【解決手段】電気回路で構成された装置1をシガライターソケット7に接続し、オルタネータ5の発電効率を良くし、バッテリ6の蓄電を増幅安定させる事で、安定した電力の供給と整流効果を付与する事で、エンジン4の始動後の走行に於ける燃料の節減による排気ガス低減装置。
