In recent years, as a result of competition for technological development, automobiles with remarkable improvement in fuel efficiency have been released by various companies, but from the viewpoint that there is a limit to improvement in fuel efficiency from the engine structure side, of course, improvement from the fuel side is of course However, in order to improve the fuel consumption of fuel economically, attempts have been made to improve the fuel consumption by adding additives. Under such circumstances, a technique for improving fuel consumption has been developed by adding a tourmaline-based ore dispersion in the cooling water of the radiator. Further, it is disclosed that a monazite powder that emits a weak dose of radiation as a radioactive substance is laminated together with a belt-shaped metal plate, and the activation of the intake air flowing in the duct is promoted by placing this laminated band over the duct. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1). In addition, when the tourmaline ore fine powder is brought close to the fuel directly or indirectly, the tourmaline generates far-infrared rays by the thermal stimulation of the surroundings, and when the far-infrared rays are irradiated to the fuel, the fuel molecules are activated and the fuel cluster is activated. It is known that the fuel efficiency is increased by disassembling the fuel and increasing the contact area with oxygen (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

As described above, although the technique of adding a tourmaline ore dispersion in the cooling water of the radiator is effective, it is not sufficient yet. Further, as disclosed in Patent Document 2, a monazite powder that emits a weak dose of radiation as a radioactive substance is laminated together with a belt-shaped metal plate, and the laminated air is spread over the duct to activate the intake air flowing in the duct. However, there is a problem in that the structure is complicated and the increase in cost is unavoidable. Furthermore, when the tourmaline ore fine powder is brought close to the fuel directly or indirectly, the tourmaline receives far-infrared rays by the thermal stimulation of the surroundings, and when this far-infrared ray is irradiated to the fuel, the fuel molecules are activated, and the fuel cluster. It is disclosed that the fuel efficiency is increased by dismantling and refining and increasing the contact area with oxygen. Therefore, the present inventor makes the fine powder of tourmaline ore directly close to the fuel, and further, for example, adds a fuel efficiency improving additive such as a mixture of fine powder of tourmaline ore and fine powder of titanium oxide, particularly titanium dioxide. It has been found that an extremely excellent fuel efficiency improvement effect can be obtained by introducing the product into the fuel in a bag, and the present invention has been made based on this finding.

The antistatic member of the present invention has a cylindrical and net-like container having a fuel efficiency improver closed at both ends with a closing member, and then a magnet is connected to each end of the string-like body extending from the closing member, Furthermore, since at least one of the mesh containers is throttled and fixed by the throttle member, the fuel can be sufficiently brought into contact with the fuel efficiency improver by installing in the fuel tank and bringing the mesh container into contact with the fuel. In this way, the fuel consumption improving effect can be exhibited. Further, since at least one place of the mesh container is fixed by the throttle member, the fuel economy improver filled in the mesh container is not evenly distributed in one place but is uniformly distributed in the mesh container. This is a special effect. Furthermore, since the mesh container used for the antistatic member of the present invention is a mesh bag, it has flexibility, so that it has an excellent effect that it is easy to handle in use.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a fuel tank provided with an antistatic member according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, the fuel tank 1 is filled with fuel 4, and gasoline, light oil, heavy oil, etc. are used as the fuel. Injected, preferably light oil. Magnets 6 on the top and bottom of the fuel tank 1
6, the antistatic member I is suspended. This antistatic member I is a cylindrical and mesh container 5
The mesh container is filled with a fuel efficiency improver, and the mesh container 5 is squeezed by, for example, two throttle members 7 and 7 and divided into three mesh containers 5a, 5b, and 5c. The movement of the internal fuel economy improver is limited as much as possible. The fuel improver, but are not limited to, phosphate minerals such as YPO 4 is used. Further, it is preferable to add titanium oxide (preferably titanium dioxide). Both ends of the net-like container 5 are closed by closing members 8, 8, and these closing members 8, 8 and magnets 6, 6 are connected by string members 9, 9. By being supported by the string members 9 and 9 in this manner, the fuel economy improver in the mesh container 5 is agitated by moderate shaking during driving of the automobile, and sufficient contact with the fuel can be achieved. It goes without saying that the lid 3 is put on after the antistatic member I is installed in the fuel tank 1.
