Description

The present invention relates to an on-roof work safety device that is detachably fixed to an upper surface of a roof to ensure the safety of the work on the roof.

Conventionally, solar panels and solar water heater panels are mounted on the roof, and other handrails used for workers to perform rooftop operations safely and easily when performing various rooftop operations. A fall prevention fence is used. In this fall prevention fence, pipe-like columns extending upward from the eaves edge of the roof from the ground are erected at predetermined intervals along the eaves edge of the roof, and a handrail member is installed over the plurality of columns. A railing for handrails is formed around the roof.

Conventionally, by connecting a lifeline to a safety fitting attached to the upper surface of the roof, the safety of the operator's work on the roof is ensured (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The safety bracket is arranged on the upper surface of the roof at a predetermined interval in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the inclination direction of the roof, and a seat plate fixed to the upper surface of the roof via a plurality of fixing tools (screws, nails, etc.) It has a column that is erected from a seat plate and a ring bracket that is rotatably supported by the column.

For example, a plurality of safety brackets are fixed at intervals near the top of the roof, the master rope is stretched over the ring brackets of the plurality of safety fixtures, and the child rope slidably connected to the master rope is the operator's Connected to the body safety belt.

In recent years, on-roof work fall prevention tools capable of installing a master rope on the upper surface of a roof from the ground using an operation rod having a predetermined length that can be expanded and contracted are being put into practical use. The start and end parts of the master rope spanned along the upper surface of the roof by the operating rod are each connected to a plurality of water-filled weight bags installed on the ground, and the child rope is connected to the master rope. The child rope is connected to the safety belt of the worker's body.

Utility Model Registration No. 3162625

When a conventional fall prevention fence is installed in a house with a high roof such as a two-story building, it takes a lot of labor and time to assemble it. Moreover, it is difficult to apply when there is no space for standing a plurality of columns around the house.

In the safety metal fitting of Patent Document 1, when fixing a plurality of safety metal fittings on the upper surface of the roof on which the roof tile is laid, the roof tile is removed and the seat plate is fixed to the base plate on the lower side with a plurality of fixing tools. The fixing work is very troublesome and requires time and labor.

In particular, when working on a multi-faceted roof, one or a plurality of safety fittings are installed according to the size of the roof, so that a lot of time and labor are required for the attaching work. Moreover, this safety bracket can only be installed on the roof of a wooden house where a fixture can be used.

The fall prevention tool for roof work using the operation bar is difficult to apply when there is no space around the house where an operator can operate the operation bar or a space for arranging a plurality of weight backs. Moreover, this fall prevention tool for work on the roof is worth using when installing a solar cell panel on a large roof, but it is short to install a solar cell panel only on a small roof or a part of the roof. Not suitable for time-consuming work.

An object of the present invention is to provide a rooftop safety device that allows an operator to easily and easily attach and detach work on the roof, and to provide a rooftop safety device that can handle various forms of roofs. It is fixed via a butterfly bolt 20 and a nut.

As shown in FIG. 2, the engaging member 4b is a thick metal plate and is formed in a vertically long rectangular shape. The upper part of the engaging member 4b is fixed to the lower end of the vertical member body 4a with a plurality of screws 21. The lower part of the engaging member 4b protrudes downward from the lower end part of the vertical member main body 4a, and is in contact with the inner surface of the gutter 3 opposite to the building. The engaging member 4b is configured to be able to adjust the engaging position according to the shape and depth of the groove portion 3a of the gutter 3 by changing the fixing position with respect to the vertical member main body 4a via the screw 21.

Each hinge member 5 is made of a metal flat hinge. The rear end portion of the roof-side fixing member 9 is fixed to the middle lower portion of the vertical member main body 4a by the hinge member 5, so that the roof-side fixing member 9 can swing in the vertical direction.

Each connecting member 6 has a middle portion in the longitudinal direction of both sides of the vertical member body 4a and both sides of the roof side fixing member 9 so that the angle between the vertical member body 4a and the roof side fixing member 9 can be adjusted. As shown in FIG. 4, the connection fitting 22 is formed in a thin rectangular shape with a thick metal plate. A plurality of screw insertion holes 22a are formed in the connecting fitting 22 at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction. The pair of connecting fittings 22 is fastened to the side of the vertical member main body 4a by a pair of screws 24 inserted into any of the screw insertion holes 22a, and the side of the roof-side fixing member 9 by the pair of screws 24. And is attached in an inclined posture of about 30 to 45 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane between the vertical member main body 4a and the roof side fixing member 9. The connecting fitting 22 adjusts the angle between the vertical member main body 4a and the roof side fixing member 9 by changing the fixing position with respect to the vertical member main body 4a and the roof side fixing member 9 via the screw insertion holes 22a and the screws 24. Is possible. When the angle between the vertical member main body 4a and the roof side fixing member 9 is adjusted, the vertical member main body 4a and the roof side fixing member 9 are arranged so that the vertical member 4 assumes a substantially vertical posture when installed on the roof R. Adjust the angle. It should be noted that when the connecting metal fitting 22 is mounted between the vertical member main body 4a and the roof-side fixing member 9, one end of the connecting metal fitting 22 is attached to the vertical member main body 4a so as not to protrude outward from the vertical member main body 4a. It is fixed, and it fixes to the roof side fixing member 9 so that the other end part may not protrude from the roof side fixing member 9 downward (roof tile side).

Each connecting diagonal member 23 is composed of a wooden block piece having an inverted isosceles trapezoidal shape in a side view, and is disposed between the pair of connecting fittings 22 in an inclined posture of about 30 to 45 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane. Yes. By fastening a pair of screws 25 inserted through the screw insertion holes 22a in the middle of the connecting bracket 22 in the longitudinal direction to the connecting diagonal member 23, the connecting diagonal member 23 is releasably fixed to the pair of connecting brackets 22. ing. As described above, the pair of roof-shaped members 2, the pair of vertical members 4, and the pair of connecting members 6 are joined together to form a pair of rectangular members.

The receiving member 7 has a function of preventing the operator, materials, tools, and parts from sliding down and a function of stabilizing the worker's working posture (see FIG. 3). The receiving member 7 is composed of a wooden board (for example, a thickness of about 1.0 to 1.5 cm and a width of about 6 to 8 cm) that extends straight along a horizontal direction parallel to the eaves edge of the roof R. It is stretched over the diagonal member 23. Long holes 7 a extending in the horizontal direction are formed in both end portions of the receiving member 7. The butterfly bolts 26 inserted into the elongated holes 7a at both end portions of the receiving member 7 are respectively screwed into the nuts on the connecting diagonal member 23 side, so that the position is adjustable to the connecting diagonal member 23.

The handrail member 8 is a wooden board that extends straight along the horizontal direction and is made of the same wooden board as the handrail member 8. In both end portions of the handrail member 8, elongated holes 8a extending in the horizontal direction are formed. A pair of bolts 16 provided on the pair of vertical member bodies 4a are respectively inserted into the elongated holes 8a on both end portions of the handrail member 8, and a wing nut 17 is fastened to each bolt 16. It is releasably fixed to the pair of vertical member bodies 4a.

If the butterfly bolt 26 and the butterfly nut 17 are loosened, the pair of roof side members 2 can be moved in the horizontal direction with respect to the connecting diagonal member 23 and the pair of vertical members 4 through the long holes 7a and 8a. Therefore, the horizontal position of the roof side member 2 can be adjusted to match the unevenness of the roof tile, and the horizontal distance between the pair of roof side members 2 can be adjusted according to the size and gradient of the roof R. It has become.
