Description

The present invention relates to a screw, and more particularly to a screw having a feature on the head.

Conventionally, screws are used to connect the members to be fastened together. In general, the screw is formed of a single rod-shaped member, and a head body is formed at one end of the screw, and a screw main body having a thread is formed at the other end. The head portion of the screw has, for example, a hexagonal nut shape or a cross-shaped groove formed on the top surface of the head, and can be turned with a tool such as a spanner or a screwdriver. Thereby, the screw main-body part in which the screw thread was formed can be screwed in to a to-be-fastened member.

Moreover, the screw | thread of a structure as shown to the following patent document 1 is disclosed. This screw is arranged by inserting a cylindrical holding screw body having a screw thread on the outer periphery thereof at a general screw head position. And it is possible to screw together with other members at both ends of the screw main body portion opposite to the head and the holding screw body on the head side. Thereby, it has the structure suitable for attaching the wall material which lined the soft material to support members, such as a beam and a column.

Japanese Patent Publication No. 62-167913

However, since the screw disclosed in Patent Document 1 is a separate member, the screw itself composed of the head and the screw main body and the holding screw body, the number of parts increases, and the manufacturing cost increases and the workability increases. This causes a problem of lowering. Further, since the holding screw body is cylindrical and is inserted through the screw itself, there is a problem that it is not fixed to the screw itself and stable fastening and engagement cannot be realized.

For this reason, the present invention improves the disadvantages of the above-described conventional example, and particularly provides a screw that can be cost-effectively, improved in workability, can be fastened stably, and can be used in various ways. Is the purpose.

Therefore, the screw which is one form of the present invention is
A screw formed integrally with a head at one end and a screw main body with a screw thread formed at the other end from the head,
On the top surface of the head, a tool engaging portion that is engaged with a predetermined tool that rotates the screw itself is formed,
The head has a cylindrical shape, and on the outer surface, a head-side thread that can be screwed by inserting the head itself into another screw hole is formed.
It is characterized by that.

Further, the present invention is characterized in that a locking portion having a shape wider than the circular cross-sectional area of the cylindrical head is provided on the screw main body side of the head.

The present invention also provides a screw head mounting member having another screw hole into which the screw head is inserted and screwed. Furthermore, in this invention, the screw unit provided with the said screw and the screw head mounting member is provided.

According to the above device, first, as with a general screw, a screw thread on the main body side is formed on the screw main body side. By inserting the screw thread of the fastening member into the screwed member and rotating the cross groove or hexagonal hole formed on the top surface of the head using a tool, the screw thread of the screw main body is screwed to the member to be fastened, Can be screwed. Further, since a screw thread is formed on the outer surface of the head exposed to the outside of the fastened member, a screw hole that can be screwed by inserting this screw thread, that is, the head itself, is formed. The screw head mounting member can be screwed onto the head and mounted. For example, the screw head mounting member is a cap-shaped decorative member that closes the top surface of the screw, or a member that constitutes a hook member, furniture, or the like.

Since this invention is comprised and functions as mentioned above, according to this, since various members can be mounted on the top of the screw, the range of use of the screw can be expanded. In particular, since the screw is an integral part, it can be manufactured at a low cost and the fastening operation is easy. Furthermore, it has an unprecedented excellent effect that various members can be mounted with high strength and stability can be improved.

The present invention is characterized in that a screw thread is formed on the head so that another member can be screwed onto the head of the screw. Hereinafter, specific configurations and examples of use will be described in Examples.

A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an overall configuration of a screw, and FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a configuration of a screw head mounting member mounted on the head of the screw. FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an example of use of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1B, the screw 1 in this embodiment is a rod-like screw integrally formed with a head 2 at one end and a screw body 3 at the other end. The screw body 3 is formed with a thread 31 on the body side around the same as a general screw, and is screwed into a screw hole in which a female screw is formed in advance or a soft material such as wood. The fastening member can be fastened. In addition, the shape of the screw thread 31 formed in the screw main body 3 may be any shape such as a tapping screw, a wood screw, or a machine screw.

The head 2 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and as shown in FIG. 1 (a) when FIG. 1 (b) is viewed from above, its one end surface, that is, opposite to the screw main body 3 side. A cross groove 22 (tool engaging portion) that can be engaged with a Phillips screwdriver is formed on the side top surface 21. Thereby, the head 2, that is, the screw itself can be rotated with a Phillips screwdriver, and the screw body 3 can be screwed into the member to be fastened, as in the case of tightening a general screw. Note that the shape of the tool engaging portion 22 formed on the top surface 21 is not limited to the cross groove 22 and is a shape that can be engaged with another tool (such as a hexagon wrench) such as a hexagon socket. Also good.

Further, on the outer surface of the head 2, a head-side screw thread 23 that is a male screw is formed so that the head 2 itself can be inserted into another screw hole and screwed. Thereby, from the top surface 21 side of the head 2, another member, that is, a screw head mounting member such as a cap 5 described later in which a screw hole corresponding to the head-side screw thread 23 is formed can be mounted. It has become.

Furthermore, the lower end of the head 2, that is, the end of the head 2 on the screw main body 3 side, in other words, between the head 2 and the screw main body 3 is a circular engagement having a predetermined thickness. A stop 4 is formed. The shape of the locking portion 4 is wider than the circular cross-sectional area of the head 2. That is, it is formed in a circular shape having a diameter larger than the diameter of the head 2.

Next, a screw head mounting member that can be mounted on the head 2 of the screw 1 described above will be described with reference to FIG. The screw head mounting member in the present embodiment is a cylindrical cap 5 having a diameter that is slightly larger than the diameter of the head 2 as shown in the cross-sectional views of FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b). is there. And the screw hole 51 of the predetermined depth is formed in the one end surface. Specifically, an internal thread corresponding to the head-side screw thread 23 formed on the outer surface of the head 2 is formed on the inner surface of the screw hole 51, and the depth thereof is the head 2. (The length of the head 2 in the longitudinal direction of the screw 1) or longer than that. Therefore, by rotating the screw hole 51 of the cap 5 toward the head 2 of the screw 1, these can be screwed together and the cap 5 can be attached to the head 2.

Next, a usage example of the screw units 1 and 5 using the screw 1 and the cap 5 will be described with reference to FIG. Here, the case where the panel P is fastened to the wall W is shown. 3B is a front view showing a state when the panel P is fastened to the wall W using the screw units 1 and 5, and FIG. 3A shows a cross-sectional view.

When the panel P is fastened, first, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the panel P is brought into close contact with the wall surface of the wall W, fixing holes formed at the four corners of the panel P, screw holes formed in the wall W, Adjust the position of. The panel P can be fastened to the wall W by screwing and screwing the screw body 3 side of the screw 1 into the fixing hole and the screw hole. Thereafter, as shown by an arrow in FIG. 3A, the screw hole 51 of the cap 5 is screwed into the head 2 of the screw 1 and attached. Then, since the end surface of the cap 5 opposite to the screw hole 51 is located on the surface side of the panel P as shown in FIG. 3B, the top surface 21 of the screw 1, that is, the cross groove 22 is hidden. It becomes a state and the decoration effect can be exhibited by decorating the end surface of the cap 5 in advance. At this time, since the cap 5 is screwed into the head 2 of the screw 1, it is difficult to drop off. Furthermore, since the panel P is fastened to the wall W with the screw 1 that is an integral object, it can be fastened stably with high strength.

Next, another embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In this embodiment, another example of the screw head mounting member mounted on the head 2 of the screw 1 is shown.

First, in the example shown in FIG. 4A, the screw head mounting member is a rod-like hook 6 having a predetermined length. One end face of the hook 6 is formed with a screw hole (not shown) similar to the screw hole 51 formed in the cap 5 described above, and is screwed into the head 2 of the screw 1 screwed into the wall W. Can be installed together. As a result, the hook 6 can be firmly and vertically attached to the wall W, and can be used for applications such as wearing a bag or clothing.

Further, in the example shown in FIG. 4B, the screw head mounting member is a support member 7 having a support portion that projects vertically from the wall W, and is screwed into the wall W at one end thereof in the same manner as described above. A screw hole (not shown) to be screwed into the head 2 of the screw 1 is formed. And, for example, by mounting a plurality of the support members 7 at the same height with a predetermined interval, a support base can be placed on the plurality of support portions, and a storage shelf or the like is formed. Can be used for applications.

In the example shown in FIG. 5 (a), the screw head mounting member is a rod-shaped member 8, and at one end thereof, as described above, the head of the screw 1 screwed into the ground G or the base. A screw hole (not shown) to be screwed onto 2 is formed. Then, for example, the rod-shaped members 8 are equipped in four so as to form a rectangle with a predetermined interval, and a shelf is attached between the rod-shaped members 8 as shown in FIG. It can be used for applications such as forming.

Further, in the example shown in FIG. 6, the screw head mounting member is a rod-shaped member 9, and at both ends thereof, as described above, the head 2 of each screw 1 screwed into the opposing wall surface W is respectively provided. A screw hole (not shown) to be screwed is formed. At this time, the rod-shaped member 9 may be configured to be extendable or configured such that one wall surface W is movable. Thereby, it can utilize for the use of installing the pipe which can put a predetermined thing between wall surfaces W.

As described above, according to the present invention, since various members can be mounted on the head 2 side of the screw 1, the range of use of the screw can be expanded. In particular, since the screw is integrally formed, it can be manufactured at a low cost and is easy to handle. Furthermore, various members can be fastened stably with high strength.

The screw head mounting members such as the cap 5 and the hook 6 mounted on the head 2 of the screw 1 according to the present invention are not limited to those described above, but the head formed on the head 2 of the screw 1. Any member may be used as long as it has a screw hole corresponding to the side screw thread 23.

The screw according to the present invention can be used for decoration by attaching a cap, a hook, a pipe or the like to the head, or for attaching furniture to a wall or the like, and has industrial applicability.
