The size of the main body is such that brown rice bags of about 30 kg containing brown rice can be arranged in two rows and stacked in several stages so that they can be installed in a corner such as a barn of a farmhouse. On the other hand, because of such a storage main body, the temperature in the storage is 10 ° C.
The cooling unit that keeps the temperature at about 15 ° C. and the humidity at about 60% to 70% is generally installed on the upper surface outside the storage main body while respecting the storage space in the storage. In consideration of the above, the cooling unit is separately housed in the storage of the storage main body, delivered to the user together with the storage main body, and subsequently taken out and installed on the outer upper surface of the storage main body.

3. Since the condenser 45 is attached and detached by screws from the lateral direction and a blower having a long axial dimension (thickness) is used, the space for the attachment / detachment work and the unit substrate of each blower 5 required a large installation area, resulting in a relatively large cooling unit. Also, the installation of the evaporator 43 including the assembly of the upper and lower heat insulators was very troublesome, such as tightening a large number of screws and attaching a tape for sealing.

When it is generated near the compressor 11 and used for promoting heat radiation, it tends to be installed as close as possible to the electric compressor 11. However, in the conventional installation of the blower to the condenser, the screwdriver was directly attached to the condenser by holding the tool from the electric compressor side (from the side) and tightening the screw. It was necessary to secure a space for the operation between the electric compressor 11 and the condenser 10. Therefore, the width of the unit substrate 5 on which these are installed is large, and the entire cooling unit 4 is relatively large.

It suffices if there is only a dimension in the pressure direction of the device box fan 12, and the condenser 10 is moved closer to the electric compressor 11 than in the conventional example.
In addition, by adopting the evaporator box fan 9, the width and length of the unit substrate 5 can be made as small as possible to make the entire cooling unit 4 compact, and the material cost can be reduced and the cost can be reduced. it can. In addition,
According to the cooling unit 4 of the present embodiment, it was possible to make the cooling unit about 20% more compact than the cooling unit such as the conventional example previously manufactured by the applicant.

Even when the cooling unit 4 is packed and transported inside the storage main body 1, and when the cooling unit 4 is installed on the upper surface of the storage main body 1, it is easy to handle and extremely useful.
In addition, according to the cooling unit 4 of the present embodiment, about 10% of the cooling unit such as the conventional example manufactured by the applicant previously.

Since the outer peripheral edge of the unit substrate 5 was subjected to deburring after cutting a certain metal unit substrate 5, the operation was extremely difficult.

Since the end face 5f of the peripheral edge is directed downward, deburring processing is not required, and productivity can be improved. In addition, if the cooling unit 4 is carried with the mounting portion 5a, it can be handled safely. The handling can be further facilitated in combination with the weight reduction by downsizing the unit substrate 5 described above.
