Abstract

【課題】長時間の装着において耳たぶが痛くなりにくいイヤリング金具を提供する。【解決手段】金属製の弾性線材を曲げて成型したイヤリング用の金具２において、線材の一方の終端を幅広に成型することにより、耳たぶに挟着した際の痛みを緩和できる。また、金属製の弾性線材の一方の終端を幅広に曲げて成型した部分に、シリコン製のカバー３を被せて使用することにより、耳たぶに挟着した際の痛みを緩和できる。【選択図】図１

Description

本考案は金属製の弾性線材を成型したイヤリング用の金具に関して、特に耳に装着した際の痛みを和らげるためのイヤリング金具に関する。
金属製の弾性線材を成型したイヤリング金具は金属自体の弾性を利用して耳たぶを挟着することで耳たぶに取り付けるイヤリング金具である。
従来の金属製の弾性線材を成型したイヤリング金具はＵ字状もしくは一部が切り欠かれた環状に形成されている弾性線材の両端に、それぞれ球体等の形状の保持体を固定したものである（例えば特許文献１参照。）。

従来の金属製の弾性線材を成型したイヤリング金具は、長時間の装着において耳たぶが痛くなるという欠点があった。
本考案は、金属製の弾性線材を曲げて成型したイヤリング用の金具において、線材の一方の終端を幅広に成型することにより、耳たぶに挟着した際の痛みを緩和できるイヤリング用の金具である。
また本考案は、金属製の弾性線材の一方の終端を幅広に曲げて成型した部分に、シリコン製のカバーを被せて使用することにより、耳たぶに挟着した際の痛みを緩和できるイヤリング用の金具である。
本考案によれば、耳たぶとの接触面積が増えることにより耳たぶに加わる圧力が分散されるので、金具を耳たぶに挟着した際の痛みを緩和できる。
また本考案によれば、シリコンカバーを金具に被覆することで、シリコンのソフトな感触の効果により長時間挟着しても耳たぶの痛みを緩和できる。
本考案の一実施形態によるイヤリング用の金具について図面を参照して説明する。
図１は本実施形態によるイヤリング用金具を構成する金具本体と、これに被せるシリコンカバーの「拡大斜視図」である。本実施形態による金具１は金具本体２とシリコンカバー３により構成される。
図２は本実施形態によるイヤリング用金具を構成する金具本体の拡大斜視図である。金具本体２は金属製の弾性線材により形成されている。金具本体２は全体としてはひらがなの「ひ」の字型に成型されている。図示するように金具本体２の一方の終端は弾性線材を曲げることで形成された幅広成型部２１を備えている。もう一方の終端部には装飾体２２が結合されている。
装飾体２２はロウ付け、半田付け、のり付け、鋳造等により、金具本体２に結合される。
図３は本実施形態によるイヤリング用金具を構成するシリコンカバーの拡大斜視図である。シリコンカバー３はシリコン素材によって形成されている。図示するようにシリコンカバー３には穴３２が開孔している。穴３２はシリコンカバー３の底面の金具挿通口３３から開孔し、穴終端部３４で止まる。シリコンカバー３の底面側には直径が一回り太い帯状部３１が備わっている。
このように金具本体２とシリコンカバー３により構成された金具１の使用方法を図４を参照して説明する。
図４（ａ）に示すように金具本体２の幅広成型部始端２４とシリコンカバー３の金具挿通口３３を合わせる。
次に図４（ｂ）に示すように金具本体２の幅広成型部２１をシリコンカバー３の穴３２に挿入する。このとき穴３２は幅広成型部２１の幅より小さいがシリコン自体の柔軟性により挿入が可能となる。幅広成型部始端２４が穴終端部３４まで到達するようにしっかりと挿入する。
次に図４（ｃ）のようにシリコンカバー３の帯状部３１が金具本体２の幅広成型部終端２３を覆うようにしっかりと被せる。帯状部３１が幅広成型部終端２３を覆うことにより、幅広成型部２１が抵抗となりシリコンカバー３が金具本体２から容易に抜けない状態になる。
このように金具本体２にシリコンカバー３を被せた金具１を耳たぶに挟着させて使用する。
従来の金具では耳たぶに接触する面が線接触であったが、本考案の金具１では面接触となる。耳たぶとの接触面積が増えることにより耳たぶに加わる圧力が分散されるので、金具を耳たぶに挟着した際の痛みを緩和できる。
また本考案によれば、シリコンカバーを金具に被覆することで、シリコンのソフトな感触の効果により長時間挟着しても耳たぶの痛みを緩和できる。

Claims (2)

  1. 金属製の弾性線材を曲げて成型したイヤリング用の金具において、線材の一方の終端を幅広に成型することにより、耳たぶに挟着した際の痛みを緩和できるイヤリング用の金具。
  2. 請求項１記載のイヤリング用の金具の幅広に成型した一方の終端に、シリコン製のカバーを被せて使用することにより、耳たぶに挟着した際の痛みを緩和できるイヤリング用の金具。
