Description
The present invention relates to a wrap-around cardboard box.
Conventionally, a corrugated cardboard box is used as a container for collectively storing a plurality of products from transportation to product display, or as a packaging container for selling heavy goods such as home appliances and potted plants. In particular, when a canned beverage, a detergent, or the like is accommodated, a wrap-around type cardboard box may be used.
This wrap-around type cardboard box forms a square cylinder by a top plate, a bottom plate, and a pair of side plates connecting the top plate and the bottom plate, and opening surfaces at both ends of the square tube Is sealed with an outer flap extending from the top plate and the bottom plate and an inner flap extending from the side plate.
In such a wrap-around type cardboard box, in order to form the rectangular tube body, for example, there is an adhesive margin portion that extends from the side edge of the top plate and bonds the top plate and the one side plate. Is provided. Therefore, when assembling this wrap-around type cardboard box, the above-mentioned outer flaps and inner flaps, and the glue margin and side plates are bonded using a hot-melt adhesive or the like. A cardboard box having strength will be formed.
As a method of opening the wrap-around type cardboard box, there is a method of opening an outer flap portion sealed with an adhesive (see, for example, JP-A-2006-76588). Also, in a wrap-around type cardboard box, the bottom plate side can be used as it is as a product display tray by dividing the box into two parts, top and bottom (top plate side and bottom plate side). After being brought into the store as a box, the box is often divided into two parts, and the bottom plate side is displayed as it is as a display tray. As a method of dividing such a wrap-around type box into two, a method using a cut tape is generally used. For example, a cardboard is provided that is divided into two by providing a cut tape on the inner flap and the side plate and pulling out the cut tape. Boxes and the like have been developed (see JP 2006-96399 A).
On the other hand, in the distribution industry that frequently uses cardboard boxes as packaging materials, high consideration is given to the environment, energy saving, and cost. For this reason, reduction of the weight of the corrugated cardboard box and the use of a small amount of adhesive or the like during assembly has been studied. Moreover, it is difficult to say that the opening means of the wrap-around type cardboard box is easy to open, and there is room for improvement.
The present invention has been made in view of these circumstances, and can wrap around a cardboard box that can be used for corrugated paper and adhesives during assembly and can be easily opened. The purpose is to provide.
The idea made to solve the above problems is
One side plate, bottom plate, other side plate and top plate connected in this order,
Two pairs of outer flaps respectively extending from the front and rear edges of the bottom plate and top plate;
A wrap-around type cardboard box formed of cardboard paper having two pairs of inner flaps extending from the front and rear edges of the one and other side plates,
The top plate and the one side plate are not connected,
The top plate and the pair of outer flaps extending from the top plate are separably formed.
According to the corrugated cardboard box, the top plate and the one side plate are not connected to each other, so that the glue margin portion extending from the top plate and bonded to the side plate becomes unnecessary. Therefore, according to the corrugated cardboard box, the use amount of the corrugated paper is reduced by not providing the adhesive margin portion, and the adhesive amount to be adhered to the adhesive margin portion becomes unnecessary, so the usage amount of the adhesive is also reduced can do.
Further, according to the cardboard box, the top plate and the one side plate are not connected to each other, and the top plate and the pair of outer flaps extending from the top plate are separably formed. Therefore, it can be easily opened by pulling up with the side edge of the top plate on the one side plate side. Furthermore, according to this cardboard box, even when the side surface portion (side plate and outer flap or the like) is hidden by another cardboard box or the like, it can be easily opened by having the top plate. In addition, according to the corrugated cardboard box, since no cut tape for facilitating opening is provided, the use of this cut tape can be reduced.
The top plate and a pair of outer flaps extending from the top plate may be connected via a zippered cut line. According to the corrugated cardboard box, the top plate is processed along the processing line by being processed with a zipper-like cut line between the top plate and the pair of outer flaps extending from the top plate. Can be separated, making it easier to open.
The top plate may have a ruled line formed in parallel with the side edge. According to the cardboard box, the top plate has such a ruled line, so that the top plate can be used by folding the top plate along the ruled line after the top plate is separated from the outer flap and opened. Therefore, according to the cardboard box, for example, when used as a product display tray, the outer surface of the top plate can be used as a display plate for product advertisements.
Here, the “zipper-shaped cut line” refers to a cut formed by continuously forming a cut of a line shape or a curved shape, such as a “<” shape, a “L” shape, a “Y” shape, or a “T” shape. Say a stranded wire.
As described above, according to the wrap-around type corrugated cardboard box of the present invention, it is possible to suppress the amount of corrugated paper, the amount of adhesive used during assembly, and the like, and to easily open the cardboard.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings as appropriate.
A cardboard box 1 in FIG. 1 is a wrap-around type cardboard box formed by assembling the
The type of the
Further, as the flute type of the
The
One
The
In addition, in the corrugated paper which forms a normal wraparound type corrugated cardboard box, in order to form a square cylindrical body from the top plate, the bottom plate and the pair of side plates, for example, the top plate in the
However, since the corrugated cardboard box 1 does not include such an adhesive margin, the amount of corrugated paper used is reduced, and an adhesive to be attached to the adhesive margin is not required during assembly. Therefore, the amount of adhesive used can also be reduced. Note that the absence of the margin part as described above is not only an effect of reducing the amount of the corrugated cardboard used for the area of the margin part, but also as shown as the shape of the
The position of the ruled line L 1, is preferably between the center line M 1 and the center line M 2 below. Here centerline M 1 is a ruled line L 2 between the
When the ruled line L 1 is closer to the side edge L 3 than the center line M 1 , when the
The pair of
As a specific shape of the zipper-shaped cut line L 5, a first line formed in parallel with the fold line on the fold line between the
The two pairs of
Moreover, the left and right of the extending direction front end edge of each
The two pairs of
Next, a method for assembling and using the cardboard box 1 will be described.
Similar to a general wrap-around type cardboard box, first, products to be packaged on the
Subsequently, the two pairs of
Since the corrugated cardboard box 1 assembled in this way does not have an adhesive margin portion provided on a normal top plate or side plate as described above, the strength is slightly lower than that of a normal one. The use of the adhesive is limited to the portion where the inner flap and the outer flap overlap, and the amount of adhesive used can be reduced. Moreover, according to the corrugated cardboard box 1, the ease of opening is enhanced as will be described later.
When the cardboard box 1 is opened, as shown in FIG. 3, the
Moreover, the cardboard box 1, after the opening, as shown in FIG. 4, along the borders L 1 provided in
The cardboard box of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the top plate and a pair of outer flaps extending from the top plate are perforated lines (line segments) instead of zipper-like cut lines. Or a half-cut line or the like. Even when these shapes of lines are provided, the top plate and the outer flap extending from the top plate can be separated, and the top plate can be easily opened.
In addition, one or a plurality of cutouts may be provided in the side edge portion of the top plate contacting the top edge of one side plate or the top edge portion of one side plate contacting the top plate. By providing such a notch, when the top plate of the cardboard box is to be opened, the top plate can be grasped by pointing a finger or the like to the notch, which improves workability and ease of opening. Can be increased.
As described above, according to the corrugated cardboard box of the present invention, it is possible to reduce the amount of corrugated cardboard and the amount of adhesive used during assembly, and it can be easily opened. It can be suitably used as a wrap-around cardboard box for packing beverage products, foods, detergents and the like.
