Abstract

【課題】少量の食事量でも満腹感を実感できダイエットの効果を出すことができる弁当箱を提供する。
【解決手段】食事量を調整できるようにひと口ずつの食事量を入れられるように細かく仕切っている弁当箱にした。ひと口分ずつ細かく仕切る事により，ひと口分の食事量を調整して入れることができる為、ひと口の食事量を多く摂取する事はなくなった。

考案が解決しようとする課題
ダイエットの食事方法でひと口分は必ず３０回以上噛み，２０分くらい時間をかけて食べれば満腹中枢が刺激され、少量の食事量でも満腹感を実感できダイエットの効果を出すことができます。
ただし，ひと口分の食事量が多ければ満腹中枢が刺激されるまでに，必要以上の量を摂取してしまうため，ダイエットの効果を出すことできません。よって，従来の弁当箱を使うとひと口分の食事量を調整することができないという問題点があった。
課題を解決するための手段
食事量を調整できるようにひと口分ずつの食事量を入れられるように細かく仕切っている弁当箱にした。
考案の効果
弁当箱がひと口分の食事量を調整して仕切られているため，ひと口分の量を多く摂取することなく食事をすることができる。
