is thinly filled with soil.
Since the space surrounded by the stone material 1 and the beam stone material 2 constitutes an ossuary chamber, the bottom surface of the hole 7 may be exposed with soil, or cobblestones or ballasts may be spread on the bottom surface. The stone material 1 and the beam stone material 2 are fixed to each other by a strong stainless steel L-shaped metal fitting 3 having a thickness of about 3 mm.
It is preferable that such a stone material 1 is arranged wider than the width of the tombstone arranged at the upper portion because the tombstone is stabilized.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment. In the case of a compact Western grave with a small graveyard area, the ossuary chamber becomes narrow. Therefore, the ossuary bone 21 is used for the stones 11 and 11 arranged in parallel. Space was secured. In such a case, for example, the lack of beam stone material may be used by connecting with curbstones 50 and 51. Further, the ossuary room may be arranged with decoration stone 6. When the height of the ossuary chamber is not sufficient, the upper part of the ossuary chamber may be formed by hollowing out the base of the tombstone placed on the upper part.

As described above, the present invention is robust and easy to install, and has a better aesthetics than concrete.
