Description

The present invention relates to a protective tube used for wire protection when installing a solar panel by wire fixing.

Conventional solar panel installation is generally done by screwing to the roof of the building, and there is no protective tube for use in the wire fixing system shown in this proposal.

Most of the solar panels are attached to the building roof with screws, but there are problems such as rain leakage. In order to avoid this, we applied for a new solar panel mounting means by wire fixing. (Japanese Patent Application No. 2009-159291) This application assumes a building without eaves. As described above, because there is a difficulty in the conventional solar panel mounting method, as shown in FIG. 12, I applied for a mounting method by wire fixing, but in the case of a building with eaves, between the eaves and the wall surface In order to create a step, it is necessary to adjust this, and this time, we intend to provide a new protective tube that is used when installing solar panels on eaves.

As a means for solving the problems, the present plan has the following configuration.
That is, an upper main pipe and a lower main pipe, each of which is bent at an obtuse angle at the center, are provided, and an adjustment plate having a slit is fixed to each pipe at a symmetric position on a part of the outer surface of each main pipe. Each having a plate having an inner pipe exposed in the lower part of the upper main pipe, inserting the inner pipe into the lower main pipe, positioning the accessory plate on each slit, and a bolt for inserting the slit and this The nut is screwed into the bolt so that the position of the upper main pipe and the lower main pipe can be adjusted. The present plan is a protective tube for solar panel installation having the above-described configuration.

This plan has the following effects.
1. By using the bent tube body, it is possible to install a protective tube body that does not require drilling in the eaves portion.
2. By dividing the bent pipe body into two parts and enabling the adjustment of the mutual positions of the pipe bodies, the bent pipe body can be provided corresponding to a change in the protruding distance of the eaves with respect to the wall surface.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
This is a method of passing a wire without perforating the eaves, corresponding to the step between the eaves and the wall surface. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes an upper main pipe made of a metal pipe whose center is bent at an obtuse angle, and an adjustment plate 3 made of a flat plate having slits 2 is fixed to the pipe body at symmetrical positions on the outer surface of the pipe body. The Further, the inner tube 4 having an appropriate length is exposed and fixed to the inner surface of the bent tube body. The inner pipe outer diameter is formed slightly smaller than the main pipe inner diameter. Reference numeral 5 denotes an upper main pipe and an approximate lower main pipe, but no inner pipe is provided. Reference numeral 6 denotes an accessory plate, which is an elongated plate having a slit. These parts are combined and fixed as follows. First, the inner pipe below the upper main pipe is inserted into the lower main pipe, an accessory plate is positioned on the slits of each main pipe, and fixed with bolts and nuts through the slits. At the time of use, as shown in FIG. 3, the upper and lower parts of the bent tube are attached to the eaves and the wall surface with appropriate members.
By loosening the bolts and nuts, the positions of the main pipes can be adjusted, so that it is possible to cope with the situation of the building to be attached.
FIG. 4 shows a main pipe using a bent pipe body 10 having parallel ends, and the adjustment function is removed from the previous example. FIG. 5 uses a thin bent tube body 20 for avoiding the step of the window frame, and is formed by bending the vicinity of both ends of the tube body in the same direction.

As mentioned above, although this plan was described, this plan was invented for wire protection and aesthetic improvement in the solar panel mounting method using a wire, and contributes to more effective use of the application. As described above, the conventional solar panel installation method is a method of fixing on the roof with a screw or the like, and sometimes rainwater enters the indoor from the installation location and suffers damage such as rain leakage. However, there is no effective measure for this.
For this reason, some people are worried about installing solar panels, and in order to solve this problem, they applied for an innovative means of installing solar panels using wires.
However, many buildings have eaves, and buildings are easy to see. As a result of efforts to obtain means that take into account not only wire protection but also visual goodness, It was invented. In the above-described example, the tubular body is a metal tube. However, as long as durability is satisfied, a synthetic resin tube or the like may be used. Moreover, the support member used for illustration of this plan can use the thing of arbitrary shapes and structures other than illustration.
As described above, it is possible to obtain a protective tube effective for solar panel installation means using a wire or the like in the present plan.
