腰部のひねり運動ができる自転車運動装置であって、ペダル運動ユニット、回転盤、基台及びカバーとからなり、
前記カバーは、ぺダル運動ユニットの下段及び前記回転盤上方外部を包囲してなり、
前記ペダル運動ユニット下方には前記回転盤を結合し、この回転盤下方には環状の突設部を有する前記基台を連結し、且つ、前記回転盤と前記突設部は同軸状に嵌合し、前記基台の中心軸部材の上端及び前記回転盤上面にベアリングを配設した構成を備え、
両足によりペダルの回動に伴う上下運動を作用させると共に、前記回転盤を時計回り或いは反時計回りに連動することで、前記ユニット使用者の下半身及び腰部のひねり運動が達成されることを特徴とする腰部のひねり運動ができる自転車運動装置。
