られた電源供給停止素子(5)と、インバ−タ制御回路
(3)および電源供給停止素子(5)を制御するマイク
ロコンピュ−タ(1)とで構成された高周波加熱装置の
マイクロコンピュ−タ制御システムにおいて、加熱中に
インバ−タ制御回路(3)に異常が発生した場合、マイ
クロコンピュ−タ(1)が電源供給停止素子(5)を動
作させてインバ−タ制御回路(3)への電源供給ライン
のみを一旦切断し、再度電源供給停止素子(5)を動作
させてインバ−タ制御回路(3)への電源供給ラインを
接続することにより、インバ−タ制御回路(3)のみを
初期化させ、瞬時故障に対し、加熱を中断することなく
インバ−タ制御回路(3)の異常を解消させる機能を持
たせたことを特徴とする高周波加熱装置のマイクロコン
