Description

The present invention relates to a shock-absorbing member for protecting a product from damage such as impact and vibration when transporting a relatively easily damaged product such as a cake of a confectionery.

For example, confectionery, pudding, Japanese confectionery, etc., products of the same type and the same shape and size are conventionally fitted in foamed polystyrene molded bodies, plastic molded bodies (buffer cases), or buffer cases made of paper. Or wrapped in a foam cushioning sheet.

That is, a dedicated buffer case or box suitable for a specific product is used.
The above-mentioned buffer case is currently disposed of in one round trip (after use) of shipment and collection.
For this reason, it is an environmental problem and a problem on resource saving.

For such a buffer case or box, for example, various buffer cases for each product type are used for each product unit having a different size and shape.

Conventionally, as for this kind of buffer case and box, what is described in patent documents 1 (JP 2000-318739 PR) and patent documents 2 (JP 2004-268738 PR) is known.
The buffer case and the box are of the same type and have similar sizes and shapes, and the storage space of the product unit partitioned by the buffer material is also the same size. On the other hand, the present invention is a buffer system that can change the storage space according to the shape and size of the product.

Currently, it is almost impossible for manufacturers to deal with a buffer case that wraps a wide variety of products in small quantities.

A container called “Shige” used in all industries now stores various types of cakes in small quantities for each store on the day after the order date. .

For this reason, there is a great demand for a shock-absorbing system for protecting merchandise because damage due to damage or the like occurs due to a severe distribution environment or shock / vibration during transportation.

The recent market needs for foods are high-mix, small-quantity, quality-oriented, and the logistics system is in the background. The products are frozen cars to maintain the quality from the manufacturing plant, and the quick transportation to the store is the center. Since the product is damaged by impacts and vibrations during transportation and various external factors that are received during the distribution process, it is necessary to fix and protect the product safely.
An object of the present invention is to eliminate the above disadvantages by unifying the buffer system and integrating the buffer cases even when products of different sizes and shapes are mixed.
Another object of the present invention is to improve workability, improve resource efficiency, and minimize waste generation.

A transport cushioning material housed in a transport / delivery container (hereinafter referred to as a container) is characterized in that it has the following structure. This container is generally rectangular. Assuming that this container is developed in a plan view, the upper and lower sides will be described as the column direction, which is called spreadsheet software, and the left and right sides as the row direction. In the transport cushioning material according to claim 1, there are cuts at both ends of each side of the container, and when inserted into each other, a quadrangle is formed, which serves as a rail for the cushioning material. In the upper part of each of the left and right sides, there are incisions at intervals of 10 mm for fixing a partition plate in the row direction to be described later.
Since the product can be arbitrarily arranged on the bottom side of the container in this state in which the partition plate serving as a buffer is not inserted, workability is excellent.
A partition plate in the row direction is placed on the rail for cushioning material in the container, and the partition plate is arranged in accordance with the shape of the product arranged in the container. In the upper part of the partition plate, there is a rectangular cut for crossing with a partition plate to be arranged later in the row direction. The required number of partition plates can be set according to the shape and quantity of the product. Since this row-direction partition plate can move according to the shape of the product, changing the angle of the opposing surface of the adjacent row-direction partition plate makes the product in a space partitioned into triangles, quadrangles, polygons, etc. Can be stored individually.
In addition, the size can be adjusted by combining the partition plates in the column direction and the partition plates in the row direction.
Next, a partition plate in the row direction is installed according to the shape of the product. This partition plate has a notch of the partition plate width and can be moved at intervals of 10 mm. By inserting this notch into the partition plate in the column direction, the partition plates in the row and column are crossed to reinforce and fix the buffering force to each other.
In the transport cushioning material according to claim 2, an anti-slip mat is installed in advance before putting the product or the cushioning material in order to suppress the movement of the product during transportation as much as possible. The container is characterized in that a transparent lid is formed so that the state of the product stored in the upper part of the container can be seen.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to unify the buffer system and to share the buffer material even when products having different sizes and shapes are mixed.
Even if the combination of products changes, it is possible to cope with it simply by changing the method of combining the cushioning materials. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the amount of waste and improve the reuse of resources by repeatedly using the cushioning materials and reducing the types of packaging materials. Can do.
In addition, it is possible to prevent the product from being easily damaged even in a harsh distribution environment and to improve the transportation efficiency.

The transport cushioning material according to the present invention will be described in more detail based on the drawings showing the embodiments.
For the sake of convenience, parts having the same functions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.

For transportation and delivery containers (materials are plastic and aluminum, etc., hereinafter referred to as containers) used in all industries, which can be flexibly adapted to the shape and size of products. An embodiment of a cushioning material will be described with reference to the drawings. Assuming that the container is developed in a plan view, the horizontal side will be described as the X axis and the vertical side as the Y axis.
FIG. 1 is a structural part serving as a rail for setting a cushioning material that can be arranged in accordance with the shape and size of a product in the above-mentioned container. For the shaft, when the reference numerals 10a and 10c, 10b and 10d are inserted into each other, a rectangular frame is formed inside the container. Easy to assemble and disassemble because no adhesive or other parts are used. Storage space can be reduced because it can be flattened during storage.

FIG. 2 shows a partition plate serving as a cushioning material. The cushioning material 3X can be moved to any position steplessly in the X-axis direction (left and right of the container). On the other hand, the cushioning material of 4Y can be moved in multiple steps in 1cm increments in the Y-axis direction (up and down the container). Since it can be set in advance before starting work, work efficiency can be improved. Furthermore, a buffer space can be freely formed in accordance with the goods stored in the container by a combination of stepless and multistage movement. A buffer case for each product type is not required, so it is expected to be cost effective.
The reason why the cut-out 11a is triangular is a convenient structure for easily forming a square, triangle, trapezoid or the like when creating a buffer space for storing and holding goods. Workability can also be improved.

Reference numeral 5X is used for strengthening the buffering force. For example, a decoration cake having a large size and a heavy weight, and when this part is used only when it is necessary to strengthen the buffering capacity especially from the shock and vibration during transportation, it is safe to use. Secure and protect products individually. The cut of 3XB is inserted into the upper side of the 3X partition plate and fixed.

The partition plate of FIG. 3 is a convenient partition plate that is used as necessary when it is necessary to further partition the buffer space formed by reference numerals 3X and 4Y of FIG.

The lid of FIG. 4 is for containers, and two types were prepared for the following purposes.
The transparent film cover of the code | symbol 7a maximizes the effect in both the display effect which looks good, and goods protection.
It also increases product protection and safety during packaging, transportation, and delivery.
The male lid 7b is fixed at the top of the moving rail in FIG.
If the container is stepped, the top is a film lid and the rest is a pod lid to minimize costs.
