In order to achieve the above-mentioned first object, the present invention is to form a holding lid body, which is inserted into a packing box body and holds an object to be packed, from a single material. ,
The unfolded shape of the material has a shape conforming to the shape of the opening of the packing box, and a plurality of folds having an engagement protrusion at a front end on a surface portion of the material and a fold line formed at an intermediate portion. The bent piece is formed by cutting, and a plurality of engagement holes are formed to engage with each of the engagement protrusions, and each of the bent pieces is bent into a mountain shape at the fold line portion to form the engagement. It is characterized in that a structure is employed in which a spacer that also serves as a buffer is assembled by engaging a projection with the engagement hole.

With this structure, the spacer can be assembled by bending the bent piece into a mountain shape at the fold line portion and engaging the engaging projection with the engaging hole. The presser lid, a bent piece having an engagement protrusion at the tip from a single material and forming a fold line on the bent piece,
Since a single piece of material is formed with an engagement hole, even if a large number of these cover lids are stacked, they do not become bulky, do not require a large storage space, and can be easily transported.

0 is cut by a cutting machine, molded, and then folded and assembled. For this molding, a cutting die 16 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 is used. The cutting die 16 is provided with a base 17, and a cutting blade 18 is attached to a surface of the base 17 in a state where the cushioning material 2 for packing is unfolded. A forming blade 20 that forms the folding line portion 19 in the expanded form 300 of the packing cushioning material 2 is attached. The height of the forming blade 20 is slightly lower than that of the cutting blade 18 so that the double flute 11 outside the corrugated paper 10 remains without being cut after cutting, so-called half punching.

The holding lid is formed by forming a bent piece having an engaging projection at the tip from a single material, forming a fold line on the bent piece, and forming an engaging hole in the material. Since it is a single piece, even if a large number of these cover lids are stacked, they do not become bulky, do not require a large storage space, and can be easily transported.
