Description

The present invention relates to an expansion joint device attached to an elevated girder.

An expansion joint is installed at the joint of an elevated girder such as an elevated road to absorb the expansion and contraction of the play due to the expansion and contraction of the girder due to temperature changes. This expansion joint closes the gap between the girders and is compressed or pulled by the girders that expand or contract as the temperature changes.

For example, the expansion joint disclosed in Patent Document 1 is formed in a plate shape by a steel plate covered with rubber, and is installed in a recess (step-down portion) provided at an end of a girder. When such an expansion joint is installed, a sealing material is applied to the gap between the girder recess and the expansion joint so that rain and the like do not enter.

On the other hand, in the bridge connecting part covering material disclosed in Patent Document 2, the gap is covered with the connecting part covering material, and a filling member (backup material) such as a foam is provided between the idles. Such a stuffing member prevents the covering material and the sealing material before curing from dripping.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2004-27630

The stuffing member installed between the above-mentioned play may fall due to aging. When there is no cross beam under the play, the packing member that has fallen from the play falls to a street or the like that passes under the overpass. For this reason, the filling member is removed when the sealing material is cured to some extent.

When removing the stuffing member, a scaffold is assembled under the overpass, or an aerial work vehicle is prepared for work. In this way, when scaffolding is set up or an aerial work vehicle is arranged, it is not only expensive, but it may hinder traffic.

The present invention provides an expansion joint device that can prevent the filling member from falling.

In order to achieve the above object, an expansion joint device according to the present invention comprises:
It is installed between adjacent girders and includes a joint member, a filling member, a plurality of fixing members, and a flexible sheet member. A joint member is arrange | positioned ranging over the play between adjacent girders, and covers this play. The filling member is inserted in the play between adjacent beams. The plurality of fixing members fix the joint members to adjacent girders, respectively. A sheet | seat member has an edge part each fixed to an adjacent beam | girder with a joint member with a some fixing member, and an intermediate part which is located between edge parts and passes under a filling member.

According to the expansion joint device of the present invention, the sheet member is passed between the adjacent girders. Since the stuffing member is installed on the middle part of the sheet member, the middle part of the sheet member receives the stuffing member even when the stuffing member is deteriorated. Therefore, the packing member can be prevented from falling. As a result, the number of work steps for collecting the stuffing member can be reduced.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing an expansion joint device 2 attached to the elevated 1. FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a part of the elevated 1 in FIG. The elevated 1 is an elevated road used as an expressway, for example. As shown in FIG. 1, the elevated 1 includes adjacent girders 10A and 10B.

Girder 10A, 10B is arrange | positioned along with the gap | interval 12 and has the floor slab 15, the pavement 16, the post-coating concrete 17, and the end wall 18, respectively. The pavement 16 is provided on the floor slab 15 by asphalt and forms, for example, a pavement surface 21 on which the vehicle travels.

The post-cast concrete 17 is provided on the floor slab 15 that is recessed at the ends of the girders 10A and 10B. A material for improving the adhesion of the post-cast concrete 17 may be applied between the post-cast concrete 17 and the floor slab 15.

Each of the post-cast concrete 17 has a receiving portion 24. The receiving portions 24 are provided at the end portions of the girders 10 </ b> A and 10 </ b> B so as to be recessed from the upper surface 17 a of the post-cast concrete 17 continuous with the pavement surface 21, and are adjacent to each other with the gap 12 therebetween. The end walls 18 are respectively formed by the floor slab 15 and the post-cast concrete 17 and face each other facing the gap 12.

A plurality of reinforcing bars 26 and a plurality of anchor members 27 are provided inside the post-cast concrete 17. The plurality of reinforcing bars 26 are arranged vertically and horizontally inside the post-cast concrete 17 to reinforce the post-cast concrete 17. The plurality of anchor members 27 each have a bolt hole that opens to the bottom surface of the receiving portion 24.

As shown in FIG. 2, the sheet member 30 is provided from one girder 10A to the other girder 10B. The sheet member 30 is made of a flexible material having excellent weather resistance, and is a sheet made of glass cloth, for example. The sheet member 30 has a pair of end portions 31 and an intermediate portion 32 positioned between the pair of end portions 31.

The pair of end portions 31 of the sheet member 30 covers the receiving portion 24. The pair of end portions 31 are provided with a plurality of holes formed by using a Shino or the like so that the sheet member 30 is not twisted. The plurality of holes are continuous with bolt holes of the plurality of anchor members 27 that open to the bottom surface of the receiving portion 24. The end portion 31 of the sheet member 30 does not need to cover the entire area of the receiving portion 24, and may cover only a part of the receiving portion 24 as long as the plurality of holes are connected to the bolt holes of the plurality of anchor members 27. .

The intermediate portion 32 of the sheet member 30 hangs down from the end of the receiving portion 24 into the gap 12. The intermediate portion 32 is slacked in a substantially U shape along the facing end wall 18. The intermediate portion 32 has a sufficient length to maintain a substantially U-shaped shape even when the air temperature decreases and the gap 12 expands.

The joint member 35 is provided so as to cover the gap 12. The joint member 35 is formed in a plate shape by a plurality of steel plates covered with rubber, for example. The joint member 35 is disposed on the receiving portion 24 from above the end portion 31 of the sheet member 30 and straddles the adjacent girders 10A and 10B. The joint member 35 is formed in a size that fits the receiving portion 24 when it has a design dimension, for example. When the joint member 35 is disposed in the receiving portion 24, the upper surface 35 a of the joint member 35 forms the same plane as the pavement surface 21 and the upper surface 17 a of the post-concrete concrete 17.

A plurality of recesses 36 for embedding bolt heads are formed in the joint member 35 by spot facing. Each of the recesses 36 is provided with a hole, and the hole is connected to the bolt hole of the anchor member 27.

A plurality of bolts 37 inserted into the plurality of recesses 36 are attached to the bolt holes of the plurality of anchor members 27. The bolt 37 is an example of a fixing member. The plurality of bolts 37 fasten the end portion 31 of the sheet member 30 and the joint member 35 together, and fix them to the receiving portion 24. After the bolt 37 is tightened, the recess 36 is filled with an epoxy sealant 39 to cover the bolt 37.

As shown in FIG. 2, an epoxy-based sealing material 41 is applied to a part of the bottom surface of the receiving portion 24. The sealing material 41 seals between the bottom surface of the receiving portion 24 and the end portion 31 of the sheet member 30.

An epoxy-based sealing material 42 is applied to the side surfaces of the end portion 31 and the receiving portion 24 of the sheet member 30. The sealing material 42 seals between the end portion 31 of the sheet member 30 and the bottom surface of the joint member 35 and between the side surface of the receiving portion 24 and the side surface of the joint member 35.

The stuffing member 45 is, for example, a urethane foam formed in a rectangular shape, and is inserted into the gap 12. The stuffing member 45 is sandwiched between the end walls 18 of the girders 10 </ b> A and 10 </ b> B via the intermediate portion 32 of the sheet member 30. The intermediate portion 32 passes under the filling member 45.

By disposing the filling member 45 in the gap 12, it is possible to prevent the sealing material 42 from dripping from the gap 12. Further, the stuffing member 45 can prevent rainwater or the like from dripping from the gap 12.

The expansion joint device 2 configured as described above is replaced with an old joint by the following construction procedure. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a state in which the old joint member 49 is removed from the elevated 1. As shown in FIG. 3, first, the old joint member 49 is removed from the elevated 1. At this time, the work is performed so as not to damage the post-cast concrete 17 and the anchor member 27.

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a state where the filling member 45 is inserted into the gap 12. After the old joint member 49 is removed, the filling member 45 is quickly packed in the gap 12. As shown in FIG. 4, the designed height H of the filling member 45 is 150 mm or more, and the width W1 of the filling member 45 is twice or more the width W2 of the gap 12. Since the filling member 45 is packed in the gap 12, debris and the like are prevented from falling under the elevated 1 during construction.

Next, the bolt hole of the anchor member 27 is cleaned using, for example, air. At this time, if the bolt hole of the anchor member 27 is damaged, re-drilling is performed.

Next, the old sealing material is removed by cleaning the receiving portion 24 of the post-cast concrete 17. At this time, the post-cast concrete 17 is inspected for abnormalities such as unevenness and cracks.

When the post-cast concrete 17 is cracked, the unhealthy part is removed with a hammer, for example. When an unhealthy part or unevenness occurs in the post-cast concrete 17, shaping and repairing are performed using, for example, mortar. Note that minor defects in the end wall 18 are not repaired in order to prevent the cured mortar from peeling off.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a state in which the sealing material 41 is applied to the receiving portion 24. As shown in FIG. 5, after cleaning the post-cast concrete 17, the sealing material 41 is uniformly applied to the receiving portion 24 with a spatula, for example. The sealing material 41 is applied to the bottom surface of the receiving portion 24 except for an area of a certain distance L from the end of the receiving portion 24. The constant distance L is, for example, 10 mm. This prevents the sealing material 41 from dripping onto the end wall 18.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a state in which the sheet member 30 is installed on the elevated 1. After applying the sealing material 41 to the receiving portion 24, the filling member 45 packed in the gap 12 is once removed.

Next, the sheet member 30 is installed on the elevated 1. As shown in FIG. 6, the receiving portion 24 is covered with the end portion 31 of the sheet member 30. At this time, the hole provided in the end portion 31 of the sheet member 30 and the bolt hole of the anchor member 37 are connected to each other. Further, the intermediate portion of the sheet member 30 is laid in the gap 12 in a substantially U shape.

Next, the stuffing member 45 is installed again in the gap 12. When the stuffing member 45 is inserted between the end walls 18 along which the sheet member 30 extends, the stuffing member 45 is sandwiched and fixed between the end walls 18 by the restoring force of the stuffing member 45. The stuffing member 45 is disposed on the intermediate portion 32 curved in a substantially U shape. The stuffing member 45 may be different from the stuffing member 45 packed in the gap 12 before laying the sheet member 30.

Next, the sealing material 42 is uniformly applied to the end portion 31 of the sheet member 30 and the side surface of the receiving portion 24 with, for example, a spatula. In order to prevent rainwater and the like from entering, a sealing material 41 is carefully applied to the side wall of the receiving portion 24.

Next, the joint member 35 is disposed in the receiving portion 24. At this time, the bolt hole of the anchor member 27 is connected to the hole of the recess 36. At this time, when the distance W2 between the play gaps 12 is longer than the designed distance due to a low temperature or the like, the joint member 35 is pulled by a predetermined tool. In addition, when the distance W2 of the gap 12 is shorter than the designed distance due to a high temperature or the like, the joint member 35 is compressed with a predetermined tool.

Next, the bolts 37 are respectively attached to the bolt holes of the anchor member 27 in the recess 36, and the end portion 31 of the sheet member 30 and the joint member 35 are fastened together. Next, the concave portion 36 is filled with the sealing material 39 and the bolt 37 is covered. The replacement of the expansion joint device 2 is completed through the above steps.

In addition, you may install a receiving stand between the receiving part 24 and the edge part 31 of the sheet | seat member 30, or between the edge part 31 of the sheet | seat member 30, and the coupling member 35 as needed. In this case, a sealing material is also applied to the upper surface of the cradle.

According to the expansion joint device 2 having the above-described configuration, the intermediate portion 32 of the sheet member 30 is loosened in the gap 12 between the girders 10A and 10B. The intermediate portion 32 passes under the filling member 45 sandwiched between the end walls 18 of the girders 10A and 10B. Thereby, for example, even when the stuffing member 45 is aged or collapsed, the intermediate portion 32 of the sheet member 30 receives the stuffing member 45. Therefore, the stuffing member 45 can be prevented from falling.

Further, the sheet member 30 is fixed to the girders 10A and 10B by the existing anchor member 27 and the bolt 37. In this way, the stuffing member 45 can be prevented from falling without using a special bolt or jig.

In addition, the sheet | seat member of this invention is not restricted to the glass cloth of the said embodiment. For example, a cloth formed of high-strength fibers such as aramid fibers may be used, or a glass cloth reinforced with a net may be used.

Furthermore, the fixing member of the present invention is not limited to the bolt 37 of the above embodiment. For example, the end 31 and the joint member 35 may be fixed to the receiving portion 24 by anchor bolts protruding from the receiving portion 24.
