Description

The present invention relates to an electric water heater that uses a PTC heater to apply a thermal stimulus to an affected area.

Acupoints are academically referred to as acupoints and are described as exciting places of parasympathetic nerves distributed in the skin, and treatment of diseases by stimulation of acupoints has been traditionally performed. Typical methods for stimulating acupuncture points include needles and acupuncture. Treatment with acupuncture is difficult in ordinary households, and warm acupuncture has been used as a home remedy by placing a mog on the skin and igniting it. It was. There were things that put mogusa in a heat-insulating case and ignited it so that the surface of this case was in contact with the skin. (Unless otherwise noted, when referred to as an affected area, the acupuncture point or the skin at the place to be treated is meant, and the treated area refers to the part of the warming instrument that contacts or presses the affected area. However, in the method of igniting the moss, there is an odor to the surroundings and a risk of fire, and various electric hot water heaters have been filed as patents or have been put on the market. As shown in FIG. 1, the initial electric heater was provided with an electric heater using a nichrome wire 7 at the tip, and the switch (SW) was pressed until the affected area was felt stimulated. Next, a PTC heater or the like is used as a heating means, and the heat conduction means, the heat storage means, and the treatment portion that is the skin contact portion are integrated, and only that portion is applied to the affected portion, and the electric cord is not attached and is easy to use. There is an improved one (Patent Document 1), and a further one in which a notification is made when the temperature of the heat generating part reaches a temperature suitable for the treatment of warmth (Patent Document 2). The applicant for utility model registration has also filed a patent application for an electric water heater for improving the heat insulation effect by covering the heat generating part with a heat insulation / heat insulation sheet (Patent Document 3).

In the above patent application, etc., it can be used without being accompanied by an electric cord, it is convenient to use as an electric heater, and there is also the convenience of notifying when the temperature is appropriate for the treatment of hot water, but the electric heater is large. There is a problem that it is difficult to apply the treatment to the affected area easily by itself, assuming that there is a practitioner. Furthermore, there are problems such as difficulty in pressing the affected area during the treatment of the acupuncture due to the shape of the electric warmer and the temperature of the treatment area is not stable.

Therefore, as an improvement measure, the shape of the electric water heater is L-shaped, making it easy to press the treatment part against the affected area, making the internal structure easier and reducing the size and weight of the electric water heater, We decided to stabilize the temperature of a treatment part using a heat storage board, a heat insulating material, etc.

As described above, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to make it easy to press the treatment part in contact with the affected part on the assumption that the electric warmer is used alone, and to simplify the structure and reduce the size. It is to reduce the weight and stabilize the temperature of the treatment area that directly touches the affected area.

Therefore, the invention of claim 1 is composed of a PTC heater, a heater set having a heat storage plate and a thermal sensor, an arm part having a cover set having a heat insulating material and a treatment part, and a grip part substantially perpendicular to the arm part. This is an L-shaped electric heater.

An electric warmer refers to a device that heats and treats an affected area with the heat of electric energy. PTC is a semiconductor ceramic whose main component is barium titanate (BaTiO 3 ), and has a resistance change characteristic with a positive temperature coefficient. As the value rises, the resistance value can be set to increase rapidly at a certain temperature. The PTC heater is a heater that utilizes the fact that the resistance value changes suddenly at a certain temperature, has automatic temperature controllability, and can maintain a stable temperature without change over time. The heat storage plate stores heat generated by the PTC heater, and the heat is transmitted to the affected part through the treatment part. A thermal sensor is also called a temperature sensor, and it plays a role of contacting the target object and sending a signal of the temperature of the object. The power of the PTC heater is turned on and off, and the temperature of the treatment part directly touching the affected part is controlled. Used to adjust.

Of the electric water heater, a portion having a PTC heater, a heat storage plate, and a thermal sensor is called a heater set, and a portion having a heat insulating material and a treatment portion is called a cover set. The heater set may include a microcomputer, which will be described later, and the cover set includes a cover that is a treatment unit. The reason why the cover is a treatment part is that the treatment part may also serve as a heat storage plate or a cover for a heat insulating material. In the electric water heater, a portion having a heater set and a cover set was used as an arm portion, and a portion gripped at the time of treatment substantially perpendicular to the arm portion was used as a grip portion. The reason why the arm part and the gripping part are substantially perpendicular is that the angle between the axis of the gripping part and the axis of the arm is not a perfect right angle. This is to provide various electric water heaters with a spread of about 30 degrees.

The invention according to claim 2 is the heater set according to claim 1, which is controlled by a microcomputer in which a heat sensor is brought into contact with the heat storage plate and the power of the PTC heater is turned on and off by a signal from the heat sensor.

A signal from the thermal sensor is sent to the microcomputer, and the power supply of the PTC heater is turned on and off by microcomputer control. The microcomputer is set so that the power supply of the PTC heater is turned on when the lower limit temperature is reached within a certain range of temperature, and the power supply is turned off when the upper limit is reached.

Invention of Claim 3 is the cover set of Claim 1 which installed the some heat insulating material from which a material differs between the thermal storage board of a heater set, and the treatment part of a cover set.

By providing multiple heat insulating materials of different materials between the heat storage plate and the treatment part cover, it prevents sudden heat from being transmitted to the affected part, makes the treatment part cover suitable temperature suitable for acupuncture treatment, and further heat storage plate This prevents heat dissipation from the heat. The reason for using multiple heat insulating materials of different materials is to adjust the heat transfer speed, add a time lag from when the treatment area is pressed against the affected area until it feels hot, and have the same sensation as a traditional moxa Because.

The device of claim 4 is the electric water heater of claim 1 having either or both of the heater set of claim 2 and the cover set of claim 3.

Although an electric water heater provided with both the heater set of Claim 2 and the cover set of Claim 3 is preferable, an electric water heater provided with any one of a heater set and a cover set may be sufficient for reasons, such as manufacturing cost.

According to the first aspect of the invention, assuming that the electric warmer is used alone, the shape is L-shaped so that the treatment part can be easily pressed against the affected part, and the structure is simplified and reduced in size and weight. In addition, there is an effect of stabilizing the temperature of the treatment part using a PTC heater, a thermal sensor, or the like. The invention of claim 2 has the effect of maintaining the temperature of the treatment part at a suitable temperature for further acupuncture treatment using a microcomputer, and the invention of claim 3 is provided with a heat insulating plate and a treatment part with different heat insulating materials. In between, it has the effect of making the sensation similar to that of mogusa. The invention of claim 4 provides an electric water heater comprising all or any of the inventions of claim 2 or claim 3.

Examples of the present invention will be given below.

FIG. 6 shows an electric heater 1 according to the present invention. The heater set 2 and the cover set 6 are built in the arm portion 12 of the electric heater 1. An angle 15 formed by the axial core wire 13 of the arm portion 12 and the axial core wire 14 of the gripping portion is approximately 90 degrees.
As shown in FIG. 3, the heater set 2 includes a heat storage plate 21, an electric insulating plate 22, an electric terminal plate 23, an electric insulating tube 24, a PTC heater 25, a base 28, and the like. These parts are integrated with an assembly screw 27 or the like, as shown in the assembly diagram of FIG. By assembling in this way, the interior of the electric water heater is fixed to improve the impact resistance against dropping or the like.

As shown in FIG. 4, the heater set 2 and the thermal sensor 4 are incorporated in the case 5 of the heater set 2 and the thermal sensor 4. The power connector 3 is connected to the power supply unit of the main body, and the switch (SW in FIG. 6) of the main body is turned on to energize the PTC heater 25 to heat the heat storage plate 21. The temperature measured by the thermal sensor 4 set so as to come into contact with the heat storage plate 21 is re-input by the microcomputer (not shown) in the main body to turn off the power of the PTC heater 25 when the set temperature is reached or when the temperature is lowered. Is configured to do.

As shown in FIG. 2, the PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater has the property that, as described above, the resistance value increases rapidly when the temperature becomes high, and current hardly flows when the Curie point (Tc in FIG. 2) is reached. . For example, if a PTC heater with a Curie point of 120 ° C and a greenhouse resistance set to 24Ω is set with a microcomputer with an operating temperature of 85 ° C, a current of 1 ampere flows at room temperature when a voltage of 24 volts is input to this PTC When the heater is heated rapidly and approaches 85 ° C., the resistance value of the PTC heater increases and only a current of about 0.2 amperes flows. This is useful for controlling the delicate temperature of the treatment unit 61 that touches the human body by smoothing the rise and fall of the temperature as compared with the case of using a general heater, and is energy saving.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, since the heat insulating material 62 is inserted between the treatment part 61 and the heat storage plate 21 that directly touch the human body, there is a time difference from when the treatment part is pressed to the affected part until the affected part is felt hot. Yes, you can get the same sensation as momsa.

In the heater set 2 of FIG. 3, an aluminum plate having a low specific gravity and good thermal conductivity was used for the heat storage plate 21. However, it is not limited to aluminum, and can be iron or copper. The electrical insulating plate 22 was made of heat-resistant plastic, the electrical terminal plate 23 was a copper plate, and the electrical insulating tube 24 was a silicon tube. However, the material of each component described above is not limited to this, and any material may be used depending on the purpose. The PTC heater 25 is made of ceramic, and is integrated with a heat storage plate or the like, so that a donut type is used, and an assembly screw 27 is passed through the center hole thereof. The base is a heat-resistant phenol resin, but it is not limited to this.

A plastic film and cloth were used for the heat insulating material 62 in FIG. 5 in consideration of pressing the treatment part 61 against the affected part. Furthermore, the treatment part (cover) is a part that directly touches the human body and is made of heat-resistant and elastic nylon resin, but is not limited thereto. Moreover, although the attachment part 63 used the metal, it may be a plastic.

The present invention simplifies the structure, reduces weight, makes it easier to press the affected area, and can provide an electric water heater that stabilizes the temperature of the treatment area that directly touches the human body. Is done.
