Description
The present invention relates to a scanner device including a swinging portion that can swing with respect to a reading surface of a base portion and covers the reading surface in a closed state.
Conventionally, as shown in
However, the elastic layer formed by the sponge is integrally provided uniformly over the entire range facing the document table.
Here, a configuration in which an automatic document feeder is provided on the document cover is conceivable. When an automatic document feeder is provided, the automatic document feeder is normally located at a position deviated from the center of the document cover. Further, since the automatic document feeder has a certain weight, the position of the center of gravity of the entire document cover is deviated from the center of the range facing the document table.
As a result, the posture of the document cover with respect to the document table may become unstable.
Specifically, since a relatively large weight acts on the side where the automatic document feeder is biased, the sponge on the biased side is deformed so as to be crushed. On the other hand, the acting weight is relatively small on the side opposite to the biased side, and there is a possibility that the sponge on the opposite side hardly deforms. That is, the opposite sponge may not be crushed by its own weight. In such a case, the posture of the document cover with respect to the document table is inclined. And since a clearance gap arises between the said original stand and the said document press part, and light enters from this clearance gap, there exists a possibility that the reading precision of the said reading part may fall.
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and an object thereof is to provide a scanner device in consideration of stabilizing the posture of the swinging portion with respect to the base portion of the scanner device.
To achieve the above object, the scanner apparatus of the first aspect of the present invention includes a base portion the scanner unit is provided for reading the information recorded in the medium object information recorded on the medium is provided on the base portion A first reading surface for reading information, a second reading surface provided on the base portion adjacent to the first reading surface for reading information recorded on a medium, and the first reading surface and the second reading surface of the base portion . The swinging portion is swingable with respect to the reading surface. In the closed state, the swinging portion covers the first reading surface and the second reading surface, and the swinging portion is provided. A feeding means for sending the medium placed on the reading unit to the second reading surface; a mat attached to the swinging unit and covering the medium set on the first reading surface in the closed state; Moving part and mat In between, the elastic member disposed on the second reading surface side, and an elastic member than said resilient member is spaced from said second read surface, said feed means at said swinging portion By being provided at a biased position, the center of gravity of the swinging portion is biased toward the second reading surface with respect to the center of the mat in the closed state, and the second reading surface The area of the surface of the elastic member arranged on the side that comes into contact with the oscillating part from the base part side toward the oscillating part side is arranged farther from the second reading surface than the elastic member. characterized in that from the base portion side of the elastic member is larger than construction area of the surface in contact with the swinging portion toward the oscillating portion.
According to this aspect, in the closed state, the posture of the swinging portion with respect to the base portion can be stabilized.
More specifically, the center of gravity of the rocking part including the feeding means is biased. Thereby, on the side where the feeding means is biased, a relatively large self-weight acts on the elastic member, and on the opposite side, a relatively small self-weight acts on the elastic member.
Here, in order to deform the entire surface of the elastic member having a relatively small area so as to be uniformly crushed, a relatively small force is sufficient as compared with the case where the elastic member having a relatively large area is deformed. It is.
Therefore, it is possible to apply a pressure that easily crushes the elastic member on the opposite side. That is, the unit weight on the surface of the elastic member on the side where the feeding means is biased and the unit weight on the surface of the elastic member on the opposite side that contacts the swinging portion of the elastic member The self-weight acting per area can be made substantially the same.
Thereby, in the closed state, the elastic member on the opposite side can be deformed so as to be surely and uniformly crushed like the elastic member on the biased side of the feeding means. The amount of deformation in the direction to be crushed can be made substantially the same.
As a result, the posture of the swinging portion with respect to the base portion is stabilized in the closed state. Then, the elastic member is not deformed, and a gap is generated between the mat and the reading surface, and so-called light entry due to floating can be prevented. This also increases the degree of design freedom. In other words, there is no need to provide a weight or the like for increasing the own weight.
Scanner device of the second aspect of the present invention includes a base portion the scanner unit is provided for reading the information recorded in the medium body, a first reading surface for reading the information recorded on the medium is provided on the base portion A second reading surface provided on the base portion adjacent to the first reading surface and reading information recorded on the medium; and swinging with respect to the first reading surface and the second reading surface of the base portion In a closed state, the swinging portion that covers the first reading surface and the second reading surface , and a medium that is provided on the swinging portion and is placed on the swinging portion in the closed state A feeding means for feeding the first reading surface to the second reading surface, a mat attached to the swinging portion and covering the medium set on the first reading surface in the closed state, and the swinging portion and the mat between the second An elastic member disposed on viewing takes side, spaced an elastic member than said resilient member is spaced apart from the second reading surface, the spacing portion in contact with the elastic member in the swinging portion And the feed means is provided at a position biased in the swinging portion, so that the center of gravity of the swinging portion is in the closed state with respect to the center of the mat. The structure is biased toward the second reading surface side, and the interval between the ribs contacting the elastic member arranged on the second reading surface side is arranged farther from the second reading surface than the elastic member. that wherein the a narrow construction than the spacing of the ribs in contact with the elastic member.
According to this aspect, similarly to the first aspect, in the closed state, the posture of the swinging part with respect to the base part can be stabilized.
Here, when the interval between the ribs is made relatively sparse, the area where the rib contacts the elastic member is reduced. On the other hand, when the interval between the ribs is relatively close, an area where the rib and the elastic member are in contact with each other increases.
Accordingly, in the same manner as in the first aspect, the weight acting on the unit area at the location where the feeding means contacts the rib of the elastic member on the biased side, and the rib of the elastic member on the opposite side are in contact with each other. The self-weight acting per unit area at the place to be performed can be made substantially the same.
As a result, the same effect as the first aspect can be obtained.
That is, by changing the density of the ribs, it is possible to change the amount of deformation in the direction in which the elastic member is crushed, thereby changing the size of the elastic member and moving the rocking member from the base portion side of the elastic member. The same effect as the case where the area of the surface which contacts the said rocking | swiveling part is changed toward the part side can be acquired.
Scanner device of the third aspect of the present invention includes a base portion the scanner unit is provided for reading the information recorded in the medium body, a first reading surface for reading the information recorded on the medium is provided on the base portion A second reading surface provided on the base portion adjacent to the first reading surface and reading information recorded on the medium; and swinging with respect to the first reading surface and the second reading surface of the base portion In a closed state, the swinging portion that covers the first reading surface and the second reading surface , and a medium that is provided on the swinging portion and is placed on the swinging portion in the closed state A feeding means for feeding the first reading surface to the second reading surface, a mat attached to the swinging portion and covering the medium set on the first reading surface in the closed state, and the swinging portion and the mat between the second Poured and elastic members disposed viewed take surface, and the elastic member than the elastic member is spaced from said second read surface, apart locations the elastic member is adhered in the oscillating portion A rib formed between the rib and the elastic member, and an adhesive tape that contacts the elastic member with the rib, wherein the feeding means is provided at a position biased in the swinging portion. Accordingly, the center of gravity of the swinging portion is biased toward the second reading surface with respect to the center of the mat in the closed state, and is arranged on the second reading surface side. area of the adhesive tape for adhering the elastic member may be the an elastic member larger configuration than the area of the adhesive tape for bonding the elastic members disposed spaced apart from the second reading surface than.
According to this aspect, similarly to the first aspect, in the closed state, the posture of the swinging part with respect to the base part can be stabilized.
Here, when the adhesive tape is between the rib and the elastic member, the rib is less likely to bite into the elastic member according to the area of the adhesive tape. This is because the apparent rigidity of the elastic member is increased.
Accordingly, as in the first aspect, in the closed state, the amount of deformation in the direction in which the elastic member on the opposite side is crushed and the direction in which the elastic member on the side on which the feeding means is biased are crushed. The amount of deformation can be made substantially the same.
As a result, the same effect as the first aspect can be obtained.
That is, by changing the area of the adhesive tape, it is possible to change the amount of deformation in the direction in which the elastic member is crushed. As a result, the vibration member moves from the base portion side toward the swinging portion side. The same effect as when the area of the surface in contact with the moving part is changed can be obtained.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to third aspects, the elastic member disposed at an end portion of the mat is bonded to the mat and the swinging portion. The elastic member disposed near the center away from the end of the mat is bonded to one of the mat and the swinging portion and is not bonded to the other.
According to this aspect, in addition to the same operational effects as in any one of the first to third aspects, the center of the mat can be loosened so as to hang down with respect to the end. When the swinging portion in the closed state is swung in a direction away from the reading surface, air can be easily introduced from the end side to the center side between the reading surface and the mat. That is, the swinging portion can be swung so as to be peeled off smoothly while air is introduced. Compared with a configuration in which the center does not sag so that the center hangs down and air does not easily enter from the end portion, the swinging portion can be swung with a small force.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a state in which the

In addition, the
Next, the
FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
This is because if the color is other than white, the

In the present embodiment, as an example, a
In the present embodiment, the area of the surface of the
Area S1 of the first sponge> Area S2 of the second sponge> Area S3 of the third sponge
The relationship is established.
As described above, the center of the
Here, in general, in order to deform the entire surface of a sponge having a relatively small area so as to be uniformly crushed, a relatively small force is required as compared with the case of deforming a sponge having a relatively large area. Is enough.
Accordingly, it is possible to apply a pressure that can easily crush the third sponge 22 on the downstream side of the Y-axis arrow.
That is, the weight of the
Thereby, in the said closed state, it can deform | transform so that the
Here, even if they are not substantially the same, as a technical idea, it is only necessary that at least the third sponge 22 on the downstream side of the Y-axis arrow can be deformed in the Z-axis direction.
As a result, the posture of the
Further, a
When the paper P is smaller than the size of the
The area of the
Further, the
In the present embodiment, the
In this embodiment, a porous sponge is used as an example of the elastic member. However, other than a sponge may be used as long as it is very soft and can be deformed by a relatively small dead weight and pressed without a gap.
Furthermore, in addition to the size relationship of the areas S <b> 1 to S <b> 3, the thickness of the third sponge 22 on the downstream side of the Y-axis arrow may be larger than the thickness of the
The

As a result, it is possible to obtain the same effects as those of the above-described embodiment.
That is, by changing the density (size of the gap) of the ribs (30 to 32), it is possible to change the amount of deformation of the sponges (33 to 35) in the crushing direction. The same effect is obtained when the area (S1 to S3) of the surface in contact with the
