Description
The present invention relates to an improvement of an aerosol device.
In general, an aerosol device ejects gas or liquid in an aerosol container by pressing a spray button. In addition, aerosol containers that contain paints, insecticides, cosmetics, etc. contain combustibles such as main agents (contents other than propellants consisting of liquids and solids) and propellants (liquefied petroleum gas, dimethyl ether, isopentane, etc.) Even when the main agent is exhausted and the spraying is finished, a small amount of propellant remains in the container.
By the way, when disposing of such an aerosol device, in consideration of safety at the time of dust collection or compression processing, the user keeps pushing the injection button until no sound is generated or a hole is formed in the aerosol container. The propellant remaining in the used aerosol container must be discharged by the operation of opening the container. However, when the remaining propellant is manually discharged, it is troublesome to press the spray button of the aerosol container for a long time. Further, in order to continue to push the injection button for a long time, it is often necessary to change the aerosol container and inject the contents remaining in the container, and the contents cannot be reliably discharged. Furthermore, since these operations are time-consuming, there is a problem that the contents remaining in the aerosol container are discarded without being completely discharged.
In view of this, a residue discharge mechanism for easily and safely discharging the entire content (residue) remaining in such a used aerosol container has been proposed (see Patent Document 1). Specifically, the aerosol container residue discharge mechanism described in Patent Document 1 is roughly configured by a cylindrical injection button that is attached to the stem of the aerosol container and a shoulder cover that is fitted to the top of the aerosol container. ing. The injection button has a protrusion, and the shoulder cover has a cylindrical central hole into which the injection button is inserted. The protrusion of the injection button can slide on the annular peripheral wall forming the central hole. A deep cut portion and a shallow cut portion to be inserted are provided. Furthermore, the deep cutouts and the shallow cutouts are alternately formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the central hole.
However, in the above-described aerosol container residue discharge mechanism, when the injection button is changed from the normal use state to the remaining content discharge state, the injection button is rotated in the circumferential direction with respect to the central hole portion of the shoulder cover. There is a problem that it has to be set, and since the injection button has a cylindrical shape, there is no directivity and positioning is difficult. Further, when the remaining contents are discharged, there is a problem that the contents remaining in the aerosol container are scattered around and the surrounding environment is contaminated.
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and the contents remaining in the aerosol container can be reliably discharged with a simple structure, and the discharged contents are scattered around. An object is to provide a difficult aerosol device.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is an aerosol container that contains contents, a cover cap that is detachably attached to the upper part of the aerosol container, and protrudes from the upper center of the aerosol container. The cover cap is provided with a spray button provided so as to be able to press the stem, and the cover cap is sprayed from a cylindrical portion that accommodates the spray button so as to be movable in the vertical direction from the side where the spray button is attached to the aerosol container, and from the lower end side of the cylindrical portion. A first slit cut out along the moving direction of the button and a second slit that is parallel to the first slit and shorter than the first slit, and the injection button is provided on a side surface thereof. And a guide projection that is slidably engaged in the first slit, a stem fitting portion that is disposed on one side across the central portion of the bottom surface, and a dummy that is disposed on the other side. The injection port has a fitting part and an injection port communicated with the stem fitting part, and the contents accommodated in the aerosol container are pressed through the stem pressed together with the injection button by pressing the injection button. When the contents remaining in the aerosol container are discharged, the cover cap is removed from the aerosol container, the direction of the injection button is changed, and the guide protrusion is engaged with the second slit. After the injection button is accommodated in the cylindrical portion, the cover cap is reattached to the aerosol container, so that the movement of the guide protrusion abutting on the upper end of the second slit is restricted, and the dummy fitting portion is the stem. By continuously pressing the air, the contents remaining in the aerosol container are jetted from the stem into the cover cap. Is an Lumpur apparatus.
Further, in the device according to
In the invention according to claim 3, the stem fitting hole of the dummy fitting portion has a larger diameter than the stem fitting hole into which the stem of the stem fitting portion is fitted. The aerosol device described in 1.
Further, in the device according to claim 4, the dummy fitting portion is formed of a member formed separately from the injection button. The aerosol device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, is there.
Further, in the device according to
As described above, in the aerosol device according to claim 1 of the present invention, the stem fitting portion in which the injection button is communicated with the injection port and the dummy fitting portion that is not in communication with the injection port are arranged at the central portion of the bottom surface. The dummy fitting portion can be reliably positioned immediately above the stem by switching the direction of the injection button to be accommodated in the cylindrical portion, which is provided on one side and the other side. Further, when the direction of the spray button is changed, the spray button in the cover cap is engaged with the first slit by engaging the guide protrusion with the second slit shorter than the first slit. It is restricted to a lower position than when combined. For this reason, when the cover cap is remounted on the aerosol container, the movement of the guide protrusion abutted on the upper end of the second slit is restricted, and the dummy fitting portion continuously presses the stem.
Therefore, in this aerosol apparatus, the content remaining in the aerosol container can be reliably injected into the cover cap and removed, that is, the entire amount can be injected. Further, since the content is discharged into the cover cap when the entire amount is injected, it is possible to prevent the discharged content from being scattered around. Furthermore, the contents remaining in the aerosol container can be reliably discharged by a simple structure in which the direction of the injection button is changed.
In the aerosol device according to claim 1 of the present invention, when the cover cap is removed from the aerosol container and the direction of the injection button is changed, a dummy fitting portion serving as a mark is located at a position where the stem is continuously pressed. Therefore, the user can easily recognize the dummy fitting portion as a position where the stem is fitted.
Here, if the injection button does not have such a dummy fitting part, when the direction of the injection button is changed, the stem fitting part is misidentified even though it is displaced from directly above the stem. There is a possibility that the stem may be forcibly fitted to the stem fitting portion and the stem may be damaged.
On the other hand, when the injection button is provided with a dummy fitting portion simulated by the stem fitting portion, the dummy fitting portion is a portion to be fitted with the stem when the direction of the injection button is changed. The user can be made aware. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the user from erroneously attaching the stem to the stem fitting portion.
In the aerosol device according to
Moreover, in the aerosol device according to claim 3 of the present invention, when the stem fitting hole of the dummy fitting portion has a larger diameter than the stem fitting hole of the stem fitting portion, the direction of the injection button is changed. In addition, it is possible to make the user more easily recognize that the dummy fitting portion is a portion fitted to the stem. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the user from erroneously attaching the stem to the stem fitting portion. Further, when the stem fitting hole of the dummy fitting portion has a larger diameter than the stem fitting hole of the stem fitting portion, the content ejected from the stem when discharging the contents remaining in the aerosol container The object can be efficiently discharged from the dummy fitting portion into the cover cap.
In the aerosol device according to claim 4 of the present invention, the dummy fitting portion is configured by a member formed separately from the injection button. In this case, by attaching a member forming the dummy fitting portion to the injection button, the user can easily recognize that the dummy fitting portion is a portion to be fitted to the stem when the direction of the injection button is changed. Can be made. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the user from erroneously attaching the stem to the stem fitting portion. Furthermore, it can be set as the injection button which can prevent incorrect mounting | wearing by attaching the member which forms such a dummy fitting part to the injection button which does not have the dummy fitting part mentioned above.
In the aerosol device according to
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide an aerosol device that can reliably discharge the contents remaining in the aerosol container with a simple structure and that the discharged contents are not easily scattered around.

Next, a normal use state and a use method of the aerosol apparatus 1 having the above configuration will be described with reference to FIG.
When the aerosol device 1 is normally used, first, the injection button 4 is inserted into the
Next, the cover cap 3 is attached to the upper part of the
Next, when the contents stored in the
Next, a method of using the aerosol device 1 when the
When discharging the contents remaining in the
As described above, in the aerosol device 1 to which the present invention is applied, the
Here, when trying to discharge the contents remaining in the
On the other hand, in the aerosol device 1 to which the present invention is applied, by providing the spray button 4 with the stem
Therefore, in the aerosol device 1, the entire content remaining in the
The aerosol device to which the present invention is applied is not necessarily limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. In the following description, the same parts as those of the aerosol device 1 are not described and the same reference numerals are given in the drawings.
The dummy
Further, the
Moreover, although the said
Further, the
Moreover, although the said
Furthermore, the
The injection button 4 and the
