Abstract

【課題】普通のしきパッドは、カバー袋に適したクッション材が詰まっていて、凸及び凹形状の調整機能が無く、使用目的によっては不適であり、その欠点を除くことが目的である。
【解決手段】調整機能を有するしきパット１を用い、大きく製作したしきパッドカバー袋を巻き込み、体形に合った凸形状及び凹形状を作り、自身の体重による体圧を凸形状で支え分散させる。また、発症する箇所に対しては、凹形状の凹みの空間を形成し、体重による体圧を減少させ、床ずれを防ぐことができる。

この考案は、しきパットカバー袋を大きく作製して、カバー袋内でクッション材を移動し、カバー袋を巻き込むことで凸形状が固定される。
また、クッション袋の中心部を縫い合わせ、複数の凸形状を作り、カバー袋地を巻き込むことによって、凹形状の凹みの空間が形成される。
よって、これらの調整機能を、しきパッドに活かし、床ずれの要因である自身の体重による体圧を、凸形状及び凹形状で背中全体に分散させ、床ずれを防止する。
また、発症箇所に対しては、凹形状の凹みの空間を作り、体重による体圧を減少させ、床ずれを防げる。
従来の、しきパッドは、カバー袋に適したクッション材が詰まっていて、凸及び凹形状の調整機能が無かった。
本案は、その欠点を除くために考案したもので、それを図面について説明すれば、しきパット袋を大きく作製（図１）して、クッション袋の中心部を縫い合わせ（図２）複数の凸形状を作り、カバー袋地を巻き込むことによって、凸形状は固定される。また、凹形状の凹みの空間（図３）も形成される。
本案は、このような構成であるから、自然な、寝姿勢である仰向きで寝ていても、凸及び凹形状の調整を行えば床ずれの発症を防げる。
