【課題】消費者に対し広告媒体を、新たな広告配信形態が届かない区域（スペース）において配信（配送）するための簡便、迅速、有効な手法を提供せんとする。【解決手段】広告装置１は、円筒状の基台４に三角形柱体状デザイン２の３面のＬＣＤスクリーン３ａ，３ｂ，３ｃを備え、スクリーン３ａ，３ｂ，３ｃの全て又は各々上に同時に又は個別に広告を表示し、コンテンツ及びプログラムを広告するものであって、限定された中で、移動可能に、オープンエリアにおいて、無線、バッテリー給電、電源駆動、ケーブル、ＵＳＢ、ＳＤカード、インターネット及びプログラム配信技術を利用して広告を表示し、コンテンツ及び他のプログラムを広告するものである。【選択図】図１

Description

本考案は、広告装置に関し、広告ディスプレイ及び配送における新規な考え方を提案するものである。
従来から、広告は液晶ディスプレイ（ＬＣＤ）で表示され、ショッピングモール（商店街）を含む多くの公的な場所や往来の激しい場所で見られることは周知である。
ＬＣＤスクリーンは、伝統的なポスター広告と緩やかに置き換わるものであるが、すでにこれらの広告のディスプレイは、広告会社や広告主等に対する課題であることが判明している。
スクリーンは、典型的には大型で一方向に面しており、消費者にとって、位置によっては、その広告を見たり、楽しんだりすること、あるいはその両方が困難なものとなっている。
その結果、広告は広告効果と、結局は製品の売上が低下することに苦労し、伝統的な広告形態と競合するものになって、新たな広告配信形態の導入と開発を遅らせている。
本考案は、このような難点を解消するためになされたものであって、広告主にとって消費者に広告媒体を、新たな広告配信形態が届かない区域（スペース）において配信（配送）する簡便、迅速、有効な手法を提供せんとするものである。
特に、本考案の広告装置において、独特の３面のＬＣＤスクリーン三角形柱体状デザイン及び拡大縮小可能な寸法は、広告装置を狭い区域（スペース）においても配置可能とする。
加えて、本考案の広告装置は、幾つかの技術的配信（配送）オプションを含んでおり、これは無線、バッテリー給電、電源駆動、ケーブル、ＵＳＢ、インターネット、ＳＤカード及びプログラム配信、広告表示、広告するコンテンツ及びプログラムを含むものである。
このため、独特の３面のＬＣＤスクリーン三角形柱体状デザインは、消費者にとって与えられた区域（スペース）内で様々な角度から広告を見ることができる。
この広告媒体は、回転され、異なるスクリーン上に同時に又は個別に表示され、プログラムされ、ＬＣＤスクリーンの寸法は与えられた目的に応じて拡大縮小可能である。
このように構成された広告装置によれば、３面のスクリーン及び移動可能形態で、現在の技術を十分に利用することで、以前には実際上届けなかった区域（スペース）の消費者に広告媒体を配信（配送）することができる。

図１〜３において、本考案の広告装置１は、円筒状の基台４に三角形柱体状デザイン２の３面のＬＣＤスクリーン３ａ，３ｂ，３ｃを備え、スクリーン３ａ，３ｂ，３ｃの全て又は各々上に同時に又は個別に広告を表示し、コンテンツ及びプログラムを広告するものであって、限定された中で、移動可能に、オープンエリアにおいて、無線、バッテリー給電、電源駆動、ケーブル、ＵＳＢ、ＳＤカード、インターネット及びプログラム配信技術を利用して広告を表示し、コンテンツ及び他プログラムを広告するものである。
本考案の広告装置１において、ＬＣＤスクリーン３ａ，３ｂ，３ｃの形状は各々矩形である。

  1. 円筒状の基台に三角形柱体状デザインの３面のＬＣＤスクリーンを備え、前記スクリーンの全て又は各々上に同時に又は個別に広告を表示し、コンテンツ及びプログラムを広告するものであって、限定された中で、移動可能に、オープンエリアにおいて、無線、バッテリー給電、電源駆動、ケーブル、ＵＳＢ、ＳＤカード、インターネット及びプログラム配信技術を利用して広告を表示し、コンテンツ及び他のプログラムを広告することを特徴とする広告装置。
  2. 前記ＬＣＤスクリーンの形状は各々矩形であることを特徴とする請求項１記載の広告装置。
  3. 前記ＬＣＤスクリーンの形状は各々正方形であることを特徴とする請求項１記載の広告装置。
  4. 前記広告装置は高さが３２０ｃｍであることを特徴とする請求項１記載の広告装置。
  5. 前記広告装置は高さが３２０ｃｍより短いことを特徴とする請求項４記載の広告装置。
  6. 前記広告装置は高さが３２０ｃｍより長いことを特徴とする請求項１記載の広告装置。
