【課題】鉄アレイの両端の錘は重量が密閉固定されていて筋力の向上の変化に充分な対応が出来なかった。本考案は、鉄アレイの重量を簡単に微増調整しながら強くなった筋力に自然と抵抗感覚の自覚無しに応えんとする物である。
【解決手段】鉄アレイ両端の錘部を円筒状にし空洞化して此処に均一且つ簡単に変更出来るドーナツ形の充填材を充填して錘部の重量を微調整し変更する。其処で鉄アレイの両端の錘部を空洞化して此処に強くなった筋力或は休んで弱くなった筋肉に対応すべく細分化された錘を細かく加減、動かぬ様に充填する事により、都合で休んで弱くなった筋肉、鍛えて強くなった筋力等々に度の様にでも対応は自在となる。
