Description
The present invention relates to a protector that is attached to an end of a core tube to protect the end and the surface of the roll product when packing the roll product into a case, and a packing material using the protector. In the present specification, unless otherwise specified, the “end portion of the core tube” includes a “cap” inserted into the end portion of the core tube when the core tube does not protrude from the end portion of the roll. In addition, “cardboard” in the present specification includes not only paper cardboard but also synthetic resin cardboard (plastic cardboard) unless otherwise specified. In addition, paper corrugated cardboard is usually a laminated type with two or more intermediate layers bonded to each other through two corrugated intermediate layers (corrugated layers) between two flat paper surface layers. In addition to the corrugated cardboard, a so-called “honeycomb corrugated cardboard” in which corrugated intermediate layers are arranged at right angles to the surface layer is also included (see Patent Document 3). In addition to paper-made honeycomb cardboard, the same shape of synthetic resin-made honeycomb cardboard is also included.
Synthetic resin films used for large liquid crystal panels and the like are shipped as roll products wound around a core tube. In this case, as shown in FIG. 9, a cylindrical member (cap) 103 made of synthetic resin is inserted into both ends of the
As such a
On the other hand, a packaging material composed of a bottom member that also serves as a pallet that is conveyed by a forklift and left and right support plates that store the roll product in a suspended state has been proposed (Patent Document 1). In this device, a support plate having a substantially U-shaped cutout at the upper end is connected to the bottom member in a foldable manner, and the left and right support plates are connected by side walls. The entire packing material is composed of cardboard provided with a water-resistant coat. A plurality of cardboards are stacked and bonded with a water-resistant adhesive.
Further,
Since the
Thus, in the
On the other hand, the pallet-use box of
The present invention provides a protector and packaging material for roll product packaging that can prevent vertical vibration of the roll product, is easy to attach to and detach from the core tube, has high strength, and is lightweight and easy to manufacture. Is a technical issue.
A protector according to the present invention (Claim 1) is a protector attached to an end of a core tube of a roll product, and has a rectangular shape when viewed from the front, and a flat cylindrical shape that opens at the upper end. A support member having an arc-shaped receiving portion that fits into the core tube at a substantially central portion of the front surface, and a guide groove that passes the core tube from the upper end to the receiving portion; and an opening at the upper end of the support member It is characterized by comprising a holding panel that is slidably inserted and closes the guide groove in a state where a substantially circular opening is left in the receiving portion.
In such a protector, it is preferable that the guide groove linearly extends downward from the center of the upper end to the receiving portion (claim 2). Further, the guide groove may extend downward from a position near the left or right of the upper end, and may extend from the middle to the receiving portion by changing its direction obliquely downward or laterally toward the receiving portion. (Claim 3).
Further, the support member has front and rear panels arranged through a gap, and an intermediate panel provided with a notch that opens upward so that a substantially lower half of the gap matches the receiving part or the guide groove. The left and right sides of the upper half of the gap are further filled with a substantially rectangular upward projecting portion of the intermediate panel, and the presser panel is the upper half of the gap, and the upper and lower sides between the upward projecting portions. It is preferably slidably accommodated, and is preferably configured such that the front and rear panels and the left and right upward projecting portions form a flat cylindrical shape in the front and rear. In that case, it is preferable to further include a cylindrical sleeve that integrally fastens the front and rear panels and the intermediate panel, and the sleeve is formed with a notch groove that matches the receiving portion and the guide groove. Item 5).
On the other hand, the support member has front and rear panels arranged through a gap, and a substantially lower half of the gap has a semicircular notch that opens upward to match the receiving part or the guide groove. A cylindrical sleeve for integrally fastening the front and rear panels and the intermediate panel, and the sleeve is formed with a notch groove that matches the receiving portion and the guide groove. The holding panel is slidably accommodated between a substantially upper half of the gap between the front and rear panels and the left and right portions of the sleeve, and the front and rear panels and the left and right portions of the sleeve A flat cylindrical form may be constituted (claim 6).
In any of the protectors, it is preferable that the support member and the pressing panel are made of paper or synthetic resin cardboard, and each member is made of the same material. In the case of a protector having a sleeve, it is preferable that the support member, the pressing panel, and the sleeve are made of paper or synthetic resin cardboard, and each member is made of the same material. 8). The roll material packaging material of the present invention (Claim 9) is characterized by comprising a rectangular parallelepiped case and any one of the protectors disposed on the opposing inner surfaces of the case.
In the protector of the present invention (Claim 1), since the guide groove of the support member is opened upward before the pressing panel is inserted, the end portion of the core tube is opposed to the guide groove of the support member previously installed in the case. Can be inserted from above. The entire protector can be attached to the end portion of the core tube by inserting the pressing panel into the gap between the flat cylindrical support members from above. Therefore, the end portion of the core tube of the roll product can be supported by the receiving portion of the support member and the pressing panel so that vertical vibration does not occur.
Further, since the gap between the support panels is filled with the pressing panel, the whole is reinforced. In other words, the support member and the pressing panel as a whole have the advantage of exhibiting substantially the same function as a conventional protector (see FIG. 9) having a circular hole at the center, and being easy to attach to the core tube.
When the guide groove extends downward from the center of the upper end to the vicinity of the center (Claim 2), it is easy to insert the end portion of the core tube of the rolled product into the guide groove and guide it to the receiving portion. is there. On the other hand, when the notch groove extends downward from a position on either the left or right of the upper end and extends to the receiving portion while changing its direction from diagonally downward or laterally toward the receiving portion (Claim 3). ), The vertical vibration applied to the roll product is partially supported not only by the pressing panel but also by the upper edge of the guide groove. Therefore, the roll product can be protected more safely.
In the case where the front and rear panels and the left and right upward projecting parts form a cylindrical shape that is flat in the front and rear (Claim 4), the weight of the roll product is substantially supported. Since the gap in the lower half of the support member is filled in advance and solid, the strength is high. Further, the left and right of the upper half are also solid because the upward projections of the intermediate panel and the pressing panel are substantially solid.
In the case where a cylindrical sleeve that integrally fastens the front and rear panels and the intermediate panel is further provided, and a notch groove that matches the receiving portion and the guide groove is formed in the sleeve (Claim 5), It is not necessary to previously join the front and rear panels and the intermediate panel with an adhesive or the like, and manufacturing is easy. In addition, the disposal process is easy.
On the other hand, the support member has front and rear panels arranged through a gap, and an intermediate panel provided with a notch that opens upward so that a substantially lower half of the gap matches the receiving part or the guide groove. The sleeve further includes a cylindrical sleeve that integrally fastens the front and rear panels and the intermediate panel. The sleeve is formed with a notch groove that matches the receiving portion and the guide groove. The panel is slidably accommodated between a substantially upper half of the gap between the front and rear panels and the left and right parts of the sleeve. (6), the front and rear panels and the intermediate panel can be integrally fastened by the sleeve, so that the front and rear panels and the intermediate panel are preliminarily bonded with an adhesive. In no need to be joined, it is easy to manufacture. In addition, the disposal process is easy.
When the support member and the pressing panel are made of paper or synthetic resin cardboard and each member is made of the same material (Claim 7), it is lightweight and needs to be separated at the time of disposal. There is no. Further, in the case of a protector having a sleeve, it is preferable that the sleeve is also made of cardboard made of paper or synthetic resin and made of the same material (Claim 8). No need to separate.
The packing material of the present invention (Claim 9) is a roll product core pipe or a steel pipe inserted into the core pipe, and the left and right ends of the pipe are hoisted with a wire and accommodated in a case in which a support member is mounted in advance. By mounting on the support member, the roll product can be stably stored and transported. Moreover, the operation | work which accommodates the picked-up roll product in a case, and takes out is easy.
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a protector according to the present invention before assembly, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the protector after assembly, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a sleeve according to the present invention. 4 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a protector having the sleeve, FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a procedure for packing a roll product using the protector of FIG. 4, and FIGS. 6 and 7 are views of the protector of the present invention. The perspective view which shows other embodiment, FIG. 8a and FIG. 8b are front views which show further another embodiment of the protector of this invention, respectively.
A
As the inner panel 11 and the
The
The
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the inner panel 11, the

The
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the
The
FIG. 5 shows a procedure for packing the
On the other hand, the
Then, with the
After the
When unpacking, reverse the above. That is, the holding
In the
The
The
In the
The protector of the present invention can use not only paper cardboard but also plastic cardboard. In addition to the corrugated intermediate layer, honeycomb cardboard (made of paper and synthetic resin) can also be used. When honeycomb cardboard is used, the strength against bending is increased. In any case, it is preferable that the sheets are made of the same material. As a result, there is no need for separate disposal, and it is easy to reuse and recycle materials.
