前記嵩高部3、3は、その袋状体の容積に略対応する粒状乃至小片状充填物9が充填されて所定のクッション性と保形性とを備え、
前記嵩低部4、4は、その袋状体の容積に比して顕著に小さい容積を形成するように粒状乃至小片状充填物9が未完充填状態で充填されて所定のクッション性と変形性とを備え、
袋カバー2が、開閉用のファスナー8を有し、且つ、該袋状体2の少なくとも全長の寸法が、前記本体1の全長よりも顕著に短く構成され、
該袋カバー2の頭部接当所定位置に、吸熱、放熱性を有する機能繊維からなる生地13が逢着されており、
前記本体1が、前記嵩低部4、4の未完充填状態を用いて皺寄せさせられた状態で、該袋カバー2に収納されている、
