Abstract

A buffer presser plate having a structure for discharging and removing paper dust mixed in a printing press is provided.
In order to discharge and remove paper dust and the like from a product passage space in a rotary press, the shape of a press plate that has been conventionally used only as a buffer is generated in accordance with the rotation of the plate cylinder. A presser plate was devised with the relief-shaped wall surface inclined. This presser plate can be applied to any rotary press and contributes to improving the accuracy of corrugated board products by a simple method.

Description

The present invention relates to a presser plate used during printing processing of cardboard or the like.

Conventionally, when a flat corrugated cardboard sheet is moved through the printing press during printing of a corrugated cardboard case, etc., a printing plate is set for the purpose of suppressing vibration (fluttering) caused by the warp and warpage of the sheet. However, this does not take into account the air flow in the printing press that occurs at high speed rotation, and cannot be used to eliminate paper dust mixed in the printing press.

Best mode for carrying out the invention

As shown in FIG. 2, the presser plate according to the present invention has a shape in which a wall surface portion is slanted, one surface is upward, the opposite surface is downward, and the cross section is a parallelogram. The thickness is about 1 mm lower than the printing plate so that the ink is not transferred. (Figure 2)
The bottom surface is provided with an adhesive such as a double-sided tape, and can be freely cut and pasted on a plate-making film or the like, and used as a buffering application or an airflow adjusting application during printing. (Fig. 2, Fig. 3)

A buffer presser plate having a function of adjusting the air flow generated by the rotation of the plate cylinder by an attachment method, with the wall surface of the presser plate being inclined, which is used during printing processing of cardboard or the like.
