(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 加熱シリンダの側面に導入口を設けたス
クリュ式混練押出機と、吐出側が前記導入口に連通され
たスクリュ式サイドフィーダを備え、前記加熱シリンダ
における前記導入口の上流側にリアーベント口を設ける
とともに前記導入口の下流側にベント口を設けたペレッ
ト製造装置を用い、 前記スクリュ式サイドフィーダに樹脂成形材料および吸
湿木粉あるいは水分を含む木粉を供給して前記導入口よ
り前記スクリュ式混練押出機へ導入し、前記スクリュ式
混練押出機による溶融混練中に発生するガスを前記リア
ーベント口および前記ベント口より真空吸引して機外へ
放出しつつ溶融混練したのち、ストランド状に押し出し
てペレットに切断することを特徴とする木粉入りコンパ
ウンドペレットの製造方法。
1. A screw-type kneading extruder having an inlet on a side surface of a heating cylinder, and a screw-type side feeder having a discharge side communicating with the inlet, and a rear vent is provided upstream of the inlet in the heating cylinder. Using a pellet manufacturing apparatus provided with a vent and a vent port on the downstream side of the introduction port, supplying a resin molding material and wood powder containing moisture-absorbing wood powder or moisture to the screw-type side feeder, and supplying the wood powder containing the moisture from the introduction port. After being introduced into a screw-type kneading extruder, the gas generated during melt-kneading by the screw-type kneading extruder is melt-kneaded while being vacuum-evacuated from the rear vent port and the vent port and discharged outside the machine, and then into a strand. A method for producing compound pellets containing wood flour, comprising extruding and cutting into pellets.
