In the work clothes of the present invention, foam beads are enclosed (built-in) between the front fabric layer and the back fabric layer, and the work place as described above is relatively high, Also, even if it is a place that is unstable in terms of scaffolding, etc., even if it falls to the ground from a relatively high place, it can reduce fractures, scratches, and injuries. -Encapsulated (built-in), the enclosed foam beads are easy to fit on the body according to the wearer, and the enclosed foam beads are the front and back fabrics Can move back and forth to return to the cushion shape before wearing, so you can protect your knees, buttocks, elbows and other parts that are particularly injured when dropped, especially these knees and buttocks Thicken fire beads on areas that are easily injured, especially when they fall, such as elbows It can be inserted (built-in) to properly deal with the safety and protection of easily injured areas, and because of its excellent shape retention, it can be easily fitted and worn even if the operator changes. Can do.
In addition, the work clothes are excellent in heat insulating properties, and work clothes having excellent breathability, water resistance, strength, and the like can be provided by devising the front fabric layer and the back fabric layer.
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
The foamed beads (layer) 102 is preferably made of granular foamed polystyrene beads because of good cushion performance, excellent shape retention, mass production and low cost. Examples of the granular foamed polystyrene beads include those having a particle size of 1 to 2 mm and an expansion ratio of 30 times.
Various fabrics can be used as the
In particular, a nonwoven fabric obtained by a flash spinning method and a nonwoven fabric obtained by a melt blow method are excellent in barrier properties, water resistance, moisture permeability, and light weight, and thus are suitable for the work clothes (protective clothing).
Examples of the nonwoven fabric produced by the flash spinning method include those made of polyolefin, polystyrene, polyester or the like. Non-woven fabric by the flash spinning method is, for example, a three-dimensional and network-like fibrillated polyolefin fiber in which a polyolefin polymer is dissolved in a solvent under high temperature and high pressure and then discharged to a low temperature and low pressure region and simultaneously the solvent is flushed. Then, this fiber is deposited on a plate-like or net-like support, formed into a web, and then thermally bonded with an embossing roll or a calender roll. The nonwoven fabric of polyolefin fiber by the flash spinning method is composed of fine fibers and has excellent barrier properties and high tensile strength and tear strength, so that it can be used as it is even if it is not combined. Or a composite article with other non-woven fabric.
The non-woven fabric by the melt blow method is a non-woven fabric made of fine fibers, which is obtained by melting a polymer such as polyolefin, polyester, polyamide, polystyrene, etc. and spraying it with high-temperature high-pressure air or steam. Since the fiber is fine, it is known as a non-woven fabric having a barrier property equivalent to that of a non-woven fabric by flash spinning. Although the nonwoven fabric by the melt blow method is fine, the tensile strength as the nonwoven fabric is insufficient compared with the nonwoven fabric by the flash spinning method. Therefore, it can be reinforced by laminating or combining with other nonwoven fabrics, fabrics, walliffs, etc. preferable.
Examples of the other nonwoven fabric include a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a spunlace nonwoven fabric, and a needle punched nonwoven fabric.
The back fabric layer 101 constituting the
