Description

The present invention relates to a pouch in which a fluid material is sealed in the inner space of a bag body whose peripheral edge is sealed, for example, a liquid food suspension with a spout for supplying nutrition to patients before and after surgery or bedridden in a medical facility. Relating to lowering pouches.

The form of administering a fluid substance (for example, a nutrient or liquid food) to a patient in a medical facility is roughly classified into a case where an Illrigator is used and a case where a hanging pouch is used. In recent years, hanging pouches with spouts that do not require container transfer have been frequently used from the viewpoint of ensuring hygiene.

In hanging pouches with spouts, for example, diluting nutrients and liquid foods, replenishing patients with water, washing containers and tubes, or drugs, in addition to nutrients and liquid foods sealed in the pouch in advance For administration or the like, it is necessary to supply a liquid such as water to the pouch from the outside. Therefore, the hanging pouch with a spout requires an injection means for supplying liquid from the outside.

As an aspect of this injection means, there are a case where a plug is formed of a resin molded body having a shape similar to a spout (Patent Document 1) and a case where a pouch is opened by opening a part of the pouch (Patent Document). 2, Patent Document 3). When a part of the pouch is cut open, a means for resealing the cut part is required. As the means for resealing, a means using a zipper (Patent Document 2) or the part cut open is bent and sealed again. There is something to stop (Patent Document 3).

特開2003−327263号公報JP 2003-327263 A 特開2001−299875号公報JP 2001-299875 A 特開2001−199457号公報JP 2001-199457 A

However, the present inventor has strongly recognized that the prior art has the following disadvantages. That is, when a plug is provided as a means for injecting liquid, the plug requires a large diameter for injecting the liquid, and the pouch shape becomes large and bulky, resulting in a distribution load such as packing and transportation. . In addition, the burden on the economy due to the cost of plug parts and the environmental burden due to disposal of the plugs also increase. On the other hand, when a part of the pouch is cut as a liquid injection means, if a zipper is used as a means for resealing the cut part, there is an economic burden due to the cost of the parts, and the cut part is bent. In some cases, the sealing by bending may be incomplete, in which case liquid spillage, dust or microorganisms may be mixed during transportation after the pouch is cut open.

Therefore, the present invention has an object of providing a pouch that has a smaller distribution, economic, and environmental burden and that can suppress liquid spillage during transportation, dust and microorganisms from entering the pouch. .

The inventor has found that the above problem can be efficiently solved by improving the type in which a part of the pouch is cut and then folded and resealed instead of using other parts such as a spigot or a zipper, We conducted an intensive study. As a result, it has been found that the position and method of folding can be adapted to the purpose, and the present invention has been made based on this knowledge.

That is, the present invention includes the following.

[1] A pouch in which a fluid substance is sealed in an inner space of a bag body whose peripheral edge is sealed, the suspension part disposed on the peripheral edge of the bag body and for hanging the pouch; The outlet is disposed on the opposite side of the hanging portion across the space, and is configured to be capable of shearing out the fluid substance from the internal space, and is configured to be shearable. An opening planned portion to be exposed, an internal space that is configured to be foldable and that is re-sealed by the bending, and an internal space that is exposed by shearing, and is arranged to be able to engage with each other with the fold planned portion interposed therebetween, and is resealed A pair of engagement portions that maintain the shape of the rear bag body by the engagement, and a pouch having at least two of the pair of engagement portions.

According to the configuration of [1] above, in the state where the pouch is suspended by the suspension part, the spout disposed on the opposite side of the suspension part across the internal space is disposed downward in the vertical direction. The fluid substance sealed in the internal space in the pouch can be poured out through the outlet. In addition, since the internal space of the pouch bag body is exposed by shearing the planned shearing portion, for example, dilution of nutrients or liquid foods, without using parts such as plugs and zippers, A liquid such as water can be supplied from the outside to the pouch for hydration, container / tube cleaning or drug administration. And after supply of the liquid, it is possible to maintain the shape of the resealed bag body by engaging the pair of engaging portions while resealing the internal space where the folding-exposed portion is folded and exposed. At this time, since it has at least two pairs of engaging portions, the folded bag body is fixed between at least two points, and the shape of the bag body after resealing is more reliably maintained. Thereby, the liquid spill at the time of conveyance after resealing, mixing of dust and microorganisms into the pouch can be suppressed. In this specification, “engagement” means that when one element and the other element satisfy a specific positional relationship, the one element and the other element are integrated and the behavior is the same. Typically, it includes fitting by fitting elements having corresponding shapes together, bonding by sticking elements having adhesiveness to each other, and the like.

[2] The pouch according to [1], wherein the hanging portion serves as a part of the pair of engaging portions or is disposed at a position closer to the spout than the pair of engaging portions.

According to the configuration of [2] above, the hanging portion can also serve as part of the pair of engaging portions, thereby simplifying the forming of the pouch, and the hanging portion can be more easily formed than the pair of engaging portions. By disposing at the close position, it is possible to fold the planned folding portion while the pouch is suspended by the hanging portion.

[3] The pouch according to any one of [1] or [2], wherein the scheduled opening portion is disposed at a position facing the spout with the internal space interposed therebetween.

According to the configuration of [3] above, the opening-scheduled portion that is a position where liquid is injected from the outside is disposed at a position facing the spout with the internal space interposed therebetween, so that liquid injected from the outside is accommodated. The volume of the internal space can be increased, and the injected liquid can be efficiently guided to the spout.

[4] The pouch according to any one of [1] to [3], wherein the pair of engaging portions has at least one each in a wide portion provided on each side edge of the bag body.

According to the configuration of [4] above, since the folded bag body can be fixed between the peripheral edges on both sides of the bag body, the shape of the bag body after resealing can be more reliably maintained.

[5] The pair of engaging portions includes a tongue portion and a fitting hole formed in the film constituting the bag body, and the resealed state by engaging the tongue portion with the fitting hole. The pouch according to any one of [1] to [4].

According to the configuration of [5] above, since the tongue portion and the fitting hole constituting the engaging portion and the bag body can be integrally formed by the same film, the pouch is not bulky, and the engaging portion is manufactured. Costs and component costs can also be suppressed.

[6] The pouch according to [5], wherein the tongue portion has a shape obtained by cutting the film into a circular shape, a horseshoe shape, a wedge shape, or a tongue shape.

According to the configuration of [6] above, the tongue can be easily formed by cutting out the film.

[7] The pouch according to [5] or [6], wherein the fitting hole has a fitting hole having a shape in which a film is cut into a line shape, a circular shape, a horseshoe shape, a wedge shape, or a tongue shape.

According to the configuration of [7] above, the fitting hole can be easily created by notching the film.

[8] The pouch according to any one of [1] to [7], wherein a width of the pouch is 110 mm to 200 mm.

The inventor has found that in the conventional pouch, when the width of the pouch becomes 110 mm or more, the problem of incomplete folding of the bag body becomes significant. That is, according to the configuration of [8], the effect of stabilizing the reseal shape by the configuration of [1] can be obtained particularly.

By using the pouch of the present invention, it is possible to reduce the load on distribution, economy and environment, and to efficiently prevent liquid spillage, dust or microorganisms from being mixed into the pouch during transportation.

The front view which shows the whole structure of the pouch which concerns on one Embodiment of this invention. (A) thru | or (C) is a schematic diagram which shows the other example of the fitting part of the pouch.

The present invention will be specifically described below.
As the present invention, a pouch in which a fluid substance is sealed in the inner space of the bag body whose peripheral edge is sealed, and a hanging portion disposed on the peripheral edge of the bag body in order to suspend the pouch, A spout that is disposed on the opposite side of the hanging portion with the internal space interposed therebetween and has a communication hole that communicates with the internal space, is configured to be shearable, and opens the internal space of the bag body by the shearing. An internal space that is configured to be foldable and exposed by shearing, and is configured to be able to engage with each other with the fold scheduled portion being sandwiched between the fold planned portion and the A pouch having a pair of engagement portions that maintain the shape of the bag body by the engagement and having at least two of the pair of engagement portions.

The fluid substance sealed in the internal space of the bag body can be appropriately selected according to the use of the pouch and is not particularly limited. For example, enteral liquid foods, enteral nutrients, etc. (hereinafter, “ Also referred to as “liquid food etc.”).

The hanging part is not particularly limited as long as it has a function of hanging the pouch, but it may be a hole provided on the periphery of the bag body, for example, so as to be hung on a hook of an infusion stand, etc. It is good also as a hook provided in the peripheral edge of the bag so that it may be applied directly to the infusion stand.

Here, it is preferable that the hanging portion also serves as a part of the pair of engaging portions. For example, when one of the pair of engaging parts is configured as an opening hole and the other is engaged with the opening hole, this one opening hole is also used as a hanging part, and can be used as a hook of an infusion stand. You may make it hang. Thereby, shaping of the pouch can be simplified. As another aspect, it is also preferable to dispose the hanging portion at a position closer to the spout than the pair of engaging portions. In this case, the pair of engaging portions and the portion to be bent (arranged between the pair of engaging portions) are not disposed between the hanging portion and the spout port. The part to be folded can be folded while the pouch is suspended so that liquid food can be poured out from the spout. In this case, the position of the suspending portion is not particularly limited as long as it is close to the spout, but in the vicinity of the pair of engaging portions, for example, directly below the pair of engaging portions in a state where the pouch is suspended. It is more preferable to arrange so as to be.

The spout is not particularly limited in shape and material as long as it can pour liquid food or the like from the internal space of the pouch, and can be, for example, a spout made of a molded body. Examples of the material of the molded body include plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene, and metals such as aluminum and titanium. The spout is preferably configured to be connectable to a device for administering a liquid food such as a nutritional drip set to a patient. The position of the spout is not particularly limited as long as it is a position on the opposite side of the hanging portion across the internal space and can pour liquid food etc. when the pouch is suspended, but the inner space particularly at the periphery of the bag body It is preferable to arrange it at a position symmetrical to the suspending part across In this case, when the pouch is suspended by the suspending portion, the spout is disposed at the lowermost end in the vertical direction, so that liquid food in the internal space can be efficiently led to the spout by gravity.

The opening portion is not particularly limited as long as the inner space of the bag body can be exposed by shearing. For example, the cutting position (bag opening line) can be indicated by printing or the like, and the pouch can be sheared with scissors or the like. For example, the laminated film constituting the pouch may be constituted by using an easily tearable film such as a uniaxially stretched film. At this time, the pouch may be provided with a combination of means for facilitating cutting, such as providing a half-cut line by laser beam irradiation processing. In addition, you may provide notches, such as an I notch or a V notch, in the start part of the cut of the scheduled opening part. After shearing the planned opening portion, the exposed internal space is supplied with a liquid such as water from the outside for dilution of liquid food, etc., hydration of the patient, container / tube cleaning or drug administration, etc. . Therefore, it is preferable to make the volume between the spout and the planned opening portion as large as possible, and it is preferable that the planned opening portion is arranged to face the spout with the internal space in between. Moreover, it is preferable that the planned opening portion is provided in a line shape or a belt shape from one peripheral edge to the other peripheral edge in the width direction of the bag body, for example, in order to easily inject liquid from the outside after shearing.

The folding part is not particularly limited as long as the inner space exposed by shearing of the opening part is re-sealed by folding the bag body at the folding part, but the volume of the inner space is possible. In order to make it as large as possible, it is preferable to arrange it in the vicinity of the planned opening portion. For example, it is preferable to provide in a line shape or a belt shape from one peripheral edge to the other peripheral edge in the width direction of the bag body at a location located directly under the opening scheduled portion with the pouch suspended. In order to make the opening position easy to understand, a linear or belt-like mark may be given by printing or the like.

The pair of engaging portions is not particularly limited as long as the pair of engaging portions are arranged so as to be able to be engaged with each other with the planned bending portion interposed therebetween, and the shape of the bag body after resealing can be maintained by the engagement. It is comprised from the tongue part and fitting hole which accompany the member (for example, film) which comprises a bag body, and the shape of the bag body after resealing is maintained by fitting the said tongue part in the said fitting hole. It may be. Examples of the shape of the tongue include a circular shape, a horseshoe shape, a wedge shape, or a shape in which a tongue is cut out. In this case, as the tongue portion, a film piece may be affixed separately instead of the notched film piece. The shape of the fitting hole is not particularly limited as long as it can fit the tongue portion, and examples thereof include a linear shape, circular shape, horseshoe shape, wedge shape, or tongue shape. .

At least two pairs of engaging portions are provided on the pouch. In order to maintain the shape of the bag body after resealing more reliably, the pair of engaging portions are preferably arranged in the wide portions respectively provided on both sides of the pouch bag body. It can also be provided in the center. Moreover, in order to maintain the shape of the bag body after resealing more reliably, three or more pairs of engaging portions may be arranged on the pouch.

The size and volume of the pouch of the present invention can be changed as appropriate according to the application, but the width of the pouch is preferably 110 mm or more and 200 mm or less, more preferably 140 mm or more and 180 mm or less, and the height of the pouch is high. The thickness is preferably 90 mm or more and 320 mm or less, and more preferably 120 mm or more and 290 mm or less.

Hereinafter, a pouch according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the present embodiment, a hanging pouch 1 with a spout will be described that is preferably used as a container for administering liquid food or the like to a patient's digestive tract through a liquid food catheter or the like. Of course, the pouch of the present invention is not limited to this, and can be appropriately changed according to the application. Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted. Further, in each drawing, unless otherwise specified, the positional relationship such as up, down, left, and right is based on the positional relationship shown in the drawing, and the dimensional ratio in the drawing is not limited to the illustrated ratio.

FIG. 1 is a front view showing an overall configuration of a pouch according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the pouch 1 has a pair of side wall films 2 a and a back side 2 b (hereinafter also referred to as “side wall film 2”) each having a substantially rectangular corner cut away from each other, The left and right side edges and the upper and lower edges on the short side are each made as a bag body heat-sealed. A liquid food or the like (not shown) sterilized by pressure is sealed in the space inside the bag.

The side wall film 2 has an upper heat seal portion 3 having a predetermined width formed by heat sealing the upper edge, side heat seal portions 4 and 5 having a predetermined width formed by heat sealing the left and right side edges, and a lower edge being heat sealed. The lower heat seal part 6 has a predetermined width. Wide portions 40 and 50 in which the width of the heat seal is larger than the other side edges are formed on the upper portions of the side heat seal portions 4 and 5, respectively. At the time of manufacturing the pouch 1, any one of the upper heat seal part 3, the side heat seal parts 4, 5 and the lower heat seal part is heat-sealed after filling with liquid food or the like and pressure sterilization. In the present embodiment, the interval between the left and right side edges is the width of the pouch 1, and is formed with a width of 110 mm or more and 200 mm or less, for example. Moreover, the space | interval of an upper-and-lower edge becomes the height of a pouch, for example, is formed in the height of 90 mm or more and 320 mm or less.

A circular suspension hole 7 is provided in the lower portion of the wide portion 40. The suspension hole 7 functions as a suspension part in the present invention, and the pouch 1 can be suspended by passing a hook of an infusion stand through a circular opening.

A bag opening line 8 is formed above the suspension hole 7. The bag opening line 8 is configured as a straight dotted line parallel to the upper heat seal portion 3 between the side edge on the upper side of the wide portion 40 and the side edge on the upper side of the wide portion 50. The bag opening line 8 is formed by, for example, printing. The bag opening line 8 functions as a scheduled opening portion in the present invention, and the pouch 1 can be sheared along the dotted line to expose the internal space of the bag body. In order to clarify the shearing position and facilitate shearing, a V notch or an I notch can be provided at the end of the bag opening line 8. In addition to using directional nylon (easy-opening nylon) for easy opening, a half-cut line formed by laser light irradiation processing can also be provided.

Between the bag opening line 8 and the hanging hole 7, a fold line 9 indicating a fold position of the side wall film 2 is provided. The bending line 9 is configured as a dotted line parallel to the upper heat seal portion 3 between the side edge near the center of the wide portion 40 and the side edge near the center of the wide portion 50. The fold line is formed by printing or the like, for example, but the shape and color of the dotted line of the fold line 9 may be different from that of the bag opening line 8 in order to avoid confusion with the bag opening line 8. The fold line 9 functions as a part to be folded in the present invention, and after the bag opening line 8 is sheared, the side wall film 2 is folded along the dotted line of the fold line 9 so that the internal space of the bag body exposed by the shearing It can be sealed again.

A pair of fitting portions 10 are provided at positions where the bending line 9 in the wide portion 40 is sandwiched vertically. A pair of fitting part 10 is comprised from the tongue part 10a accompanying the side wall film 2, and the fitting hole 10b arrange | positioned in the symmetrical position on both sides of the tongue part 10a and the bending line 9. As shown in FIG. Similarly, the fitting part 11 is provided in the position which sandwiched the bending line 9 in the wide part 50 up and down. A pair of fitting part 11 is comprised from the tongue part 11a and the fitting hole 11b arrange | positioned in the symmetrical position on both sides of the tongue part 11a and the bending line 9. As shown in FIG. Here, the tongue portions 10a and 11a are formed of film pieces obtained by cutting out the side wall film 2 in a tongue shape, and the fitting holes 10b and 11b are formed on the side wall film 2 so as to be fitted to the tongue portions 10a and 11a. It consists of a shape cut out in a line.

The pair of fitting portions 10 and 11 function as a pair of engaging portions of the present invention, and after bending the side wall film 2 using the folding line 9 as a guide, the tongue portions 10a and 11a are inserted into the fitting holes 10b and 11b, respectively. Thus, the bent state (the shape of the resealed portion) is maintained. As shown in FIGS. 2A to 2C, the tongue portions 10a and 11a are formed in a circular shape, a wedge shape, or a horseshoe shape having a portion wider than the width of the cutout of the fitting holes 10b and 11b. Also good. Thereby, the disengagement after fitting can be prevented. Moreover, although the fitting holes 10b and 11b have shown the linear form aspect in FIG.1 and FIG.2, if it fits with the tongue parts 10a and 11a, there will be no limitation in particular in a shape. Two or more pairs of fitting portions 10 and 11 can be provided in each of the wide portions 40 and 50.

A spout 12 is provided in the inclined portion 60 of the lower heat seal portion 6. The spout 12 is disposed at a position opposite to the suspension hole 7 with respect to the inner space of the bag body, more specifically at a symmetrical position. The spout 12 includes a hollow tube 12a that communicates with the internal space of the bag body, and a cap 12b that fits with the tip of the hollow tube 12a. In order to maintain the sealing state before use of the pouch 1 more reliably, an inner seal may be attached to the tip of the hollow tube 12a, or the cap 12a may be heat-sealed.

The material of the side wall film 2 is appropriately selected according to the type of contents such as a barrier film (eg, silica deposited film, aluminum deposited film), nylon, polypropylene and the like. In particular, a metal oxide thin film is preferable as the barrier film in order to suppress oxygen permeability and water vapor permeability as much as possible to the liquid food that is the content, and in terms of transparency, directional nylon (easy-opening nylon) or A laminated film in which two layers of polyethylene telenaphthalate (PET) are present separately and a nylon layer is sandwiched between them is preferred.

The pouch 1 of the present invention is used as follows, for example. That is, the pouch 1 is suspended by passing the hanging hole 7 through a hook or the like of an infusion stand. And while removing the cap 12b of the spout 12, the tube, such as a liquid food catheter, is connected to the hollow tube 12a of the spout 12. Since the spout 12 is arranged at the lowermost part in the vertical direction with the pouch 1 suspended, the liquid food sealed in the inner space of the pouch 1 can be efficiently poured out from the spout 12. Can be supplied to the patient. When liquid such as water needs to be supplied to the pouch 1 from the outside in order to dilute liquid food, replenish hydration to the patient, wash containers / tubes or administer drugs, follow the bag opening line 8 Then, the side wall film 2 is sheared. And the inside of a bag body is exposed along the width direction of the pouch 1, and a liquid is supplied from the outside. After supplying the liquid, the side wall film 2 is folded along the folding line 9 and the tongues 10a and 11a of the fitting portions 10 and 11 are fitted with the fitting holes 10b and 11b, thereby exposing the bag. Seal the inside of the body again. Since the fitting portions 10 and 11 are arranged on the left and right side edges of the bag body, the folded shape is firmly maintained, the resealed state is loosened during transportation after the pouch 1 is cut open, It is possible to prevent dust or microorganisms from being mixed.

Next, the excellent effect of the pouch according to the present invention will be described with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples.

[Example 1]
First, add a predetermined amount of hot water 60 ° C to the blending tank, add a predetermined amount of vegetable oil, emulsifier, sodium caseinate, concentrated milk protein, soy peptide, dextrin, mineral mixture, vitamin mix, flavor, mix and stir to dissolve, and leave The liquid food solution was prepared by emulsifying using a homogenizer (emulsifier).

And 400 ml of said liquid food solution is accommodated in the internal space formed by heat-sealing except a part of a pair of side wall film 2a, 2b, and 121 degreeC15 using a hot-water spray type rocking | fluctuation type retort sterilizer. Sterilized for a minute. Thereafter, the remaining opening portions of the pair of side wall films 2a and 2b were heat sealed to produce a pouch having the same structure as the above-described pouch 1 (hereinafter referred to as “pouch A”). Here, for the side wall film 2 of the pouch A, ceramic vapor-deposited PET (12 μm), easily openable nylon (15 μm, two layers), and polypropylene (70 μm) were used. Further, polypropylene was used for the spout 12 and the inner diameter of the hollow tube 12a was 16 mm.

Next, the pouch A was sheared in parallel with the upper heat seal part 2 by using the bag opening line 8, and the pouch A was opened. Then, 300 ml of distilled water was poured into the exposed exposed portion using a measuring cup.

Next, the pouch A is hung on the hook of an infusion stand with casters (TERU 802, TERU 802) using the hanging hole 7, bent along the fold line 9, and a pair of fitting portions 10 on the left and right sides. , 11 was used to seal the exposed bag body again.

With this pouch A suspended on the hook of an infusion stand with casters, the infusion stand was pushed by hand and the corridor was moved 20 m at a walking speed, and then spillage of the contents accompanying the movement was observed. The amount of spillage was calculated by measuring and subtracting the total liquid amount of the liquid food solution and 300 ml of distilled water poured before and after transfer.

In addition, in order to investigate the degree of microbial growth after opening the contents, the pouch was left in the room and the number of viable bacteria was measured over time. The method for measuring the general viable count is the viable count method (dilution plate method) compliant with the Food Sanitation Inspection Guidelines (issued in 1990, published by the Japan Food Sanitation Association), and the medium is potato dextrose agar. (PDA medium), culture temperature and time were determined at 37 ° C. for 5 days. These measurement results are shown in Table 1.

[Comparative Example 1]
A pouch B similar to the pouch A was prepared except that the pair of fitting portions 11 were not present, and the amount of spilled contents accompanying the movement and the number of viable bacteria over time were measured under the same conditions as the pouch A. During measurement, since the pouch B does not have the pair of fitting portions 11, the bent state was maintained only by the pair of fitting portions 10. The measurement results are shown in Table 1.

[Comparative Example 2]
A pouch C similar to pouch A was prepared except that there was no pair of fitting portions 10, and under the same conditions as pouch A, the amount of spilled contents and the number of viable bacteria over time were measured. During measurement, since the pouch C does not have the pair of fitting portions 10, the bent state was maintained only by the pair of fitting portions 11. The measurement results are shown in Table 1.

Figure 0003159015
In addition, the measurement result in the said Example 1, the comparative example 1, and the comparative example 2 was represented as an average value of the result performed in parallel 5 times, respectively.
Figure 0003159015

As shown in Table 1, in Example 1, liquid spillage due to liquid shaking during transportation after opening was greatly suppressed as compared with Comparative Example 1 and Comparative Example 2. Further, as is clear from the comparison of the number of viable bacteria after 3 days, in Example 1, the growth of microorganisms after opening was delayed as compared with Comparative Example 1 and Comparative Example 2. This is because, in the pouch A of Example 1, the microorganisms that fall with the dust are prevented from entering the pouch. As described above, the pouch A according to the first embodiment has two pairs of fitting portions to efficiently prevent liquid spillage, dust or microorganisms from being mixed into the pouch during transportation. Was confirmed.

The present invention is suitable as a pouch in which a fluid substance is sealed in the inner space of a bag body whose peripheral edge is sealed.
