Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an injection device attached to an aerosol container, and more particularly, to an injection device for an aerosol container having a residual gas discharge mechanism that can easily discharge gas remaining in an aerosol product without erroneous operation.
In aerosol products, in order to inject the contents of the liquid stock, flammable gases such as liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and dimethyl ether are frequently used. For this reason, if the contents are discarded in a state where flammable gas remains after use, there is a problem that a cleaning worker or the like is injured due to explosion of the container or the like.
Therefore, in recent years, aerosol products generally have a residual gas discharge mechanism. However, in the conventional residual gas discharge mechanism (see, for example, Patent Document 1), since the normal injection state is changed to a discharge state in one step, the gas is erroneously discharged even though the user does not intend to discard it. There is a problem that it becomes a state (continuous injection state).
In order to solve such a problem, the present applicant temporarily removes the injection device composed of the injection button and the shoulder cover from the aerosol product, and resets the injection button to the gas discharge state, thereby residual gas by a two-stage operation. Has been created (see Patent Document 2).
Although the residual gas discharge mechanism of
The present invention has been made in view of the above prior art, and when attaching an injection device equipped with a residual gas discharge mechanism to an aerosol product, if it is not intentionally put into a residual gas discharge state, it is surely normal. It is an object of the present invention to provide an injection device that can be assembled in the injection state.

That is, the present invention
[1] An injection device comprising an injection button attached to a stem of an aerosol container, and a shoulder cover having a central hole that exposes at least the head of the injection button fitted to the upper part of the aerosol container,
The spray button has a plurality of protrusions on the outer peripheral surface, and at least one protrusion of the protrusion has a protrusion width in the horizontal direction different from other protrusions,
A plurality of cutouts are formed at the lower end of the annular peripheral wall forming the central hole of the shoulder cover, and the cutouts alternate with deep cutouts and shallow cutouts having different cutout depths upward. And the width of the upper end of each notch is configured such that a corresponding protrusion having a different protrusion width in the horizontal direction is inserted,
When the shoulder cover is fitted to the upper end of the aerosol container with the projection of the corresponding projection width of the injection button fitted into the deep cutout of the shoulder cover, it is injected only when the injection button is pressed,
When the shoulder cover is fitted to the upper end of the aerosol container with the projection of the corresponding projection width of the spray button fitted in the shallow cutout of the shoulder cover, the spray button pushes down the stem and the residual gas in the aerosol container An aerosol container spraying device, wherein the spraying device is configured to be continuously jetted,
[2] The width of the opening of the deep notch formed at the lower end of the annular peripheral wall forming the central hole of the shoulder cover is formed wider than the width of the upper end of the notch. The aerosol container spray device according to [1] and [3] an aerosol product spray device including the aerosol container spray device according to [1] or [2].
In the invention according to [1], since at least one of the plurality of projections formed on the outer peripheral surface of the injection button has a different projection width in the horizontal direction from the other projections, the plurality of projections formed on the shoulder cover Of the notches, the notches into which the protrusions are inserted are predetermined notches corresponding to the widths of the protrusions, so that when the injection device is attached to the aerosol product, the residual gas is not intentionally discharged. Can be reliably assembled in the normal injection state, and can be prevented from being erroneously assembled in the residual gas discharge state.
In the invention according to [2], the width of the opening of the deep cutout portion of the shoulder cover is formed wider than the width of the upper end of the cutout portion, so that each projection of the injection button corresponds to the shoulder cover. When inserting into a predetermined cutout, if the residual gas discharge is not intended, each projection of the injection button will be easy to fit into the corresponding deep cutout, so when installing the injection device to the aerosol product, When the residual gas is not discharged, it can be more reliably assembled in the normal injection state.
And the invention which concerns on said [3] can prevent the misuse which makes the residual gas discharge | emission state unintentionally in the middle of use of an aerosol product.
Embodiments of an aerosol container injection device according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
The aerosol container injection device of the present invention comprises a shoulder cover (1) and an injection button (3). FIG. 1 is a front view showing an embodiment of an aerosol container injection device according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view thereof, and FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof.
Hereinafter, these configurations will be described.
4 is a plan view of the injection button, and FIG. 5 is a front view thereof. The injection button (3) is generally formed in a cylindrical shape with the upper surface closed and the lower surface opened. The front surface is provided with an injection port (31) for injecting the contents of the aerosol container.
Inside, an inner cylinder part (32) that fits on the stem (S) is formed in the vertical direction of the central part of the injection button (3). The internal space of the inner cylinder part (32) communicates with the injection port (31).
A plurality of protrusions (4) are provided in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the injection button (3). In the illustrated example, three rectangular parallelepiped protrusions are formed at equal intervals (120 ° intervals) below the injection port (31), but the number of notches (2) in the shoulder cover (1) described later. The number and interval are not particularly limited as long as they correspond to the formation position.
In the present invention, the plurality of protrusions (4) provided on the injection button (3) have at least one protrusion different in horizontal protrusion width from the other protrusions. That is, only one protrusion width among the plurality of protrusions (4) may be different, or the protrusion widths of all the protrusions (4) may be different. In the illustrated example, three protrusions (41, 42, 43) are provided, and only the protrusion (41) is formed wider in the horizontal direction than the other protrusions.
Moreover, the injection button notch part (33) (not shown) toward the upper direction can also be provided in the outer peripheral surface lower end part of the injection button (3). A protrusion (3) of a shoulder cover (1), which will be described later, serves as a stopper in the notch (33), and when the aerosol container injection device according to the present invention is removed from the aerosol container (C), the injection button (3 ) From the shoulder cover (1) can be prevented.
6 is a front view of the shoulder cover, FIG. 7 is a rear view thereof, FIG. 8 is a bottom view thereof, and FIG. 9 is a sectional view taken along line AA of FIG.
The shoulder cover (1) has a substantially cylindrical shape with a central hole (12) so that the spray button (3) is inserted and can be moved up and down. In the example of illustration, it has the opening part (11) for injection in the front, and the back recessed part (14) is formed facing this opening part.
During normal use of the aerosol container, the injection opening (11) is a way as the container contents from the injection button (3). The rear recess (14) serves as an entrance for a finger when pressing the spray button (3).
An intermediate annular peripheral wall (17) is formed between the annular peripheral wall (15) and the outer peripheral wall (16) forming the central hole (12). A fitting portion (18) that can be fitted to the mountain cup of the aerosol container is provided at the lower end portion of the intermediate annular peripheral wall (17).
A plurality of notches (2) are formed at the lower end of the annular peripheral wall (15). In the notch (2), a plurality of deep notches (21) having a large notch depth and a plurality of shallow notches (22) having a shallow notch depth are alternately formed.
The widths of the upper end portions (21b, 22b) of the deep cutout portion (21) and the shallow cutout portion (22) are different from the widths of the upper end portions of the other cutout portions. It is formed to be slightly wider than the protrusion width of the protrusion (4) of the injection button (3).
As a result, among the plurality of protrusions (4) provided on the injection button (3), there is only one deep notch (21) or shallow notch (22) into which the wide protrusion (41) is inserted. The notch (2) into which (4) is inserted becomes a predetermined notch corresponding to each protrusion width. As a result, when the aerosol container injection device of the present invention is remounted on the aerosol container, the injection port (31) of the injection button (3) is replaced with the injection opening (11) or the rear recess (14) of the shoulder cover (1). ) Can be securely fitted.
Moreover, it is preferable that the width | variety of the opening part (21a) of a deep notch part (21) is formed wider than the width | variety of an upper end part (21b). Thereby, since the opening part (22a) of the shallow notch part (22) is formed narrower than the corresponding deep notch part opening part (21a), the injection button (3) is attached to the shoulder cover (1). In this case, the normal injection state can be easily set, and an unintended residual gas discharge state can be prevented.
In the illustrated example, the deep cutout (21) is formed so as to gradually become narrower from the opening (21a) toward the upper end (21b).
A protrusion (13) can be provided on the inner side of the central hole (12) at the lower end of the annular peripheral wall (15) of the shoulder cover (1). In the illustrated example, two projecting portions (13) are provided opposite to each other with the central hole portion interposed therebetween.
The protrusion (13) has a length that slightly reaches the outer peripheral wall of the injection button (3) when the injection button (3) is inserted through the central hole (12). The number and the formation position may be set to match the number and the formation position so that the injection button notch (33) can abut.
Next, a method of assembling the aerosol container injection device according to the present invention into a normal injection state or a residual gas discharge state will be described. FIG. 10 is a bottom view of the aerosol container injection device according to the present invention in a normal injection state, and FIG. 12 is a sectional view when the aerosol container is attached to the aerosol container in a normal injection state. FIG. 11 is a bottom view of the aerosol container injection device according to the present invention in a residual gas discharge state, and FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view of the aerosol container injection device mounted on the aerosol container in a residual gas discharge state.
As shown in FIG. 12, the aerosol container injection device assembled in the normal injection state is removed from the aerosol container, and the shoulder cover (1) and the injection button (3) are separated. When it is desired to assemble in a normal injection state, the wide protrusion (41) is inserted into the wide deep notch (211). At this time, since the opening (21a) of the deep notch (21) is formed to be widest, the wide protrusion (41) can be easily fitted into the wide deep notch (211).
In addition, the injection port (31) of the injection button (3) can be visually recognized from the injection opening (11) of the shoulder cover (1) only when the wide protrusion (41) is inserted into the wide deep notch (211). It is possible to prevent the insertion into the shallow notch (22) that is in an unintended residual gas discharge state.
When it is desired to assemble in a residual gas discharge state, the wide protrusion (41) is inserted into the wide shallow notch (221). At this time, since the opening (22a) of the shallow notch (22) is not formed wide, the wide protrusion (41) is intentionally inserted into the predetermined wide shallow notch (221).
For this reason, the aerosol container injection device according to the present invention can be assembled into the residual gas discharge state only when the residual gas discharge state is intended, and the user can disassemble the aerosol container injection device with interest. Even if it does, it can prevent becoming the unintended residual gas discharge | emission state.
Thus, in the state where the injection button (3) is inserted from the lower side of the shoulder cover (1) into the center hole (12) and the wide protrusion (41) is inserted into the wide deep notch (211), the aerosol container (C ) Can be assembled in a normal injection state in which the contents of the container are injected only when the injection button (3) is pressed.
On the other hand, when the wide projection (41) is fitted in the aerosol container (C) in a state where the wide shallow notch (221) is fitted, each projection (4) of the injection button has a predetermined width corresponding to the projection width. By always contacting the upper end (22a) of each shallow notch, the injection button (3) is restrained from being raised. As a result, the injection button (3) is in a residual gas discharge state in which continuous injection is performed until the residual gas in the container disappears while the vertical movement and the rotation in the circumferential direction are restricted.
Thus, when the aerosol container (C) is discarded, the residual gas in the container can be completely discharged without performing an operation of pushing down the spray button (3).
In the illustrated example, a shoulder cover having an injection opening, that is, a shoulder cover that does not require a cap has been described. However, the aerosol container injection device of the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment.
FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view of a shoulder cover according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 15 is an aerosol container injection device using the shoulder cover according to another embodiment of the present invention mounted in an aerosol container in a normal injection state. FIG.
When such a shoulder cover is used, substantially the entire injection button is exposed. Therefore, it is preferable to attach a cap (not shown) to the shoulder cover to protect the injection button. The method of attaching the cap to the shoulder cover is not particularly limited.
