Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a plurality of plate-like objects, for example, electronic devices, which are aligned and held on a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in a close and upright state by utilizing the adhesive force. The present invention relates to a method of handling a plate-like object such that a plate-like object such as a glass plate for parts is sequentially peeled from the adhesive tape. 2. Description of the Related Art A glass plate for electronic parts is usually 10 mm to 2 mm.
Since they are small and have a small thickness of 0 mm square, they are very difficult to handle in the manufacturing process if they are separated. Therefore,
In the production of glass sheets for electronic components, a large number of glass sheets are erected on an adhesive tape at minute intervals (approximately 0.2 mm to 0.3 mm), aligned and held, and conveyed to the next process in this state. Like that. In the next step, the operator manually peels off the glass plates from the adhesive tape one by one and stores them in a washing basket. After washing, they are packaged and shipped as a product. [0003] In a system in which a worker manually peels a plate-like object such as a glass plate for electronic parts, which is aligned and held at a small interval on the adhesive tape, from the adhesive tape,
There are problems in that the labor burden on the operator is large, the workability is low, and the occurrence of defective products due to contact or damage between the plate-like objects is unavoidable. [0004] It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of handling a plate-like object that can be efficiently and automatically peeled off from an adhesive tape without damaging the plate-like object. [0005] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an adhesive tape holding and aligning plate-like objects.

And the opposite side is wide, and grips both sides of the plate
Using a device provided with a pair of chucks to move a large number of plate-like objects aligned and held in a close and upright state on an adhesive tape in the alignment direction, and to detect a plate- like object at the leading plate-like object
When the installation position side of the plate comes to a fixed position, the movement is stopped, the both sides of the plate are gripped by a pair of chucks, and the plate is tilted forward in the gripped state, and then in the tilt direction. The plate is lifted to peel off the adhesive tape, and the above operation is repeated. In peeling the plate-like object from the adhesive tape, the leading plate-like object on the adhesive tape is removed by using the above-mentioned apparatus.
Then, it is gripped by a pair of chucks each having a buffer pad attached in the shape of inverted C, and is first inclined forward, thereby preliminarily peeling off the lower surface of the leading plate-like material from the adhesive tape and the subsequent plate-like material. Interference with a plate-like object can be prevented. In this preliminary peeling, when the plate is simply pulled upward, the peeling force is substantially uniformly distributed over the entire lower surface of the plate and the peeling force per unit area is reduced. As described above, when the plate is inclined forward, the lower edge of the lower surface of the plate is lifted up from the adhesive tape with the front edge of the lower surface of the plate as a fulcrum of the lever, and the same peeling force is applied to the plate. Acts linearly on the trailing edge of the lower surface of the, and the peeling force per unit area increases, so that peeling from the adhesive tape can be facilitated. Subsequently, by raising the leading plate in the inclined direction, the leading plate can be peeled off from the adhesive tape by preventing interference with the subsequent plate. The peeling force at this time moves and acts successively from the rear edge of the lower surface of the preliminarily peeled plate to the front edge thereof, whereby the plate can be reliably peeled. [0009] The peeled plate-like object is accommodated in, for example, a washing basket or the like. In this way, when the peeling of the leading plate is completed, the adhesive tape is moved, and when the second plate comes to the home position, the movement is stopped, and the pair of chucks are moved to the second chuck. The plate-like object is gripped, and the above operation is repeated. Thereafter, the same operation is repeated. FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing an operation sequence of an embodiment of a handling method according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, (a) is a plate-like object, (b) is an adhesive tape, and (1) (1) shows a pair of chucks, (2) shows an ultraviolet irradiation lamp, and (3) shows a light shielding plate. The plate-like object (a) is in the form of a thin rectangular plate, a number of which are brought close to each other in an upright state, and their lower surfaces are adhered to an adhesive tape (b) to be aligned and held. As the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape (b), a tape whose adhesive strength is reduced by irradiation with ultraviolet rays is used. And
This adhesive tape (b) can be conveyed in a substantially horizontal direction by a suitable conveying means such as a conveyor in the alignment direction of the plate-like object (a), and when the leading plate-like object (a) comes to a fixed position. , The transport is stopped. The pair of chucks (1) and (1) are held above a fixed position in the conveyance path of the adhesive tape (b), and the leading plate (a) of the adhesive tape (b) is fixed. When it stops at the position, it descends substantially vertically, and the upper part of both sides of the leading plate-shaped object (a) can be gripped from both sides in the plate width direction, and the plate-shaped object (a) moves in this gripped state The front plate-like object (a) so as to be rotatable by a predetermined angle (θ) in the forward direction.
To be able to be tilted, and then to be able to ascend in the tilting direction, and thereafter, for example, to be able to be moved to a transfer position to, for example, a washing basket, and to be returned above the fixed position after the transfer. It is configured to wait. The ultraviolet irradiation lamp (2) is provided below the fixed position and irradiates the adhesive tape (b) with ultraviolet light from below to lower the adhesive strength of the adhesive tape (b). . The light shielding plate (3) is an ultraviolet irradiation lamp (2)
The ultraviolet irradiation range is limited only to the lower surface of the leading plate-like object (a) of the adhesive tape (b) that has come to the above-mentioned fixed position, and is to shield other parts from light. It has a window hole (3a) provided between the lower surface of (b) and the ultraviolet irradiation lamp (2) and having a predetermined size and shape. Next, an outline of a more specific configuration of an apparatus directly used for implementing the above-described handling method of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. (4) transport means such as a pair of left and right belt conveyors that move integrally in the horizontal direction, (5) a frame-shaped pallet transported on the transport means (4), and (6) transport Plate-like object detection means such as a laser sensor disposed at a fixed position on the side of the means (4) and perpendicular to the moving direction of the transport means (4). The conveying means (4) is provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape (b) which holds the plate-like object (a) in an upright state and closely aligns and holds the same.
It is for transporting horizontally together with the frame-shaped pallet (5) to the peeling position. In order to enable irradiation of ultraviolet rays by the ultraviolet irradiation lamp (2) at the peeling position, a plate-like material ( An opening (4a) having substantially the same width as the plate width of (a) is provided. In addition, when the conveyance means (4) uses a belt or the like that transmits ultraviolet light, the opening (4a) can be omitted. The movement command of the conveying means (4) is transmitted to the chuck (1).
It is performed every time the peeling operation of the plate-like object (a) by (1) is completed, and a stop command is issued by a stop signal of the plate-like object detection means (6). The frame-shaped pallet (5) is used to stably and surely convey the adhesive tape (b) which aligns and holds the plate-like material (a) in an upright state while approaching the pallet by the conveying means (4). And may be adhered using the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape (b), or may be simply placed as a weight in a non-adhered state. The plate-like object detecting means (6) is composed of, for example, a reflection-type laser sensor having a light projecting element and a light receiving element, and the laser beam (L) projected from the light projecting element receives the plate-like object (6). When the light beam which comes into contact with the side surface of a) and is reflected enters the light receiving element, a stop signal is sent to the transport means (4). As shown in FIG. 3, the chucks (1) and (1) each have a buffer pad (1a) made of rubber or the like on the gripping surface of the plate-like object (a).
(1a) is fixed and this buffer pad (1a) (1a)
As shown in FIG. 4, is attached in an inverted C-shape so as to become narrower toward the front side in the transport direction of the plate-like material (a) on the adhesive tape (b) transported by the transport means (4). In doing so, when the leading plate-shaped object (a) on the adhesive tape (b) is gripped, the subsequent plate-shaped object (a) is not affected. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 4, the chucks (1) and (1) are narrower on the side where the plate-like object detecting means (6) is installed and wider on the opposite side. That is, the stop position of the leading plate-like object (a) of the adhesive tape (b) is controlled with reference to the installation position side of the plate-like object detection means (6), and the plate-like object (a) on the opposite side is controlled. The position ()) may be displaced back and forth for some reason, and even if displaced in this way, the plate-shaped object (a) can be gripped without any trouble. Corresponding to this configuration, a window hole (3a) of a light shielding plate (3) that regulates an irradiation range of an ultraviolet irradiation lamp (2) installed below a peeling position.
Is narrow on the installation side of the plate-like object detection means (6) and wide on the opposite side. The configuration of the handling method of the present invention and the apparatus for directly using the method are as described above. Next, the handling operation of the present invention by the above apparatus will be described with reference to FIG. . When the leading plate-like object (a) on the adhesive tape (b) is carried to the peeling position by the carrying means (4), the plate-like material detecting means (6) detects this and carries the same. A stop signal is sent to the means (4), and the transport means (4) stops. As a result, the leading plate-like material (a) of the adhesive tape (b) stops at the peeling position, and the ultraviolet light from the ultraviolet light irradiation lamp (2) is irradiated from below through the window hole (3a) of the light shielding plate (3). As a result, the adhesive strength of the adhesive tape (b) is reduced. At the same time, the pair of chucks (1) and (1) descend from above the peeling position, and as shown in FIG. 1 (A), hold the leading plate-like object (a) from both sides thereof. Then, as shown in FIG. 1 (B), it is inclined forward to perform preliminary peeling. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 1 (C), the leading plate-like object (a) is gripped and lifted by the chucks (1) and (1) in the above inclined direction, and the leading plate-like object is moved from the adhesive tape (b). The substance (a) is peeled off. The peeled plate-like material (a) is stored in, for example, a washing basket or the like. Thereafter, the chucks (1) and (1) return to the peeling position of the transport means (4) and wait for the next peeling operation. Further, the transport means (4) restarts the transport, and transports the next plate-like material (a) to the peeling position. Thereafter, the above operation is repeated. In the above embodiment, as the adhesive tape (b),
Although a type in which the adhesive strength is reduced by ultraviolet irradiation is used, the present invention may be carried out using another type of adhesive tape (b). According to the present invention, a large number of plate-like objects which are aligned and held on an adhesive tape in a close and upright state are automatically peeled from the adhesive tape in order from the first one without damage. As a result, it is possible to reduce the labor of the operator and improve the work efficiency, and also to reduce the occurrence of defective products. In particular, the leading plate-shaped object is inclined forward in the transport direction to be pre-peeled, and subsequently raised in the inclined direction, thereby preventing the interference with the subsequent plate-shaped object and reducing the peeling force per unit area. It is possible to increase the thickness and to surely peel off.
