Abstract
【課題】銀行や郵便局において窓口の案内と伝票記入の手伝いをするカウンターを統合し、ロビーの入口の近くに設置できる様に構成した案内カウンターを提供する。【解決手段】銀行や郵便局の店頭において、脚部パネルとテーブルトップからなるテーブル形状の什器に、各種記入伝票とそれを収納する伝票ケースと記入用の筆記具がテーブルトップ上に置かれた形態の記帳台と、脚部パネルとテーブルトップからなるデスク形状の什器をはさんで行員と利用客が対面して座る形態の相談業務に用いる相談カウンターを連結一体化する。これにより、行員が伝票記入の手伝いや、あるいは、相談中にも手早く伝票の手続きが始められるようになる。【選択図】図１
Description
銀行や郵便局の窓口を案内し、伝票記入などの手伝いをするカウンター。
より深いサービスをするための顧客情報を得るために、受付カウンターにホテルのコンシェルジュのような案内機能と顧客の伝票記入のコンサルティングができるようにする。

銀行や郵便局の来店客に対して、サービスの充実と迅速化を図るために、コンシェルジュカウンターを設置する。今までの銀行や郵便局の受付カウンターは、案内をする目的であるが、このコンシェルジュカウンターは案内機能の他にコンサルティングや伝票記入の手伝いやパンフレット配布などの業務を行う。そのコンシェルジュカウンターは、伝票やパンフレットをセットでき、かつ、説明をしたり記入の手伝いができるようにする。
これからの金融業務は、コンサルティングが中心になる。コンサルティングを充実するために顧客のニーズを知る必要がある。今までの銀行員や郵便局員は、受付カウンターに座ると案内業務しか行わず、コンサルティングやサービス向上のための顧客情報を集めようというモチベーションが大変低かった。顧客ニーズを調べようというモチベーションを向上させなければならない。
顧客ニーズを知ろうというモチベーションの向上を図るために、コンシェルジュカウンターというネーミングのカウンターを設置する。今まで通り、受付カウンターという名前にすると受付業務しかやらなくなるためである。形やデザインも受付カウンターと変える必要がある。図１は伝票記入の手伝いをしながら、顧客ニーズを聞き出す目的でデザインしたコンシェルジュカウンターの１例である。形や名前が変わると、人間は行動の様式が変化する。
顧客ニーズを早くつかみ、顧客のお金の活用のためのコンサルティングができれば業績が飛躍的に向上する。
Claims (3)
- 銀行や郵便局のロビーにコンシェルジュカウンターという、サービスの向上と顧客ニーズを把握する目的でつくられたカウンターを設置すること。
- コンシェルジュカウンターは、受付カウンターではない機能と形態とデザインする必要があるため、受付カウンター機能に記帳台の機能（図１）やコンサルタント機能（図２）やパンフレットスタンド（図３）の機能などを付加して受付カウンターではないことを視覚で表現したカウンター。
- 名前をコンシェルジュカウンターとする。（ただし、銀行や郵便局に限った権利とする）
