上記の目的を達成するために請求項1の係る本考案の穀物類の帯電化処理装置では交流高電位を印加する条件を調節し、より高品質、無洗・無浸漬可能な穀物類に調製することを特徴としている。玄米粒の帯電化処理装置は(a)玄米粒の帯電化装置と(b)帯電化した帯電化玄米粒を精米する帯電化精米装置と(c)交流高電位の電圧、通電時間、通電間隔を調整制御しうる交流高電位発生装置、(a)+(b)+(c)からなっている。
例えば玄米粒を例にあげ説明する、(a)の帯電化装置では玄米粒10トンの貯留槽の中央部に交流高電位を印加しうる棒状電極を装着した貯留槽に、水分15%に調質した玄米粒を充填した後、棒状電極には600V〜4500V 50/60Hzの交流高電位を印加し20分間隔で20分通電し、3回繰り返し帯電化処理を実施するのが望ましい。玄米粒を20トンに増量した場合は22分間隔で22分通電し3回繰り返すことが望ましい。このように調整された帯電化玄米粒は搬送機や搬送管などの流通回路において目詰まりを起すことなくスムースに流動し安全に連続して次工程の精米帯電化装置に搬送することができる。
精米方式に係らず各種の精米機にはメッシュ導体を絶縁皮膜で被覆した板状の電極を装着せしめた精米帯電化装置とすることができる。(b)の精米帯電化装置ではその板状の電極を通して600V〜4500V 50/60Hz、の交流高電位を印加し帯電化された帯電化玄米粒を精米帯電化装置に通すことで均一に、かつ歩留まりのよい美味しい無洗・無浸漬可能な帯電化精白米粒に調製できる。
前記帯電化玄米粒は精米帯電化装置で精白米化される。その過程で精米圧力や精米応力が大幅に低減され、精米中における発熱が抑制され、胴割れが殆ど見られない白色で艶のある美しい形状を有する吸水性に富み、歩留まりが良い、消費電力を10%以上節減可能な省エネルギーに富んだ帯電化精白米粒に調製される。特に帯電化精白米化の過程において生ずる糠は分離が容易で剥離性が良く精白米粒に付着する糠は殆ど見られず、フィルターを通すことで糠をほぼ完全に分離除去することができるので帯電化精白米は炊飯に際し洗浄・浸漬を必要とせず炊飯時間を大幅に短縮し炊飯コストを大幅に低減できる無洗・無浸漬可能な精白米として提供できるなどの特徴を有している。
このようにして調製された帯電化精白米は保水性に富み、脂質の酸化が抑制され、酸化臭も無く、こくぞう虫などの自然発生も無く、長期保存にたえる高品質の無洗、無浸漬の帯電化精白米が得られる。加えて酒や味噌などへ醸造品の製造にさいしても高品質の美味しさが確保されるなどの特徴を有している。
(c)の交流高電位発生装置ではトランスで構成されており、穀類の種類、産地に応じて適切な電圧、通電時間を選択調節するように構成されている。
前記玄米以外の穀類の麦や豆類などの穀類においても同様な成果結果が得られており、帯電化処理装置は穀類全般にわたって適用できることを特徴としている。

1)穀物類の産地別種類や処理量に応じて交流高電位の印加電圧、印加時間、印加間隔を調製し帯電化処理をおこなうことで、より高品質の無洗・無浸漬可能な帯電化精白米粒に調製できる。この帯電化精白米粒においては高品質、高鮮度、美味しさが確保され、炊飯における炊飯時間の大幅な低減につながる。2)交流高電位印加による穀物類の帯電化処理により流動性が増し、搬送に際し目詰まりが無い。精米機の圧力や応力を低減し発熱を抑え歩留まりの良い高品質の精米粒を省エネルギーで調製することができる。これを原料として高品質の炊飯米や酒類などの醸造品をつくることができる。
3)本考案の交流高電位印加による帯電化処理装置では大地間との絶縁碍子を設けずとも高電位を印加することが可能で、高電位の印加電圧、印加時間、印加間隔を調節制御しうる交流高電位発生装置を有する構成になっているので容易に操作できることが特徴である。

その結果この玄米帯電化処理工程において玄米粒の搬送に際して目詰まりもなく流れがスムースであった。精米帯電化装置における精米の帯電化処理工程においては精米圧力が低くなり玄米粒の温度上昇が10℃以下に抑制され、電力消費も省電力ですみ全体として約10%以上の省エネルギーで玄米粒から帯電化精白米粒に精製することができた。
