上記スコア表示部材の上に回転可能に被覆され、一部に上記スコア表示部材に表示された数字を露顕可能とする透明窓部が形成されたカバー部材と、
上記スコア表示部材及び上記カバー部材を収納して保持しうる固定部材とを有し、
