Abstract

Description

  The present invention relates to a technique for sterilizing and sterilizing washed cleaning products.

  Even now, the finished products were handed over to customers.

  Recently, however, there have been doubts about the environment surrounding the world, such as Legionella, avian influenza, Sars, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus MRSA, and harmful fungi. Whether it is dry cleaning or laundry with water washing, it is becoming common for sterilization and sterilization to be handed over to customers after finishing.

At the moment, it's really hard to add extra steps due to cost competition. For this reason, they are exploring day and night while thinking about a simple method at a low cost.
The present invention has been made to improve such problems.

  A handle (3) is attached to the evaporation container (2) provided with the weighing scale (1), and a micro fan (7) is provided on the upper surface of the handle (3). An appropriate amount of chlorine dioxide solution (4) is poured into the evaporation container (2). The microfan (7) is mounted for the purpose of applying a gentle wind in order to smoothly promote the vaporizing action of the chlorine dioxide solution (4) filling the evaporation container (2). Another reason is to circulate the vaporized gas in the sealed chamber (6). Furthermore, these are provided and arranged at an appropriate position in the sealed chamber (6) where the cleaning product (5) in which the evaporation container (2) is washed is suspended.

In the washing laundry, when the detergent such as soap in the washing machine (8) is charged, the evaporation container (2) is filled with the chlorine dioxide solution (4) according to the amount of the measurement scale (1) and left as it is. When washed with laundry, 70% sterilization and sterilization can be obtained.
Since this measuring scale (1) determines the amount of the chlorine dioxide solution (4) to be used according to the type and number of items to be washed, it also functions as an important measuring instrument.

The evaporating container (2) is provided with a weighing scale (1) determined by the type and amount of the cleaning product to be washed. Furthermore, a handle (3) is provided in the evaporation container (2) so that it can be carried and handled. A micro fan (7) is provided on the upper surface of the handle (3). Next, the evaporation container (2) is filled with a necessary and appropriate amount of chlorine dioxide solution (4). This chlorine dioxide solution (4) is a vaporizable liquid with a concentration of 2000 ppm that is easily gasified. The microfan (7) is mounted and provided for the purpose of sending a fine wind into the evaporation container (2) and efficiently performing the vaporizing action of the chlorine dioxide solution (4). These are provided in a suitable position in a sealed chamber (6) in which a cleaning product (5) is suspended. Thereby, the whole sealed chamber (6) is filled with chlorine dioxide, and sterilization and sterilization of the cleaning product (5) are promoted. It is completely sterilized in about 20 minutes.
The present invention is configured as described above.

  The finished clean product (5) is hung in the sealed chamber (6). Next, the chlorine dioxide solution (4) is poured into the evaporation container (2) in accordance with the weighing scale (1). Then, this evaporation container (4) is placed in the sealed chamber (6), the micro fan (7) is turned on, and the fan is turned. After about 20 minutes, the cleaning product (5) is 100% sterilized. After that, the cleaning product (5) is sealed in a plastic bag and delivered to the customer.

  In addition, in the case of laundry that is washed with water instead of dry cleaning, the chlorine dioxide solution (4) is added to the type and amount of laundry in the evaporation container (2) when a detergent such as soap of the water washer (8) is added. Fill and inject according to the combined weighing scale (1) and put into the water washing machine (8) together with the detergent. That is, at this time, the evaporation container (2) is used as a measuring instrument. In this case, the sterilization rate is about 70% after washing. When there is a demand for 100%, it can be hung in the sealed chamber (6) as in the case of dry cleaning and sterilized.

Claims (1)

A microfan is provided in the upper part of the handle (3) of the evaporation container (2) provided with the weighing scale (1), and an appropriate amount of chlorine dioxide solution (4) is poured into the evaporation container (2), and then washed. A device for sterilizing and sterilizing a cleaning product, wherein the evaporating container (2) is disposed and provided in a sealed chamber (6) in which the cleaning product (5) is suspended.
