Description

本考案は、合成樹脂の中に、個人情報の生体分子であるDNAを埋封し、長期間保存を可能にするメモリアルプレートに関するものである。
現存する個人のDNAを分離し、DNA鑑定等に使用することは行われており、さらに合成樹脂に埋封し、ペンダント等として使用する例はあるが、可視量のDNAを使った例はない。

現存する個人のDNAを可視量分離するのは体細胞の分裂回数の制限のため困難な作業である。
分離したDNAが現存する個人のDNAであることを分子生物学的に証明する必要がある。
現存する個人のDNAを後世に継承するために、長期に保存できるようにする。
現存する個人の皮膚組織（約2mm四方）等を切り取り、RPMI1640培地に牛血清およびヒト成長ホルモン等を加えた培地で培養し増殖させる方法は公知であるが、培地の交換、細胞の移し換え等の工夫を行う。DNAは公知の方法であるフェノール法で抽出する。
個人のDNAを約1mg/mlになるように蒸留水に溶かし、凍結乾燥し、合成樹脂に埋封し、長期保存ができるようにする。
現存する個人のDNAのAQP1遺伝子等の塩基配列を公知のダイプライマー法でDNAシークエンサーを用いて解析する。この遺伝情報を金属プレートに印字し、DNAと一緒に合成樹脂に埋封することによって、埋封DNAが現在個人のDNAであることを保証する。埋封DNAの一部を合成樹脂から分離し、DNAの塩基配列を解析することによって、金属プレート記載のDNAと同一であることを確認できる。
金属プレートに個人情報（名前、生年月日、特徴）を記して合成樹脂に埋封することによって、後世に個人のDNAを継承する。
花などをDNAの周りに配置し、合成樹脂の中に埋封することによって装飾性を持たせる。
現存する個人自身、親族および他人が個人の存在の源である遺伝情報分子であるDNAを可視化できる。
合成樹脂に埋封されたDNAは半永久的に保存でき、また、有機溶媒を使えば分子生物学的に機能するDNAを分離することができるので個人の遺伝情報を後世に継承することができる。
個人のAQP1等の遺伝情報を解読したデーターが蓄積し、将来文化人類学的研究の資料となる。
以下、添付図面に従って実施例を説明する。図1,2は本体の樹脂より1/10程度小さい合成樹脂で、DNAを埋封した樹脂の実施例である。図2は、図1の樹脂を研磨し、上面を半円形にする実施例である。
図3はDNAを埋封した樹脂、花および金属プレートを配置し、合成樹脂で埋封した本体樹脂の実施例である。図4は本体樹脂の立像である。

  1. 合成樹脂の中に、現存する個人のDNAを埋封したことを特徴とするメモリアルプレート。
  2. 合成樹脂の中に、個人情報と個人のDNAのアクアポリン1（AQP1）遺伝子等の遺伝情報を記した金属プレートを埋封したことを特徴とするメモリアルプレート。
  3. 合成樹脂の中に、花等を埋封し、装飾性を持たせたことを特徴とするメモリアルプレート。
